I saw a circular offering 25% off before I checked out. The outside associate happened to be nearby and handled the transaction. He was very nice too. Liz Klar is another very well mannered and helpful associate there. On the day Jesus was not available, she stepped in with no hesitation to assist us with all our needs. She is very well versed on all the products in the showroom and very quick to act. When you ask for a quote or any questions during your time there, she will send an email on the spot and also include any additional information that you may have discussed during your visit there. She is very detailed and an extreme pleasure to work with as well. Showroom is well lit and tastefully put together. Gives you some really solid ideas for renovations. Plenty of floor models for inspiration and product viewing. They have a wide range of sample products in the back of actual size which makes it easy for pairing different tile patterns and designs. Overall, great experience and completed my purchase with him. He goes the extra mile to really make the experience as easy for the customer. We spent four hours there and he was helping us the entire time. I will provide an additional review once I receive the shipment. Please note the below for expectations for Porcelonosa There is no free shipping. Any shipping is a minimum cost of $125 because they deliver by the pallet and no other way. Each pallet can hold up to 2,000 lbs. Another option is driving up to New Jersey Warehouse to pick up the items on your own to avoid the $125 shipping fee. I would only suggest this if it's a few items. Vanity and tile material are suggested to be shipped on two different pallets, so please be mindful that your cost will be $250 for shipping. Their reasoning is the vanity will be easily damaged if they are fitted on the same pallet. When putting your order together, be sure to include the cost of ordering extra material. Special orders take time to be shipped from Spain to USA, and will not be available for pick up or delivery for an estimated 5-7 weeks. This will put some serious delays on your renovation project. They do not have an products for sale at the showroom locations. They all come from their warehouse in New Jersey. Curbside delivery is the only availability. If you live in an apartment building, they will NOT bring the material up to your unit. Please be sure to schedule the delivery date to a day when your contractor is available to move the material up on your behalf.

We had two major issues. 1) they charged us for shipping twice bc all items were ready but one and If you break up the shipping you pay twice. That second shipping was supposed to come on a specific day and time so hired contractor to come that day and they cancelled it saying "the truck never left". They refused refund that extra shipping fee. 2) they just flat out ordered the wrong size sink. They match the sink to the vanity you chose and they just ordered the wrong which delayed the project by over a week. Basically this place doesn't care about the customer but the vanities are nice.

He is very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Over the past couple of years, we have been renovating a multi-family home in Dorchester, and Mark has been especially helpful in working with our contractor on quotes, making product recommendations and setting up delivery to Boston at a very reasonable cost. When we needed to order replacement windows and sliding glass doors, Mark referred us to his colleague, Tom, who specializes in these products. Tom quickly got back to us with a quote, placed our order and set-up delivery. When one of the door handles arrived damaged from the factory, he immediately ordered a replacement from the manufacturer. Mark has helped us keep this big project on track with his prompt follow-up and great communication with our contractor. I highly recommend Chace Building Supply. Not only does it feel good to support a local business, the quality of their products and customer service can't be beat.
