The clothing is pretty eclectic and they have a diverse range of things from accessories to shoes to tops and jeans. An awesome burnt orange jacket caught my eye and I just had to try it on! Several days ago I stopped in store - and my experience was like night and day.  Same manager says now I cannot exchange (i.e. basically I'm stuck with it).  Whaaattt?!!!  Lame excuse about bar codes and inventory.  Another employee unhelpfully chimes in that next time I need to come back within same season and maybe they should have been clearer about return policy.  Huh??  I am very disappointed and will not shop here again. There was no reason I should not have been able to choose another piece of merchandise.  You can't tell me they couldn't make things right in some way.  My suggestion - improve your return process.   Even if you lose a sale, ensuring a customer's experience to be a positive one will bring them (and others) back later.

The team is consistently helpful and hardworking, keeping everything running smoothly even during busy times. It's clear that strong management plays a huge role in creating such a positive, efficient environment. I also have a unique appreciation for this store because I had the opportunity to work here, and I can say the management and team are some of the best. This is an average size for a Ross store. They all seem to be the same dimensions, or at least set up in a way it appears the same. The difference is they had multiple of the same items available in each size unlike other stores they are generally a one off. Although I was unable to get a raincoat, which was my mission, I purchased several items that I'm quite pleased with. Would I return? YES.

First, as much as I feel like a freak show, she didn't look at me weird and listened to all my concerns. Usually I've paid up to $150 for a bra that fits my new size and it takes forever to find one that fits. Deb not only fitted me but she also listened to my concerns. Within ten minutes I found a bra that was beautiful, comfortable, and fit perfectly. It also cost only $29 which was a HUGE relief as my other bras were so expensive. I bought several with the plan of buying more. I do need t shirt bras due to neuropathy but they had really cute lacy and sexy bras, too. Their selection is fabulous. Secondly, the apparel is awesome. I bought several summer dresses that are not only cute but they feel like I'm wearing they cozyest pajamas ever. I get tons of compliments on the outfits that I buy there because they're on trend AND comfortable. What's not to love about that? I buy all my pajamas here because really, why not?
