She took the time to ask me questions to get to know me, the venue I'm getting married at, and what I wanted. I told her a couple of styles I saw on their website that caught my eye, gave my budget, and she pulled about 4 dresses for me. We ended up trying on maybe 5 total as I wanted to try on one more even though I had changed back to my clothes-- Coco didn't have an appt after me and said "you're already here. Why not?!" I really appreciated that. She was willing to sell 2/4 of those dresses off the rack with 15-20% off. Because everything is made to order, and my timeline was a bit tight, it was better off to buy the samples. Coco said that the dresses there go up to 4-5k in price, so it's not super high-end. I would say though if your budget is $2-2.5, there isn't as much you can try on. I wasn't completely satisfied with any of the dresses I tried on and some of them were out of my budget. Even though I didn't get up getting a dress here, I would still recommend this bridal store. If you would like a personalized experience and not have to struggle for parking when you go dress shopping, stop here for a visit! Also, definitely start shopping for a dress sooner than 6 months!

I was incredibly disappointed by my experience at The White Dress…read more Because I am getting married on a shorter timeline and primarily need to look at sample gowns, I tried calling several times the day before I planned to visit. Their website indicated that I needed to call rather than book this type of appointment online, but no one answered. I then texted and received no response. I followed up again, still received no response, and ultimately had to text a third time the day of before someone finally replied to tell me they were fully booked. That was completely understandable. I asked whether I could simply stop in to browse the available samples instead. I was offered a time that same day at 2:30 and told I could come in for approximately 30 minutes to look at the samples. I rearranged my entire afternoon and postponed visiting another bridal store so I could be there at the agreed-upon time. When I arrived, I began looking through the gowns. An employee approached me and abruptly told me that I could not be there without an appointment. I explained that I had been told to come at 2:30 to browse the samples. Rather than welcoming me or checking the messages, she responded in a dismissive way and said that she was already assisting another bride. OK, no problem. I really didn't need help just to browse. Another employee then came over, and the first employee told her that I claimed to have an appointment but did not. I again explained that I had just been communicating with the store by text. After asking my name and checking the messages, they confirmed that someone had, in fact, told me I could come in. At that point, no one apologized for the confusion or for the way I had been spoken to. I was left to navigate gowns that felt scattered throughout the boutique with almost no guidance. When I looked at certain dresses, I was abruptly told that I could not view them because they were part of a trunk show. I eventually found a sample gown I genuinely liked that appeared to be close to my size. When I asked for information about it or whether I could try it on, I was simply told I would have to come back because no one was available. It would've taken no time for them to pull it off the rack and allow me to try it on without wasting my time to have to drive an hour in for one single dress. It would've been a courteous thing to do and I was only there for about 10 minutes before I located it and it was the only one that worked. At least come over and offer me the courtesy of giving me some information. The girl was literally just sitting at the desk. I had a friend there also who could've helped me if I needed someone to zip it up. I really just wanted to check it out while I was there and honestly would have bought it on the spot if it worked. Again I don't have much time. I understand that bridal boutiques operate by appointment and that the store was busy. My issue is that I followed the instructions I was given, arrived at the exact time they offered me, and was then treated as though I had shown up uninvited and was inconveniencing them. The communication beforehand was extremely difficult, and the attitude I encountered once I arrived was dismissive and unnecessarily rude from the sales girl especially, the girl at the front desk was not rude, but she wasn't helpful. Wedding-dress shopping should feel exciting and welcoming. Even a simple congratulations, a friendly explanation, or an apology for the misunderstanding would have completely changed the interaction. I was prepared to spend upward of $10,000 on a gown, but regardless of someone's budget, every bride deserves to be treated with basic kindness and respect. The boutique itself is smaller than I expected and, in my opinion, the sample selection was not organized in a way that made browsing easy without assistance. I actually liked one of the gowns, but the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I would rather purchase elsewhere. Other brides may have a better experience during a formally scheduled appointment, but based on how this situation was handled and how I was personally treated, I would not return.

