Im doing a kitchen renovation project. I decided to go to this particular Lowe's because they have clearanced or sale items that tend to be only at this location. I entered and headed to the areas of my necessity. -Appliance and kitchen faucet areas. I walked around looking at refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and more. The only issue was I needed to know which brands came in black stainless steel for all 4 appliances needed. After walking around needing help, I saw the seemingly only area worker assisting someone else. Thw gentleman saw mw definitely. As I waited, he finished up with the customer her was working with and then a lady walks up and he then helps them out disregarding my presence that had been in his face foe about 30 minutes. Another worker came to the area and then he motioned to her to halp me. This young lady is not really knowledge with anything. Need less to say I decided not ro get anything from here I value my time and money.

Lowe's shipped us a new dishwasher that was dented on the back which would cause a leak. Would not recommend getting appliances from them

Linda has great landscaping ideas and reasonable prices. We were referred to her through Howard…read moreCounty. She came out and installed a beautiful rain garden for us a few years ago. Now, she put together a plan to minimize the water flooding our backyard and ruining our grass so that we'll have more privacy and NO maintenance for our lawn and foliage. It included installing schip laurel trees that would spread across our back fence to provide privacy. She also installed - or shall I say her workers installed - a groundcover that was to spread across and keep weeds out. She said all we had to do was apply Preen each season, which we did religiously. Unfortunately, the ground cover was overtaken by weeds each of the past two summers and takes hours upon hours of weeding since we cannot mow over it all. The attached photo is just a tiny fraction of the weeds I pulled this mornin Two of the trees drowned within a year. Her team replaced them and now they've drowned again. We did have record rain over the past year. Linda did say even though it has been over a year since the install that she'd replace the trees with a more hardy variety that can withstand the water and revert our lawn back to grass, it has been two months since we discussed that and we're still waiting for it to happen. She cited that part of the delay was that they were really behind between all the rain we've had and a stall in getting her non-U.S. visa workers lined up. It took a long time, but Linda's team came back last year to replace the trees and they are finally flourishing!

And then again the following year, to plant bushes along the side of our house as well as a potted evergreen for our deck. The hardscaping came out beautiful; however, when we noticed it starting to crack, Linda Luke and her crew manager kept putting blame on us and then began ignoring my calls and emails. So I went to a local stone store to ask for their opinion and they said the crack was caused due to a lack of drainage. VG did not create proper drainage options for the hardscaped flower bed, causing the stone to crack. We are now left with a dilemma of either leaving the 7' crack as is or spending over $1000 to have the other stone company fix it properly...all because Linda would not take ownership of their work. In addition, our potted evergreen began losing it needles immediately and, once again, they did not take ownership of the issue and continued to ignore our complaints. Bottom line: Be aware, guaranteed work doesn't mean follow through and customer satisfaction.

In the past, I rated this location top at customer service. I went into the light fixture area and was so confused of the location of products and no employees were in the area to assist. Needless to say, I did not purchase what I intended to receive. The items are hanging to be viewed but locating them was another ordeal. I cant say not to go, but just know prices are n't low and help is hard to find.

Normally I shop here. This one time I did my purchases online for curbside pick up. I needed a few…read moresmall items and 6 bags of solar salt. I was notified it was ready, I signed in "I'm here" on the app in pick up space #2. 15 minutes goes by, and I asked the guy rounding up carts "How long do they usually wait?' He said he heard someone was called for us. So we waited another 10 minutes. I tried to call the store but I was switched to a call center (India?) and started to play 20 questions. Got pissed, hung up , marched inside to see my order sitting on a cart. I checked the bag of small things and found someones sandwich wrapper in the bag with my stuff. ) I saw RED!) I rolled the cart outside and loaded it myself. As a recent open heart surgery patient I should not have been heaving bags of solar salt , let alone getting this mad. Home Depot, you blew it! Curbside is a joke. No time saved, still had to heave the bags. Never had an issue like that at Lowes next door! Judging by the long line at the service desk you need some serious Customer Service training!!
