The star of the meal was definitely the Oak Smoked Salmon. The yuzu added a bright citrus note and the seaweed salad paired perfectly with it. The steak was cooked exactly to the temperature I requested, but it (along with the vegetables) arrived slightly cold, which took away from the experience. The fried rice also lacked a bit of seasoning and could have used a little more flavor. While this wasn't a bad dining experience by any means, I'm still on the search for that standout spot in the area that truly checks all the boxes.
