Hands-down the worst refrigeration company I have dealt with in all my years. Unprofessional unknowledgeable and flat out incompetent.

This Company, in NOT Boucher HVAC. Boucher was reliable and on time…read more The Company, NOW, is VorTech, HVAC. 2 months ago, I had to put in a new home heating fuel tank. The company came, did the job and left. I'd called Vortech for the restart and boiler service. They made us wait a day. Seeing as it was very warm out in the beginning of October, no problem... Fast forward to the day after Thanksgiving. Woke to go to work at 0500. Turn in the shower, no hit water. Turn up the heat, no heat. House is already down to 57* inside. No big deal. Remained calm. On my way in this morning, I left Vortech HVAC a message. Probably just a quick reset, maybe a part issue, I don't know. I'm not a boiler guy. An hour later, I get a call. Woman on the line, after I explained I had no heat/hot water says, "We don't normally do emergencies responses on weekends. It's an industry standard." Really? Your website, which you deceivingly still have listed under Boucher HVAC, trashing those guys reputations, says you're open 24 hrs. Hmmm? So no heat/hot water but you'll "pencil me in for Monday afternoon?" Four days after I report to you (in late Fall) I have no heat/hot water, with my wife and two dogs at home? So not satisfactory, I can't even begin to state how PO'd I was. Way to make a bad situation worse, Vortech, HVAC. I'll remember this when someone asks me about your Company or I'm hoping someone reads this review. The office manager, or whoever the woman is, I spoke with? You're a POS. Rant over...btw...you're fired in case you didn't realize it at this point. Scrap that Monday appointment. Your guys are great and I hope they ALL find a better company to go work for. Advertise your own business name, going forward too.

I'm writing this review on my property which I purchased in February. On inspection the furnace had…read morea leak and I requested the owner to have it serviced and fix the leak. In the last three months me and my wife have had adverse effects with congestion, watery eyes and sore throat. I'm no expert but I I bought a gas sniffer and purchased a new filter for the unit. There were no leaks found but I was shocked there was NO FILTER! How could this happen? The invoice stated it was checked and not replaced. Obviously not checked!!! This isn't a handyman or a neighbor looking... it's a professional...I'm without words
