Our central air conditioning unit was having a few issues and Valley Heating and Cooling came out…read morelast year to promptly service our unit. We made the decision to replace the central air unit and had Valley come out and give us a quote on the work. Their quote was very competitive and we wanted to have them replace our unit based upon the excellent service we had received in the past. Our job took two days to complete and the work crew sent out to our house was excellent. They laid down tarps to protect our floors from any debris (we had all of our duct work replaced). In addition we have a small dog who was very curious about their work and really thought they came to visit with her - they were very nice to her and gave her attention. The crew worked very efficiently and answered any of our questions and review details with us along the way. Our new WIFI thermostat had not come in so they installed a digital thermometer and then came back and replaced it with the WIFI unit as soon as it came in. I figured with summer and covid they were busy so I tried to give the benefit of the doubt at first. I've called several times trying to see what's going on and everytime get told "Oh he is very busy. Oh I will make sure he sees this." The 2 stars is for the receptionists are always pleasant even if they are shining me on. The man who came to measure was nice, quick, and wore a mask in the house and answered all of our questions (just not how much- still waiting for that). It is a shame I'd actually respect the company if they could just be honest and say we aren't taking new clients, we are X weeks backed up, or we don't want to come out to your town instead of stringing me along to wilt in the heat.
