Looks like it's time to show my age !!…read more I've been frequenting this area for 30+ years. I'm talking about when it was just a subway, grassy fence, walkway, and mall. Watching the growth here at Metro Center has been amazing. It's a great asset have the condos, library, garage, hotel, restaurants, activities, and outdoor events here. It's pretty organized and they had quite a few associates restocking and organizing. So the short of it, I found a Laundry gray wool cost for $15. At first, I thought that was pricey in comparison to my other goodwills but maybe not. It as in good condition, just missing the belt which I thought was a good thing because I can just add my own-a splash of color. I got a phobe couture dress, tags still attached for $30-yes, I thought that was pricey too until I looked at the original tag that was $315, OMG, that's savings of 90% off! Found a moda international cute pink sweater- I hadn't even got to the register and two people already complimented my on that find! I found a brand new, tag still attached YA Los Angeles black dress, thank goodness this one was regular goodwill price-$7. But what a deal considering how much it would have cost in a department store! Found a blazer that still had the Nordstrom store tag.....all kids clothes are $2. Seriously, today was a good day! They did actually have a lot of items from various stores with tags still attached. Apparently Marshalls/TJ Maxx/and Forever 21/ and Target donate a lot of items to this location. Now I will say, the shoes are a bit higher at this location. For example, they had a few pairs of flats from Target for 10.99. I've seen these SAME shoes at another goodwill for $4.99. Honestly, if you wait long enough for the shoes at Target, you can get them less than this price at Goodwill. Good store I would say, I would recommend you stopping by if you are in the area! I will say do not come and expect to be out for a question or even to purchase anything (tires/batteries) within an hour at times. I came to check on the price of tires as calling you will never hardly get someone to answer. I came about 2 weeks ago and waited over an hour in line to get to the counter with only 4 people ahead of me. Got to the counter and of course they didnt stock the Perelli tires I needed; therefore, I had to purchase them first. I was told they will come in 2-5 business days and they will call when they are in. I never received a call so I came in on Saturday and waited in line for them to check and say yes we have them in. I waited 2 hours for them to install but they never touched the car. I then, came back on Sunday and it took them 3 and half hours to install the tires. I received my car back with white gooey stuff all over the tires and my rims. A total mess. I went home. On Monday, the back tire was low. I put air in it. Today, I had a scheduled service at the dealership and the same tire was at 11 psi. The dealership checked the tire and put air in it. I came back to Costco tire center and was told I had to wait atleast 2+ hours before they could check the tire. This is absolutely insane. I went inside and the tire center manager stated she will get my vehicle in as soon as possible. So in a nutshell, try your best to avoid being frustrated and try going to another Costco tire center.

I went up to the cashier and placed my reusable bag I had bought on my previous visit containing the items I was returning on the counter and pulled out my items with the receipt and made my return. I had an issue with the debit card and the manager had to be called to assist. After successfully making the return I shopped around and went back to the cashier to pay. After paying I placed my items in my empty folded reusable bag, when the cashier is being asked constantly in her earpiece to verify if my bag was accounted for and when the cashier confirmed from our previous interaction she proceeded to ask to check inside of my bag. Never had I felt so disrespected and been treated so unfairly from a store's staff that not only sees me often but that I spend a lot of money on. Very disappointed and to add on the constant lack of cleanliness and organization in that store is unpleasant. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They also have a large selection of luggage. I most recently wanted a beautiful piece of luggage, and found it there. I must admit, my favorite thing about this place is it's employees. Everyone is always very nice and kind of no matter how busy, or slow they are. There are days that they're swamped, I'm not even talking about holidays. They still smile and treat you with respect, I appreciate that a lot. Looks like they have my business for a while.

I have heard stories about this walmart and they live up to it. I was warned not to shop here but I've been doing walmart grocery pick up for 4 years. Some Walmart's are better at it than others. The Randallstown store is the latter. If you choose to use the service check your items before pulling away. They will give you substitutes without indicating a sub in the app. Of the 3 orders I've picked up, I was given substitutes without the option to reject them. They were not indicated on the app. The picker marked the order as if I was receiving everything I requested. My pick up two days ago took 45 minutes bc the "pickers" forgot several items from my order. All the important stuff... bacon, strawberry lemonade, eggs‍, Lactose free milk. Either way the loader, Patrick, was very apologetic and after checking with his supervisor came back to my truck and took pics of the missing items from the list on my phone. He went in and picked them himself. Thanks Patrick! To management- You are the only Walmart in the area. Because of that I'm sure the traffic to your store is really heavy. Tighten up. Train your employees better. Why are they not marking substitutes in the app? When they do that we report it and are refunded. They're costing the company money. I'll come back to comment on my 4th of July weekend trip inside the store. It wasn't horrible.
