This Dollar Tree location is a gem. Their greeting card section is top tier, and they keep their shelves stocked. My only issue w this place is the wait at the register. There's ALWAYS one. I'm unsure why they can't obtain full staffing ever, but the lines need improvement. Otherwise, all is well. I'll keep visiting. read more

My daughter wanted to pick up some Valentine's Day cards for her friends so I stopped in to this Dollar Tree location on a Saturday morning because it was conveniently located along the way to where I was taking her for a Saturday morning activity. I stopped in to the shopping center for breakfast and figured I could kill two birds with one stone. The chopping canter wasn't too busy on a Saturday morning so there was plenty of parking. It was easy to run in and grab the few items we were looking for. There was only one register open but since the store wasn't crowded there was no line. Only had to spend about 6 dollars for the 5 things we got. I see from some of the other reviews that the cashiers can be less than friendly. The one who was working the morning I went was quite friendly and polite. It was a good shopping experience for me. The candy isle was a little bare but I assume that was just customers buying up everything on sale. Overall it's cheap and convenient so I will be back. read more

I just left this location. I initially went to register 1 and was rudely greeted with "3". No hello nor welcome. After yelling 3 at me, the woman went to fridge to get a soda and sit on the windowsill to play on her phone. Thankfully the other cashier was welcoming an polite. read more

This is the kind of store that is vaguely organized. There is merchandise in random places and stock boxes block the aisle. Finding someone to assist can be difficult. And when you get ready to check out, there is usually one cashier or two very slow cashiers. Never three. Howeverrrrrr, this is the Dollar Tree. Everything is only a dollar or less (greeting cards). I found epsom salts,mailing envelopes and bubble wrap. It was just what I was looking for. read more

9/2/14 It's a dollar store. Not sure what more to say than everything is a $1 or less on smaller items. I always come here mostly for gift bags and wrapping paper. I also check here first for certain items before I go to a regular store and spend more. Staff is friendly but they always seem to have slow long lines and not enough registers open. I don't think you should expect much from a dollar store but they have a good selection on things. It's in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking. read more

I was at Dollar Tree 9616 Reisterstown Rd... The cashier Brenina was extremely rude. She overcharged us for our purchase and blamed me for not telling before she closed her cash drawer. She had the nerve to say "My mama is a B*tch" while store manager Dave a bit timid I might add witnessed the entire situation and never once reprimanded Brenina. It was the most empty dollar tree I had ever seen. Most aisles were blocked by boxes. Though people were walking about stocking things, there was nothing on the shelves. I mean, barely. Employees whispered about other employees. Unprofessional. Employees yelled across the store about going on break. A break from what? There is only one counter open and there is NOTHING ON THE SHELVES. I was excited that there was a dollar tree in town but, now, not so much. read more

Disorganized mess! That's all that needs to be said. I have lived in the area on and off my entire life, but full time the past 3 years. In that time I have not seen this store without boxes laying/stacked in every aisle. The shelves are empty and the place is a complete mess! To paint the picture it looks like the stores after Black Friday sales. The employees are miserable and incredibly unfriendly. I won't go there even for $1. read more

I bought 4 lunchables along with other items from store 1676 (11935 Reisterstown MD 21136). After leaving the store I realized that the lunchables were spoiled (the package surrounding the meat was swollen). When I went back to return these UNOPENED lunchables due to the fact that they were spoiled I was told by the cashier that no food items could be returned. I pointed out to the cashier that the receipt clearly indicated that the store would "gladly exchange ANY unopened item with an original receipt.". She told me to speak to the store manager Janise. Janise was very rude and stated that she would not exchange the items because it was "not her belief" that the lunchables were sold to me in that condition. This is my local dollar store. It is no further than one mile from my house. I visit this particular location at least 3 times a week. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service, the lack of quality of the food being sold and the lack of integrity (not honoring your policy as stated on the receipt). I called the corporate number where I was transferred to the district managers voicemail. I hope the district manager will be professional enough to return my call and resolve this issue. read more

Hate this store. Don't even patronize it anymore. When I went in last time there was merchandise all over the floor, dirty and just plain a mess!!! Employees were arrogant to customers. I tried to ask a question but the way the girl looked at me was more or less in so many words don't ask. I put what I had in my hands and walked out. Never to return. Horrible store!!! I ordered a box of plastic tumblers from online to be delivered to this location almost a month ago. I get the email to confirm it's delivery, I go to the location, they can't find it. (Which is not surprising because the store is a mess, theirs trash, damaged goods, and other peoples packages scattered around in an non-secured area.) They tell me I have to call customer support, and that there's nothing they can do. I call, they say their resending the tumblers out, I call a week later, they say their in transits now, 2 weeks later, no one knows where they are. They won't just resend them to my home at this point. And I needed them for Christmas. Now I have no time to go out and get more, so the Christmas gifts I had planned for a group of friends, is just not going to happen. At least they offered me a refund. Lesson learned, will not be ordering from or shopping with this company again. read more

There is a new Manager that works at this store by the name Nate Scott & I had by far the worst experience!! It was Christmas Eve & I had went into the store & there were no customers, while getting my last minute items, I had dropped my credit card & was grateful that the manager had found it & gave it to me, only to discover later on that he had not only stolen my c.c. Information but had also used my card & made purchases!! I filed a Police report & he will be prosecuted but BEWARE he is only working there to steal people's credit card information!! I will NEVER shop at this location again!! I have been shopping at this store for over 7 years & I've NEVER had this happen until this new manager came there!!!! read more
