We also were having issues with out upstairs unit having poor air distribution between bedrooms. Ray (I think he's the owner) came out for a bid. Super knowledgeable and gave me an estimate that was 35% of a previous bid (who was clearly trying to scam me!). He also listed to my concerns about the upstairs duct issues. Even though this was not within his scope, he offered to call a reputable company (he often work with) that repairs hvac ducts, have this guy come out when our ducts were being cleaned so he could explain the issue in industry terms! The actual cleaning was great. I had four guys and it took them 8 hours for my 4 units.
