The dash cam powers on, but the parking monitoring clearly doesn't work. The lighting install was even worse. I was told I must have a "short" in my running lights. When I brought the vehicle back, I showed them exactly what was happening: press the brake, the running lights turn on; release the brake, they turn off. That is NOT normal. The installer literally said, "I've never seen that before," which is wild coming from someone whose job is wiring vehicles. His "fix"? Tie everything into the blinker module and call it good. When I questioned it, he offered to wire the lights so they're always on--completely defeating the purpose of how these lights are designed to function. All I asked for was simple: when the headlights are on, the amber lights should be on. Instead of fixing it, he accused me of giving "three different stories" and talked to me like I didn't know what I was saying. That's insulting and unprofessional. When I asked if this was the best they could do, the answer was basically, "different people wire things differently." Translation: we don't know how to fix it. I finally walked out because it was clear they weren't interested in doing the job correctly--just getting paid. Overpriced, sloppy work, zero accountability, and disrespectful service. I will never return to Foss Audio and strongly recommend taking your money literally anywhere else.

From the moment I walked in, the team was super friendly and professional. They installed the cameras beautifully, making sure to hide all the wires and cables, so my car looks neat and tidy. I found the dash cameras to be easy to use and very affordable, especially since I wanted a high-quality product that fits my budget. I also wanted cameras where I could transfer the recorded videos to other computer devices, if need be. Well, a few weeks later (after installing the dash cameras), I was involved in a car accident. After reporting the accident to the police, I contacted Jesse and Jay at Audio Northwest Car Stereo for help with the insurance process (as I feared that the other driver had badly damaged the cameras in my car, and I thought that the cameras did not record the accident, I was wrong.) The cameras did record the entire incident. Jesse and Jay were fantastic! They really went out of their way to guide me through everything! I…read moredidn't know anything about the shop except that Korion, the owner, came highly recommended by the local Internet community. I can't say enough about how extremely satisfied I was with how everything turned out. What at first seemed to be a pretty straightforward operation turned out to be a lot more involved than initially planned. In order to finish the installation, the entire front bumper ended up having to be removed, which was due to a limitation of the product itself. What was planned to take 2 hours ended up taking 6. Instead of charging me more, the owner stood by his initial bid, which was already very competitive. He even lent me his personal vehicle in the mean time so I could run some errands while waiting. The install turned out flawless with meticulous attention to detail. To give just one example, they even stained all of the manufacturer-supplied screws black to give it a more discrete look. This kind of service is hard to come by these days. One year in I'm still happy every time I look at the install. I can definitely recommend them.
