Long story short, I ended up loving the jacket and can't wait to wear it as part of my new fall wardrobe!

I shopped around and could not find anything appropriate - she convinced me to hold on to the shirt and come back another time.  (I felt a little uncomfortable with that but trusted her) On two subsequent visits - still finding nothing of similar price to swap - I once again was assured that I can come back to exchange item (I live a distance and am not often in this vicinity). Several days ago I stopped in store - and my experience was like night and day.  Same manager says now I cannot exchange (i.e. basically I'm stuck with it).  Whaaattt?!!!  Lame excuse about bar codes and inventory.  Another employee unhelpfully chimes in that next time I need to come back within same season and maybe they should have been clearer about return policy.  Huh??  I am very disappointed and will not shop here again. There was no reason I should not have been able to choose another piece of merchandise.  You can't tell me they couldn't make things right in some way.  My suggestion - improve your return process.   Even if you lose a sale, ensuring a customer's experience to be a positive one will bring them (and others) back later.

One item was the wrong size, and I attempted to exchange it today -- less than a month later. I asked if I could exchange it without the receipt for the current computer generated value of the blazer, to switch for a more appropriate one, and I was told no. I ended up getting a cash refund instead of switching the item in store, which would have been no loss to them in this alternate scenario. Make it make sense! In addition the assistant manager was rude and condescending, unfortunately. I'll never shop at this store again

The store is always well organized, easy to browse, and full of great finds at amazing prices. Whether you're looking for clothing, home goods, or a last-minute gift, there's always something worth picking up. The team is consistently helpful and hardworking, keeping everything running smoothly even during busy times. It's clear that strong management plays a huge role in creating such a positive, efficient environment. I also have a unique appreciation for this store because I had the opportunity to work here, and I can say the management and team are some of the best. I was in between moving states and, as a therapist, it wouldn't have been ethical to take on new clients during that transition, so working in retail helped hold me over--and I'm so grateful it was at Ross. It turned out to be such a positive and meaningful experience, and I truly appreciated the support and camaraderie from the team. Thank you for making that time in my life such a great one! Big shout out to DESTINY SHAMILA BECCA and KAT - they set the tone for the work day and it has always been a positive experience. It was so nice to come into a workplace with nice coworkers and management. Thank you!

First, the store is beautifully laid out and the salespeople are fabulous. Deb Polichetti sized me for bras (which is always difficult due to the above circumstances). First, as much as I feel like a freak show, she didn't look at me weird and listened to all my concerns. Usually I've paid up to $150 for a bra that fits my new size and it takes forever to find one that fits. Deb not only fitted me but she also listened to my concerns. Within ten minutes I found a bra that was beautiful, comfortable, and fit perfectly. It also cost only $29 which was a HUGE relief as my other bras were so expensive. I bought several with the plan of buying more. I do need t shirt bras due to neuropathy but they had really cute lacy and sexy bras, too. Their selection is fabulous. Secondly, the apparel is awesome. I bought several summer dresses that are not only cute but they feel like I'm wearing they cozyest pajamas ever. I get tons of compliments on the outfits that I buy there because they're on trend AND comfortable. What's not to love about that? I buy all my pajamas here because really, why not? They are the best. They don't shrink with the first wash or pill immediately. Their prices can be high but with sales and coupons they can't be beat. Third, and very important to me, the staff is fabulous. They don't follow me around the store and make me feel pressured to buy everything on the hangers. They are always so kind and willing to help. It feels like I'm shopping with friends. They've been honest when something doesn't work for me, something I ALWAYS appreciate. Soma in Collegeville is definitely worth your time especially if you have issues with bra fitting. I guarantee you'll find an amazing fitting, beautiful bras, and an exceptional staff.
