After 20 minutes my phone rings unexpectedly and it is the same representative calling me back to tell me exactly what I needed to get! Recommended the brand, the store I should get it from etc. I have never seen anything like this before. He knew I wouldn't be spending money in their store, but STILL took the time to research and then call back to help me out... this is what exceptional customer service looks like! I ended up using the recommended product and it was a wonderful choice. I had to call back and thank them for it and the least I could do is to leave this review for everyone else to know the level of customer support that you get from this place. A star off because one of the store managers took my paint chip, analyzed in with the color match tool, but then added more pigment to the can and showed me on the tiny swatch that "it matched better"... I went home, put it on the wall and .. it didn't (it was too dark, no extra pigment should have been added). I was back the following day, in line again, buying more paint.

They have the broadest set of blanks available in the area, and usually well stocked. The prices are very reasonable. Even if the price for a key is a buck or two higher than at HomeDepot, - I would prefer coming here, because there is always some problem at Home Depot, either all the machines (they have 2 or 3) are broken, or they don't have the blanks, or the hands are growing from the wrong place. When I came to duplicate my "high-security" car key, the person who did that made sure that I was aware of all different aspects of those keys (the key transmitter inside the fob, etc. - the information that took me quite some time to research).

I've been in a few times for miscellaneous household projects, and the owner/manager/tall white haired guy that's always there, can always sense when you're looking for something or are in a conundrum. I was politely directed to the rear of the store where two employees assisted me immediately, listening attentively to my need for two boards and my uncertainty about color and type. I had my contractor's invoice from 2020 which turned out to be for the pressure treated wood for the new deck built then. LP and Izzy together were able to go to my contractor's page, find the specs about the TimberTech used, and refresh my memory about the color. They gave me a sample board and a TimberTech Source Book, encouraging me to call the company about the strange bleached-out stain on my deck. They also quoted me the cost of two replacement boards for my handyman to purchase for the repair. Problem solved. Evan gave me lots of pointers on how to go about painting it like painting from the bottom up and I totally understand now why that has to be. He recommended a type of paint that is tougher than usual but still latex, which brush to use and told me I didn't need to sand which was a relief. I was welcomed into the stores and began conversation with the two employees at the front.
