Since I wasn't in the market for electronics, I decided to let things die down and go later on in the day. I'd been working to upgrade my second bedroom to mimic a hotel feel...you know, all white linens and such? Well... Thank you, Kohl's for coming through with an excellent deal!! I was able to purchase several towels, washcloths, sets of sheets, and blankets...for ~85 bucks (after the Black Friday discount). So, you know what that means...$15 Kohl's cash!!!! Ya darn right. After realizing that I was $15 short from getting an additional $15 in Kohl's cash. So, duh, I bought more stuff to get the addt'l moolah! haha. One thing that almost risked me having an unpleasant service experience: My cashier. So, I inquired about a military discount and she wasn't sure if her store participated in that....and she continued to hand me my bag and usher me away. um.no. So I asked, "could you look into it, please?" and she replied "well even if I look into it now, I've already cashed you out so you'll have to go to customer service anyway." She went on to pick her nose and look away. A bit miffed, I shuffled on over to customer service...already feeling a little "enh" about everything. I was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful customer service associate. She not only took the time to look up the military discount - this store does not participate - but she also explained the rewards program. Then, the icing on the cake, she went into great detail about how I could stack coupons and rewards! Oh yeah! While I may not be super frequent Kohl's shopper, that was incentive enough to drive the 10 addt'l min to get there instead of my neighborhood Target. Thanks again, Kohl's, for being freaking awesome! (minus the nose picking cashier! lol)

There is only one entrance/exit, the other/second (normal) entry/exit door is closed. For this reason, common sense should say that employees that want to smoke should do so at the door that is NOT being used. In this day and time, why on earth would you smoke at/near the door where people MUST enter and exit. It's bad enough we have to walk through your smoke, but during an airborne pandemic?!?! I think not!! Safety first, you sanitize the carts and have hand sanitizer everywhere and social distancing signs and such...but you have employee blowing smoke and "droplets" directly where patrons have to enter?!?! I spoke with the manager "Lisa" who advised that the suggestion made sense and that she would speak with the employees about it.

I went there for the first time last month to have an old ring of my mother's remade into something for my daughter. I had a vague idea what I wanted it to look like. Janet somehow took my idea and made it better...within a week I had 2 gorgeous rings instead of 1. In addition she cleaned and checked my wedding rings for free. The service is always great and the quality of work superior. I highly recommend this store.
