A very nice spot - great views of the ocean! Our server was attentive and the food was excellent. The chips and salsa were good. We shared the la tabla. It was a ton of food (forgot to snap a pic). Everything was fresh, no complaints, just know you're on vacation and you'll be paying a premium for your location.

Small beach towns always have me skeptical about the quality dining. We went to Kokos with a large group while vacationing in Seabrook and honestly I was expecting average Mex/American food, and they blew my expectations out of the water. Homemade tortillas?! Poblano cashew enchiladas?! This place brings it. I had prawn tacos, and the carne asada and enchiladas were also well enjoyed by our group. Also there were 7 of us on a Monday and the hostess/server was so sweet and did a great job taking care of us despite obviously being there working on her own. Definitely recommend dining at Kokos if you are visiting Seabrook or the coast!

Mmm! So very delicious! Lovely ambiance, welcoming and friendly staff. Hubby had shrimp tacos with homemade tortillas- so fresh!! I had a delicious bowl of chicken tortilla soup and ceviche- both excellent Will look forward to returning Also a yummy jalapina margarita and the flan is the only best EVER!! Creamy and not over syrupy.

Drove into Seabrook from our camping trip at Kalaloch and Koko's was the perfect choice for our afternoon meal. The combination of a dog-friendly patio, Pacific Ocean views, and margaritas made it an ideal spot to unwind after days in the wilderness. Atmosphere & Service: Arrived late afternoon and were seated immediately on the lovely patio. Even though the weather was comfortable, they had heaters running which created a cozy atmosphere. Our server was genuinely sweet and friendly throughout our visit. Food & Drinks: Both ordered Cadillac margaritas which hit the spot! For food, we got: Al Pastor Tuna Tacos - Absolutely my favorite dish! Such a creative and delicious twist on the traditional pork version, and a wonderfully light option Chorizo Burger - Jason enjoyed this, especially since most of the lighter menu options contained cilantro and onions (which he's not a fan of) Mexican Corn - Great flavors when it finally arrived Service Timing Issue: The one hiccup was with our starter - the Mexican corn came out about 10 minutes after our entrees, despite me asking about it when our mains arrived. The server did check on it and said they were making it, but it still appeared on our bill at full price. While she was very sweet, it felt odd that the timing mix-up wasn't acknowledged with any adjustment. Most of the corn went to waste since we were nearly finished eating by then. Dog-Friendly Bonus: As always, we're incredibly grateful to find restaurants with table service that welcome our furry friends! The patio setup is perfect for dining with dogs while enjoying those ocean views. Menu Note: If you're not a cilantro fan, be aware that many of the lighter fare options feature cilantro and onions prominently. Overall: Despite the timing issue with our starter, the food quality was excellent, the setting is beautiful, and the dog-friendly patio makes this a great choice for pet owners visiting Seabrook. The Al Pastor tuna tacos alone are worth the trip!

Was surprised to find such a good Mexican restaurant. Really enjoyed all our dishes. The guac was very fresh and the chips are house made. The carnitas tacos were amazing. The pork had such good flavor. The margarita was served in a tall glass but was mostly ice. Also they were mad with sour mix not fresh lime. Nonetheless they were good. The coconut flan was to die for if you like sweet. The mix of coconut with condensed milk was very good.

Wonderful restaurant with a mix of Salvadoran, Mexican, and American food. We were impressed by the cocktails (gorgeous and handmade), poblano and cashew enchiladas, and guacamole. Friendly service, great atmosphere.

I went to Seabrook with 5 of my friends and we heard this was the cool spot for dinner! After walking around town, this definitely seemed like the right spot to land. We made a reservation, which I don't think is necessary for weekdays in the offseason (we went Sunday at 6) but I can see why they'd recommend it for summer or a weekend. The drinks were fun! I got a sangria and it was lovely. We had all kinds of eaters in our group and the vegans, the gluten free, the carnivores, and everything in between all found amazing options. My cashew cream enchilada was amazing. The service was friendly and our server was really on top of everything. We appreciated her a ton. The ambiance was nice and had kind of a funky feel. Appropriate for the small town, but with a little pizazz. This was close to a 5 star, but the place kind of smelled like sewage to us and we couldn't put our finger on us. Not sure if it was something out of their control or something going on with another establishment, so hoping it changes next time we go.

