Hired them to redo our entire shower and while from afar it looks great, upon inspection the amount…read moreof issues is crazy. The silicon molding is crumbling and falling out of our niche. The mold on the shower floor now is worse than in our previous shower and we now have a dehumidifier on after every shower to try to help the problem but have always had a high powered bathroom fan and airflow. Yes we don't have a window... but we do everything else we can and even live in town so it's not THAT moist in the room considering what it could be. I have a cleaning service twice a month and they were actually the ones that first drew attention to the poor craftsmanship. When they tried to scrub the mold growing on the grout (many months ago when it first started to show up because it was not immediate) chunks of grout started to come out. They said it was clearly not sealed- even tho the moisture of bathroom and previous grout mold of 30+ year old shower had been our biggest concern from day one and we were assured it would be sealed. During project: Had to keep constant eye because so many mistakes were made and the project lasted longer than it should have to fix all the mistakes and messes (missed grout on dozens of spots, filled in the divots on our tiles with grout, wrong drain, leaky faucet install, shower head at wrong level, concrete splotches all over the community outdoor sidewalk, etc.) Very expensive considering the work done, and my husband had to remove all the floor grout and redo it and seal it when we finally had enough and cleaning/everything else we did wasn't helping) Job was never finished (they ruined our bathroom floor outside of the shower) and they never returned to finish it completely and what they did was cracked and never sealed (it's stained concrete) and thus they never received the full amount of money. But considering my husband now has to redo bathroom floor and shower floor, the time and materials is even more than we owe them. The only positive is that the two workers sent were very nice, but they had been given wrong instructions multiple times (even simple things like where to place the shower-head and what drain to install), sometimes they even thought it was wrong, but at the end of the day they made the errors in their work and cut corners. So disappointing.

The team was incredibly knowledgeable and helped choose the perfect flooring for our space, taking into account both style and durability. His installation and demo crew was punctual, efficient, and respectful of my home. They took great care in ensuring everything was installed perfectly, paying attention to even the smallest details. The work was completed on time, and the results exceeded my expectations. My new floors look absolutely stunning! What really set Lucky Stars apart was their customer service. They were always responsive to my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with every step of the process. They also offered great post-installation support, ensuring I knew how to care for my new floors. After meeting with a few other contractors which provided quotes way above our budget, we finally met with Alex, which was through a recommendation. We couldn't be any happier with the opportunity to have worked with Versatile Construction. From the very beginning, while we had an idea of what we wanted, Alex helped us come to a good design/size requirement, providing suggestions and options along the way. Alex worked with his architect to complete multiple iterations of the drawings (making sure we were happy with what would be built), and also obtained the necessary permits for us. We were also able to use our own mason just for the concrete/foundation portion and there was absolutely no complications with bringing in this third party into the mix; Alex worked very well with him, making sure they were both on the same page and that all was in order for the build. As for the build, we are really satisfied with the results of the entire project, and especially with the way Alex coordinates/communicates and how he works along side his team. He was very upfront with scheduling himself and his team along with the other projects they were managing, but they were always there when they scheduled themselves to work on our house. We are pleased with the quality of work that was done. We feel very fortunate to have found a contractor that we can trust, with a team that takes pride in the what they do. We will definitely be calling these guys again for any project the future and would highly recommend Versatile Construction.

I've had a vision for this place since we moved here and B Construction was able to bring it to life! Overall I would rate them a 10/10 with a few little hick-ups here and there. First and foremost, the light oak flooring installment looks and feels amazing! Though they didn't rip out the old flooring they were able to seamlessly level our floors. Secondly, the kitchen cabinets turned out elegantly & when they installed the ceiling light, it was the icing on the cake. So beautiful! Moving on to the bathroom, the walk in-shower turned out like out of a magazine. Brian's guys precisely chose every tile to match the wave designs, tile after tile. Love it! In the bathroom they also installed our new vanity, mirror and a few miscellaneous items that were added last minute, no questions asked We also asked his crew to paint the walls & sand down our wood ceiling which both turned out great! They also switch out all our electrical outlets (which means they have a guy that specializes in electrical & plumbing for the bathroom - a huge plus!!!). Lastly, we added two ceiling fans, one in the living room and another in bedroom, which all our neighbors love and get a bunch of comments on! His guys were all super friendly and when I asked them to change something I didn't like, they weren't hesitant to change it right away. With that being said, there were a few hick ups during the renovation. Brian had a couple of projects that his crew were working on at the same as mine which means there was constant confusion for him. When he asked about measurements for our new microwave, he ended up buying another one later on because he thought we were in need of one, which was never the case. My full length mirror was also lost in the process because he thought he thought I said it was rubbish. Lastly, there were some moments when I would text Brian and hear back from him a few days later. Not a convenient way to communicate when on a time crunch. I would also like to add that although problems did arises, they were solved and the outcome was still a masterpiece. I will 100% hire these guys again in the future & now I tell all my friends about them!

