The noodles were flavored and multicolored and the macaroni salad seemed to be a hit. We also could not resist these weird spongy blue sour egg shaped candies because Jeremy loves blue Raspberry anything. He's been trying to get me to try one ever since because it's a texture sensation, but not necessarily in a good way. But we love to share experiences and make fun of the bad ones, so I may relent at some point. We signed up for their loyalty program and received an instant discount. And there's already a coupon waiting for me in my email box. That'll come in handy when we return to buy a bunch of unusual international snacks for Jeremy's little brother's upcoming birthday.

So I decided to turn around on a random street and there she was: a small building with various inviting pieces laid out around the entryway in the parking lot. Garden objects on a Sunny early spring day - It was like a magnet to me! Inside I found heaps of gorgeous home furnishings, fine china, vintage wares, tools, art, trinkets and some clothing too. I could spend hours in there simply exploring. I didn't even get to focus on the jewelry in cases at the front desk, but there's always next time. The space was bigger than I realized once inside and they make great use of the space. I couldn't imagine nicer people than the two ladies who checked us out. Definitely check it!

She seems to want to be helpful to her customers and points out all the deals and special items - although I could see how this might come across as overbearing. She helped me find a cameo necklace after I inquired, which I ultimately passed on, but I appreciated that she took the time to show it to me. The signage for some of the deals is a little unclear. I overheard a customer pick up rings from the "buy four get one free" section and then be told that those rings weren't part of the sale... definitely very confusing. After several minutes of sorting through, I managed to find a pendant, a necklace, and two rings that I absolutely adore. The total was just under $15 which was a steal considering, upon further inspection, one of the rings ended up being 14k gold. I'll return!

However, I wasn't assisted for at least 15 minutes after the other guests left. It's pretty surprising in the customer service industry. When it came to trying on an item, the staff just pointed at the dressing room and said "over there." One staff member, presumably the owner, did provide information about the polish ceramic items after I'd been pursuing for a while. Overall, this shop has a nice assortment of items and is pleasantly appointed, though could improve in customer service.