Another fantastic meal! Year after year we're never disappointed. The poblano cashew enchiladas are always my go to and can't rave enough about them. The cocktails are amazing as well. Service is always in point. It's a smaller place so make sure to grab a reservation or be prepared to wait a bit.

Honestly, what more can you ask for? Breathtaking, amazing patio ocean view Seabrook, a quaint town, along WashingtonState beach watch the waves listen to the breeze through the trees. FYI married almost 30 yrs He likes Mexican food. I love seafood. This place has both and we were both very happy:) YES it open for breakfast. Be AWARE whole town has limited cell service for some reason but most of the shops here-even KoKos has Wi-Fi. They allow customers to access.

My friend's bachelorette weekend was beautiful and a lot of our first time in Seabrook. This restaurant is situated in the forefront of this little town. While it is popular and busy it was pretty obvious they had their own biases when it comes to helping their customers. My friend is very Type A, she planned her whole bachelorette party. She loves Koko's, but was upset when they seated our party of 10 at two tables. With the advance notice we assumed we would all be able to sit together. It wasn't until a large party moved that I had to ask the waiter to move us to which she said didn't know was possible. I could easily tell she just didn't want to move us and clean up the larger table right away. The manager had no problem with the adjustment and took care of it right away. We ordered, our food came pretty quickly. The downside is our friends ordered the platter for two and their dessert had a big on it. For a place that pricey I would expect better. I would say as a group of restaurant workers we understand the stress of a weekend evening, but with how understanding we were I was still slightly disappointed. I will still give Koko's a shot the next time I'm in Seabrook.

Koko's is occupying some prime real estate in the Stepford-esque town of Seabrook, not only commanding a gorgeous view of the sea, but also being one of the first places you encounter upon arrival: a great thing for hungry road-trippers such as ourselves! After being seated immediately on the outdoor patio, we quickly decided on some steak tacos for myself, ahi tuna tostadas and chicken tortilla soup for my wife, and some chorizo guacamole to share between us. A couple of cocktails rounded out our order. Service was phenomenal, both in attitude and attentiveness. Just about the only thing that wasn't great was the bill, which came with a side serving of sticker shock, but that should be expected in a (predominantly) tourist town. The tacos could also use a third, for the price, if you ask me. Still, overall, Koko's is a great first stop, and first impression, of the town of Seabrook. It's this kind of excellence that has been bringing the vision of Seabrook from the realm of dreams into reality for the last 20 years.

    Koko's Burrito

I wanted to attend an event at Ocean Shores and fiancé wanted to attend an event in Seabrook. So we did both. Stopped at Koko's for lunch and food was amazing. Got a chicken burrito and a as not disappointed. Every bite had a fresh taste and can't wait to eat here again. Having eaten at many different restaurants in Ocean Shores, it's well worth the 30 minute drive to enjoy some actual good food.

    Poke bowl
    Elizabeth D.

This was a lunch visit. I was surprised as to how small the seating area was. However, it was comfortable. Our server was friendly and efficient. The food was really good. I wanted something fresh, so I tried the poke bowl. It didn't have much flavor on its own, but the sauce that came with it did the trick. My friend ordered some kind of enchiladas and they looked awesome. I am for sure going back to try those cashew enchiladas that look so vibrantly green. Tip- if you like spicy, ask them for some of the homemade hot sauce. It's absolutely delicious and has a great kick.

The staff were overextended since they were taking on both the bartender and server roles, so it was very difficult to catch their attention. We ended up having to approach them while they were in the middle of making a drink after trying to flag them down for 20 minutes and failing. What I don't understand is why don't these restaurants just buy a box of decent chardonnay (NOT an oxymoron) and keep it in the fridge for when someone orders it. I mean, a box stays fresh for 30 days or more, so it's not a big deal to just have that on hand when some high-maintenance Chardonnay drinker like me shows up unexpectedly!
