I live a hour away, but had to go to the area anyway so I stopped by. The place is on the smallish side, but their Tomato selection is huge and comparable to a large mega garden center. For being on the smallish side Sweetbay has a lot of different Vegetables and Herbs, but not so many Varieties. For example they have Squash, Zucchini, corn, beans, peas etc, but only one or two Varieties/types of each. Even though the owner was busy, he gladly took the time to answer my questions and did not make it seem as though I was taking up his time. All in all I live a hour away so I would not run back to Sweetbay, but if I was in the area, I would gladly stop by again.

But no! WE are to call them, THEY determine delivery without letting you know and said they don't contact customer because they have too many deliveries, but they have an arranged delivery date! You know who else is busy but calls?! Mulch companies! So do car repair businesses, so do many companies that deliver anything, so do Doctors and Dentists. Sun wants to risk us being home? They want to chance leaving a very expensive tree in our front yard BY the road, since this is the final destination. They are not too busy to SELL the tree, but don't ask for any other customer service.

We spent a lot of time researching where to get them and saw many great reviews for Pryor's Nursery. I reached out with some questions and Wade was wonderful at addressing everything. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is happy to take the time to answer any questions you may have. Their prices were also very reasonable compared to other nurseries we looked at. We ended up purchasing 33, 10-foot tall green giant arborvitae and had Pryor's install them for us. The crew showed up on the day of the install and the trees were lush and many feet larger than we expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. Wade and his crew did a phenomenal job. They were respectful and clean. The installed trees and mulch bed look better than we could have hoped. They even installed a drip line with an automatic timer to help water all the trees! He said he heard someone was called for us. So we waited another 10 minutes. I tried to call the store but I was switched to a call center (India?) and started to play 20 questions. Got pissed, hung up , marched inside to see my order sitting on a cart. I checked the bag of small things and found someones sandwich wrapper in the bag with my stuff. ) I saw RED!) I entered and headed to the areas of my necessity. -Appliance and kitchen faucet areas. I walked around looking at refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and more. The only issue was I needed to know which brands came in black stainless steel for all 4 appliances needed. After walking around needing help, I saw the seemingly only area worker assisting someone else. Thw gentleman saw mw definitely. As I waited, he finished up with the customer her was working with and then a lady walks up and he then helps them out disregarding my presence that had been in his face foe about 30 minutes. Another worker came to the area and then he motioned to her to halp me. This young lady is not really knowledge with anything. Need less to say I decided not ro get anything from here I value my time and money.
