If you're reading this and you're not a San Diego local then you're in luck because this is a locals spot and the line is long for a reason. Don't let the line deter you though, it moves fast and once your order is in it comes out pretty fast. It's run by a lovely family and they excel in customer service. Everyone is so kind and very efficient! They have plenty of seating inside and outside. People shuffle in and out but if you can't find a place to sit, drive less than 5 minutes to the beach and eat it there while you soak up the sun. I hate to admit that I am that person but I called 10 minutes before opening hoping to pick up 20 breakfast sandwiches in about 45 minutes. I didn't know if it was feasible. I wouldn't say it was. However, both staff members that I spoke to were incredibly kind and ready to take on the task. When I arrived, all of the food was neatly packaged in a box for easy transport. They were already ready with napkins, salsa, hot sauce, everything that I could've asked for. They are on their A game over here! Took a day trip to San Diego and got there pretty early and we were hungry for breakfast and my daughter found this place and so glad she did!! When we arrived there was a line to order food. My husband and I shared the big breakfast #2 French toast, eggs, bacon, konitos potatoes ( cheddar cheese, bell peppers and onions) and an English muffin. My kids ordered egg burrito #1 and egg burrito #5. The French toast was so delicious! The bread looked and tasted home made. So fluffy. Bacon was crispy and perfect. Probably the best value for breakfast in the entire city, and I've been to a lot of breakfast places. The food here is consistently awesome and portions are massive. I honestly don't know how they keep their prices down as expensive as things are these days and especially with this business being located in Pacific Beach. The last time I visited, I got the little breakfast. I posted a photo of my plate here on yelp, huge portions of eggs, potatoes, toast, and avocado for $11. The avocado might've been an add-on for $1.50 or so if I remember correctly. I learned my lesson ordering one of the full sized entrées, the last time I was there I got pancakes and it was enough food for a small village. Everybody that works there is really nice, and you can tell they are all working hard to give you a great experience. You place your order at a little counter and then choose a table either inside or outside. Your food is delivered to you and there's a little cooler with salsa if that's what you're in the mood for. My only beef, but not enough to take away a star, is that I think the coffee is not very good. But there's a Starbucks in the Vons right there and a Dunkin' Donuts just across the street in the same parking lot so it's easy enough to get what you need and not be inconvenienced. read more

Would say that it is totally worth it. Big and flavorful. The salsa was on point. They don't have restrooms for customers which sucks when you have to use the restroom after you drink their coffee. This location is right before you hit the beach in a shopping center so the parking situation is actually wonderful and so much easier to deal with. Small place with a few seats outdoors and inside. Order at the counter and they'll bring the food to your table. Salsa and condiments are inside the little mini fridge to your left after you order. I do love how simply the menu is and so easy to make a decision. The portions are more than generous for the price. Great little stop to fuel up before heading out for a day of adventure.
