Shalisha at the Royersford Kohl's Sephora absolutely nailed it. This is the kind of employee you want leading teams and training others. I came in the store looking for foundation that works well for my skin--this has been an ongoing and frustrating search. Shalisha gave a warm and enthusiastic greeting--and though I took up more of her time than I intended, she gave her all to this interaction and maintained that high level of supportive enthusiasm throughout my visit. Shalisha listened, asked the right questions, and walked me through several options that actually made sense for my skin. And not just what was on the shelf--she also referenced products carried in full-size Sephora locations, not available at this one. That's the kind of product familiarity you don't get from a one-time training session. It comes from effort, and choosing to learn about everything, not just what she personally uses. SEPHORA at Kohl's - My experience with Shalisha was outstanding - Men's Clothing Near Me - ROYERSFORD, Pennsylvania

I purchased some items from Kohls online for a family member last night. I earned Kohls Bucks which are for valid for a couple of weeks. Knowing I won't be going to Kohls in the near future, I went to this one as it was nearby my vacation area. The store is large and clean. A staff person bright me to the men's clothing section and I bought the item with Kohls bucks. Total out of pocket cost: $0. Highly recommend their rewards program, which is free to join. read more

One of the worst Kohls stores that exist. Dressing rooms are poorly maintained, there' are never enough cash registers open and sizing of clothing always sucks. Now they also don't allow coupons to be used on some brand names. Additionally, there's no customer service. Not even sure how this store remains in business. read more

My first time visiting this location and it happened to be during the Christmas season. I needed to make an Amazon return. Why Amazon chose to make this relationship with Kohl's, Idk. But anyway, if you want to make a return...you do not go to the Kohl's customer service...NO...because that would be easy. You have to schlepp to the back of the store through the ladies lingerie section to an obscure Amazon return kiosk. Weird. So I did my return and it allowed me to look around the store itself. They seemed to have some nice things but the clothes looked outdated. I mean who wears Tommy Hilfiger anymore? That went out w the 80's. And it smelled like a horrible perfume scent all through the store. Ewww. It was like an old great aunt or something. Ya know. I feel bad saying that but I gotta be honest. For some reason I really like Kohls. The price is right when you use their 15-30% off deals added on to sale prices. Kohl's Cash is nice too if you have any. They have a decent selection of men's clothing. Various brands. If buying suits, just double check to be sure the suit is 100% wool; cheaper brands use polyester. Sometimes the suits need tailoring so be prepared for an additional trip to your tailor. I tend to get all my stuff at once. I recently got 2 suits, 2 dress shirts, 4 ties, 2 cargo shorts, 1 pair Nike sneakers, 1 pair jeans, 1 pair dockers, 3 v-neck T's, and a nice casual button down shirt for less than $500 with all the discounts. Of course the receipt showed that I saved $600, but not sure how much faith to put into that figure. read more

SEPHORA at Kohl's - 2 suits for less than $350 - Men's Clothing Near Me - ROYERSFORD, Pennsylvania

Went here with my grandfather for a few small things and everything seemed fine... then we met the short female cashier "pat". He tried to make small talk with her and her exact words were "I don't care about that" in the most disrespectful tone. Horrible customer service is found throughout the entire store most days, this was just the straw that broke the camels back. read more

This store has one thing going for it other than the fact that it has sales on clothing apparel and shoes constantly.. It is close to home. Of the five to six times that I have gone to this store to shop, every time I have gone, this store is in such disarray that it is impossible to find what you one is looking for at the moment. It is pretty ridiculous how the Kohl's by the Coventry mall can be so clean and organized, yet this one looks like a tornado went through it. I will say that I needed to return an item and the clerk was very helpful and didn't make me feel like a scoundrel for trying to return an item. So often when you return something at a store you are made to feel like you did something wrong.... not here. Hope you can find what you are looking for if you decide to brave this one.... Always enjoying coming here and you can usually find some good deals between sales and coupons that they constantly offer. They've recently remodeled and I like the new look much better. Product displays always seem to be in good shape, although the shoe department can be a bit messy at times. I will usually come here for shoes, kitchen items, casual clothes, and kids clothes. Kohl's has a great return policy and as long as you have the credit card you used to make the purchase, you don't need a receipt. Staff has always been friendly here. read more

Kohl's is the worst department store. Bought a $20 pair of gloves, at 28 F my fingers became numb in five minutes. Bought a $25 belt, in 30 days the buckle broke off the leather. High priced shoddy merchandise. read more

Going to Kohl's is always a adventure. They have clothes on the manikins and the items are never near by or even in the area for you to buy or try on. Then, the shoe department. Looking for a footie to try on shoes and couldn't find one anywhere so after a few minutes thought I should ask a associate. I said excuse me.... do you have footies so I can try on shoes. His response was one of bother and disgust No..... oh ...no let me find something for you..... jeez I'm sorry we are out of them nothing. Ugh what a turn off. Ewwwwww I'm sure other people tried them on without socks. Then stood in line forever because they were working on the new system of saying cashier number 1 ready for next customer. Customer service is a joke. Their prices are almost double compared to Macy's or other department stores. The location in Royersford is pretty bad when it comes to customer service. read more

This has become my favorite Kohls in the area. I used to go to the one in Blue Bell, but after a less than spectacular experience there, I thought I would try Royersford. I was not disappointed! They had a lot of sale and clearance items (that actually fit me, too! That's a rarity!). Baby clothes all jumbled and disorganized. Girls mixed w boys, toddlers mixed w infants, pajamas w bathing suits. There was no flow. And 18 racks of clearance - just sloppy, I didn't even want to finish shopping in the area so I left . Been to other kohls where baby stuff is much more pleasurable to shop. read more

My recent experience on June 11th to Kohl's in Royersford, Pa was good except for one thing, there was a lot of dust and misc. items in both fitting rooms that I had tried clothes on in. This was disturbing since I heard a vacuum cleaner being run not far in the distance, was hoping they were going to enter the women's fitting room at any moment and clean the one that I was in. It made me want to get out of there as fast as I could, I did not even try on half the items I had brought in to try on. Maybe I will have a better experience next time? read more
