So I continued to search and about 8-10 mins in, the female came over. Not very inviting but doable. When I told her what I was looking for, her response was, nope can't do that and walked away. Now, I've been in the customer service industry most of my entire life. One thing I've learned, if you can't satisfy what the customer is looking for, maybe offer some alternatives that might solve the issue. If a customer is willing to spend $400 on a suit and $179 on a pair of slacks, you might want to be a little more attentive and engaging. So Men's Warehouse...this is now the second time I've had this experience, in this location, Westminster Md. I've had it with this place. I am not interested in speaking to someone from customer service, I'm not interested in anything. The associates need to be more attentive to the customers. Straighten it out!

I stopped by the women's restroom, which is located on the upper level. The pink tiles and vanity look like the original from the 60's or 70's. It could definitely use a facelift. Lol. I then checked out the shoe dept and sunglasses and lastly social dresses. I managed to find one cute dress in petites. It was originally $70 and I got it for $40. Boscov's has a variety and large selection of merchandise, but it's hit and miss for me. I have found that the junior's section has good prices, but other areas can be fairly pricy.

We contacted Boscov's customer service and we received authorization to get a new table. The instruction booklet was incorrect, some of the holes in certain pieces of the table were not aligned, the table top was damaged and with all of that, we kept trying to put it together because we loved our first table. After completing the assembly process, we realized one of the legs was shorter than the others so the table is not balanced. Besides the frustration (and annoyance) of having a table infested with bugs, we had to put together ANOTHER table that was damaged!! The price of this table was too much to have to deal with this!! We could have gone to a discount store and potentially had a better experience! We are beyond frustrated!!! I hope their customer service team does the right thing and makes this right for us.

Place was clean and organized with rewards they've won over the years proudly displayed next to the register. And it's conveniently located right next to a small parking lot for easy access. It's difficult for me to get my boyfriend to step into an actual store, or buy something vintage ("If its used, should it be cheaper?"), so its best that I come here alone and bring back what he doesn't want. I always end up asking a bunch of questions when I'm here- usually about sizing. When the owner is in the shop, he is warm and super friendly and helpful. There is another employee who always seems annoyed that I have the nerve to ask about an item; I really can't take that type of attitude. Customer service, man! I'm hesitant to dock Sixteen Tons a star because of this one guy's attitude. The owner has true vision and really caters to his clientele. He has helpful tips (more ties coming in next week!), good suggestions (how about a cool vintage belt for the guy who has everything?) and asks the right questions to really try to understand who you're buying for.