We couldn't be happier with B Construction, and have already booked them for another project in the near future! They are super busy because they earned and enjoy a great reputation. If you need a construction / renovation company, use OCG Building Supply!…read more Over the past few years we have been a repeat client of OCG Building Supply and wanted to share my positive experience. I have attached photos of each project with more details below. We are and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the cabinets and work. The cabinets are thick pieces of wood and have lasted for over 6 plus years now. FYI, their showroom is filled with options and ideas for various types of projects. As you will read from my review l, we have used OCG Building Supply for so many various types of projects. So many options to choose from and the staff is so FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. Project 1: We did a full kitchen remodel on our home. The process with OCG was a breeze. OCG helped us bring our vision to life through a very detailed planning process. My wife and I really loved our customizable our cabinets and counters could be. OCG completed a fully kitchen demo, complete kitchen install to include counters and tile work. Each day the workers cleaned up and made sure we were updated with the next days plans. When we ended up selling this home, not only did the kitchen become to focus during the open houses, but this OCG kitchen added so much more value to our home. Project 2: This project included brand new flooring for our whole home. All we can say is WOW. Once again the quality and work exceeded our expectations. Our flooring is rugged and comfortable. We have four dogs and we have had ZERO issues with scratching, chipping, shifting, fading, etc. everyone we have people over, they always comment about our flooring. OCG even added wood under the steps and painted them white to make them even pop more. Love it! Project 3: This was one of our biggest projects with OCG. Not only did we convert a studio area but we also had OCG cut a hole in a bedroom wall and hang a barn door to add a bedroom. OCG sealed up our existing bedroom door and even built a closet system inside the bedroom. You could see in the before and after in the side-by-side photo. Everything from the flooring, wall take down, wall building, barn door, closet, and full kitchen with waterfall counter is AMAZING! OCG has helped our Ohana move into a BEAUTIFUL 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a full kitchen. We had options for cabinet color and decided to go with a very nice grey color. Project 4: This is our most recent project. We added some upper cabinets to our laundry room. Andre was our designer and he really focused on how we can maximize storage space while matching our existing kitchen cabinets. Jerry showed up prior to his worker Jianyi Lin to do a walk-through. Once the team arrived, Jerry was assisting his worker to install the cabinets and help clean up. Jianyi was super professional, clean, and respectful. Ask for Jianyi for your next project! Way to lead by example Jerry! Final Thoughts: Owner of OCG is Jerry. From project 1 to project 4, Jerry has driven to each project to check on his team, answer any questions I may have had, and also reassured that each project will be and was completed with quality and care. During project 1, Jerry gave me his cell phone number and told me to reach out at any time. Jerry would reach out with updates and any thoughts he may have had for the project. Honestly, we have never got that sort of help or care from any other company. OCG has gone above and beyond any and all expectations. There will be a project 5, 6, 7 in the future. We are extremely satisfied OCG Building Supply customers and will continue to be in the future. I hope you enjoyed this review and I hope it has helped you in making your decision. By choosing OCG, you can't go wrong. You get extremely great value with exceptional products. Jerry and his team are exceptional. Mahalo OCG Team for everything you have done!! -Customer for life.

They tried to accommodate my travel which was also good. What fell apart is they did not provide many things I requested and installed a new garbage disposable that messed up my AC and dishwasher. Instead of listening to me and fixing the garbage disposal, they told me I needed a new dishwasher. They do not pay attention to details. The pull out for the garbage was never done and later installed cheap thing to pull out. No spice rack as promised and the floor patch was done where it did not go with the flow of the floors. They installed tiles without communicating they were the wrong colors. They moved our telecom wires when I specially asked them not to.. lots of stuff., It felt like they didn't care about what I wanted and that I should be grateful for what they did. It was not a good experience. They stopped returning my texts and basically walked away from the job. Do not pay them in full. If you use them, you need to have someone home at all time because there is no project manager and very bad communication efforts. The review rating is because they walked away and failed to fix the things as promised.
