This was not the first time Ive witnessed this very same employee do this. She is extremely rude and disrespectful! The staff is just so friendly and eager to help. I never feel stupid or silly asking newbie questions like I do at other local shops. Also, since there is so much out there in the bike world, I'd call first to make sure they have what you want, especially if you have a drive to get to the shop. Unless you're going for clothes or helmets. They have a great selection of both. More niche and bike-specific gear might be a good idea to call ahead for. They'll also order things if you need!