The only people that really saved the experience for me were Andrew and Grace. They were extremely kind when I met them at a wedding expo and every interaction I had with them after that was wonderful. We were invited to their grand opening fashion show as part of the promotion from meeting them at the wedding expo. I brought my fiancé as a fun outing and were informed that we were on the VIP list when we checked in. When we made it up the elevator, we were informed that all of the VIP guests had their names on seats and we just had to find the seats with our names on it. It's not a big deal, but there were no reserved seats for us and when we asked about it, we were told to just sit in any of the other open seats. The invitation said the event was from 2:00pm-5:00pm but the show ended up starting at 3:30pm and finished around 4:20pm. I returned two weeks later for my bridal appointment. I had not heard anything from the location about my appointment so ended up calling them ahead of time just to have an email confirmation sent to me for the appointment. I was also not provided any information on where to park in the confirmation, but I was able to help the rest of my group find where to park based off of the previous trip for the fashion show. The appointment started similarly to others where they ask what kind of dresses and styles that you like. We were able to find some things that I did like but other styles were brought for me to try as well. There were very few dresses that I tried on that I ended up liking. The majority of dresses were things that the stylists told me I should try even when I expressed that I did not want to try them on because they didn't match the type of dress that I was looking for. It felt more like a pushy sales pitch where they wanted me to try on dresses that they liked themselves rather than what I would actually want to get married in. There were also several occurrences where I would be talking to the rest of my group about what we thought about a dress that I was trying on and they would just close the curtain while we were still talking. It felt very unprofessional and my entire group was a little bit flustered from the lack of respect. The whole experience made it feel like there was no care or intention of trying to help me find the dress that I would love, but rather I was just someone for the employees to play dress up with. I'm hoping that my experience was just a one-off and that they're able to improve the quality of the overall experience for other brides.

It was easy to book my appointment and it seemed like they had good availability as most bridal boutiques I looked at visiting did not. I was able to find something that fit my schedule and booked it right away. I had several family emergencies come up that delayed my visit to Blush Bridal, and every time I needed to rescheduled someone was happy to help me find something that worked better for me. I was paired with Hanna for my fitting and I could not be happier with my experience at Blush. I am a bride who does NOT care about spending a ton of money on a gown. I wanted something within a certain budget and shared that with Hanna. I loved that she didn't judge me for not wanting to spend a ton of money on a gown and instead she chose items that were within my budget and did not pressure me to try on things that were more expensive. When I arrived, she had several dresses that were reflective of my Pinterest Board that I had shared previously. I am also a mid/plus size bride (bridal size 16) and Hanna chose dresses that flattered my figure. I loved that they had sample sizes that actually fit me. I felt completely comfortable and so confident in the styles she chose for me! I ended up saying YES to the dress at Blush! I would highly recommend visiting Blush Bridal to get your dream gown. They have a variety of styles and price points, and Kaeli was respectful of my 2K budget, choosing dresses within budget (not all places will do this, beware!). I almost got my dress here, however, I ended up choosing a different style at a sample sale a month later due to pricing, timing, and style--I liked my top two dresses equally. I brought my mom and best friend. We all sat down and she asked what I want to look and feel like in my dress, if I have an idea of what I want (shape, fabric, color, etc), if I've tried any dresses on already, and my price range. We got to browse and point out any dresses for Erin to pull while she went all around pulling any dress she thought I might like. Erin clipped me in so well that I didn't have to tug and adjust the dress while seeing how I liked it. For each dress I got to walk out to the pedestal and check myself out in the mirror and lighting. For each dress, she asked how I felt in it, what I liked, what I didn't like, what I would change... and this all helped her narrow down which dresses to try on or others to grab to add to the list. I got to try different veils (which I didn't know I wanted and it totally completed the look, so now I'm getting a veil) and even go to different lighting to see what natural lighting would look like on the sparkles too. When I found the dress, I got to participate in the Mon Amie tradition of making a wish for myself, my fiancé, and my marriage, then ring the bell and celebrate! Measurements were taken and a detailed contract was written up with pricing and a quote for alterations. Parking was easy & there is a bathroom in the back! I also love the pearl buttons line at the back of the dress which makes it looks even more classic. Queenie is very professional, dependable and friendly.
