Stopped by as I was in the area and didnt feel like going to Walmart. This store is always pretty organized when I patronize here. Its also quiet but at times the staff isnt so helpful. Today was different , I did self check out and needed a little assistance from staff and without hesitation she assisted. Target - Department Stores Near Me - Westminster, Maryland

I placed 2 orders on December 27, 2024. When I went to pick them up only one was there. They had no record of the first one. The order number was no where in their system and I was advised to call Target's Guest Services. I ended up making calls 3 times and did 2 chats in their app--all wasted time. I called my bank and told them Target is having a problem processing my order and please do not pay them. I was told by their customer service, my order is processing but because of some glitch in their system, it hasn't reached the store yet. Today is January 2, 2025, and now Target sends me an email basically blaming me for their problem with processing this order. I closed my account with them, removed my information and deleted the app. I want nothing further to do with Target--ever. I was a loyal customer and didn't deserve this kind of run-a-round treatment. read more

It's a standard clean and organized target with a large parking lot and masked staff. The customers are mostly unmasked.

The only target I've ever been in where you wait in line longer than it took to shop. They had one register open lol!

I was so disappointed this morning by the Target website for this store. I wanted to order two bags of dog treats delivered to my home. The search brought up what I wanted in a single quantity. This didn't qualify for shipping. It wouldn't let me get to a screen to order two bags and qualify for shipping. Then the screen noted that this store was out of this product, and though it showed me the stores with product, I could not figure out how to access those stores. Extremely frustrating. Adequate. The shelves are usually missing what you are looking for at the time. I LITERALLY went there for common deodorant, (Mitchum, unscented gel), and they are out of it. The outside trashcans are overflowing every time I walk in and the cat food I buy always has one left. I have spinal stenosis so I figured I would use the "Drive Up" service"... No One came out. Called Customer service, none answered. Had to go inside. Lovely. read more

Alrighty!! So normally I've had mediocre time at this target and recently it changed everything. At register 11 there was a new team member. She was incredible! She was so personable! 4pm November 13th she was working at register 11. I've never seen someone with such a joy for working there. I am definitely coming back in hopes she's there. She's this wise older woman who I am incredibly grateful to have met. Thank you. I could not get her name because it said new team member but hopefully this is enough information to help you guys. read more

It's fine. It's a Target. It just won't be winning store of the year award anytime soon. Sometimes the clothes are haphazardly arranged. Was there last weekend and the fitting room situation was a little chaotic. You can't take your basket inside so you have to carry items in by hand. The attendant isn't keeping any kind of order so you basically have to lurk and wait for a dressing room to open up and hope no one cuts in line in front of you (which happened to me and the attendant just turned away when I mentioned it). Also, the fitting room is unisex which, fine, I don't care, but there were some young ladies who were trying on swimsuits and wanted to show their moms, and I worry me walking past them to get to a fitting room was less than comfortable. The store is fine overall, though, it just makes the clothes shopping experience a little more stressful than it should be. read more

Nothing special about this Target. It's a relatively small store, and no P Fresh area, so they just have a few aisles of food. Only issue is... don't go to this store if you work for Target. You'll see so many problems from sign placing to basic uniform that it'll drive you nuts (Seriously... saw someone with a bit of a red shirt poking out of a blue sweater.... found it out it was the manager). Stay away from Donna the cashier... she's flat out rude and will roll her eyes at you when you go to her lane. read more

What can I say it's a Target. It's like every other Target you have been too. No complaints, it was clean and the employees were mostly friendly. Got a very close parking spot which is always nice. Just stopped in for a few quick items and checked out very quickly. They did have a few lanes open which I find very helpful. Usually in these stores you get maybe 2 lanes open and takes forever to check out. Overall nice store. Would come back if I was in the area. read more

I would to say that I was in the store yesterday to drop med to get them filled and I walk to the electronics section in the store and the two older guy that was back are from target mobile and I don't recommend nobody talk to them they need to be fried asap!!!!!!!! read more

We have no issues with Target inside. What we do have an issue is with, no matter what time of day we go, there are always two or more employees smoking to the right of the front entrance by the bench. Walking through the clouds of smoke is ridiculous. Employees should either not be allowed to smoke on the premises or smoke out the back of the store. read more

It's Target. It's okay. What would make it 5 stars? Train your employees to be aware of their surroundings. In other words, staff should cease stocking or at least check in with a customer that appears to be shopping the section they are front-facing or replenishing. If there are big carts and a person blocking half of the make up aisle I want to go down and explore, I'm not going to do it... and that can be very frustrating. Staff should make navigating aisles and checkout areas EASY, by not huddling together and straight up standing in the way of people passing through the area. They appear to be completely oblivious. Staff should cease personal conversation with each other before customers reach their check out counter and during the time they are there. I don't mean if they are asking each other for help with an issue, I mean talking about what they did over the weekend or gossiping about another employee. Also, the checkouts that are open to use are staggered. I understand the reasoning. There's usually like 3 open and then the Customer Returns/checkout. How about not opening the one that has the giant metal post in the middle of it... where you would drive your cart to unload. Use one of the other 10+ you have available. read more

I love going to this target. The target team is so friendly and helpful. They go out Of their way to help me with my daughter . However , I wish they had more. They don't carry items that other targets do. It would be nice if it was a one stop shop read more
