Utterly terrible customer service for the manager…read more The original employee tried very hard to figure out how to return the items since the items were not showing up on the barcode even though I had proof of purchase and shipping via email from Belk. I appreciated her effort. The manager informed me that it was purchased out of the 90 day policy or that I did not purchase it from Belk. I kept telling her that I had received the items last week and had proof that I had via an email delivery date. When she stated it was not from Belk, I scrolled up on the email showing her "Belk" header. She informed me because it's not from Belk because it is not in the Belk system on their computer. She said that I cannot return the items here. I had drive 3 hours (round trip) to return these items, and she did not give me further guidance as to what to do apart from saying that I cannot return the items despite having the original shipping box, the receipts, and the confirmation email of delivery. What blasphemy is this! At least provide further directions as to what the next step should be.

Today is January 2, 2025, and now Target sends me an email basically blaming me for their problem with processing this order. I closed my account with them, removed my information and deleted the app. I want nothing further to do with Target--ever. I shop with my little nephew and he always goes straight to the coloring table. Sabainah talks to him, asks about his drawings, and makes him feel so special. Now he always asks if "the nice lady" is there because he knows he'll get stickers and coloring pages. One time he even hugged her before we left. The store is always in great condition even when it's busy, and the staff clearly works hard keeping everything organized and explaining the sales really well. Prices are always discounted too. Even when it's busy, she's helping everyone and still checking in on the kids. You can tell she's a leader there. People like her really make you want to come back.
