I base this on the fact that the phone number for Chem-Dry Advantage and Chem-Dray Advantage II are the same. Dude or dude-ess, find a new business to try because Chem-Dry clearly ain't your thing.

They only cleaned my very small basement for some stains and cat urine and it cost us almost $400! If it would have worked I would have been happy with it but not only did they miss a huge spot of urine entirely but all of the stains came back within the week and my husband is convinced that now it smells worse then it ever did. I tried several times to get them back out but they would only call me back to fix it when it was convenient for them and would not make an appointment. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else!
