Since F was in Phoenixville on business, I figured I could dash in and check to see if it was still there. When we got to the door there was a sign up saying the store was closed for inventory....oh no I was so disappointed BUT the lovely lady inside saw me peeking in and opened the door. I told her my story and she was so kind and gracious to let me in as long as "I didn't mind the mess". Alas, the dress was nowhere to be found (my fault for not snatching it up when I had the chance). The co-owner even called her partner while I was there to see if she knew the location of the dress. I love when someone goes above and beyond what is expected in order to help a customer. Kudos to you Lulu...I will be back.

Very cute boutique…read more I did not notice anything really for a plus size person. They had some cute accessories like headbands, and hats. They had great smelling candles and cute clothes. I loved how they decorated as well. The two women working were great. They were helpful to another customer and at times myself. They did engage in conversation at times as well.

I happened to be wandering Providence Town Center, checking out the latest additions when a cute…read morewindow display caught my eye. I ended up walking in to look around. The clothing is pretty eclectic and they have a diverse range of things from accessories to shoes to tops and jeans. An awesome burnt orange jacket caught my eye and I just had to try it on! In the fitting room, there was actually a sign "Selfies Welcome!" and a list of their facebook and twitter you can post to which I thought was pretty cool. Long story short, I ended up loving the jacket and can't wait to wear it as part of my new fall wardrobe!

However finding these pieces took me about two hours the store. Although the selection wasn't as impressive as other consignment stores and greater Philadelphia the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I then left Daphne a voicemail and emailed her but received no response so I stopped in a few days later to speak with her. As I was walking towards them Michelle said to Daphne "THIS is the girl I was telling you about". Daphne rudely told me that they were no longer taking anything unless I wanted to leave my bags for them to go through and they would donate the rest (even though the old procedure was they would go through it and then call you to pick up what they didn't want). I guess their consigners are no longer worth a phone call! The next day I returned to pull all of my items that did not sell with very very little help from both Michelle and Daphne. Michelle could not even figure out how to work the computer to print me out my lists of items that were on the floor. It took over two hours to find all of my items because of the awful organization skills of this place. My clothes now smelled terrible so I washed them and will take them to other stores I consign at that treat me well, such as LuLu, The Loft on 724, Greene Street, and even Plato's Closet. These stores are pickier, but for good reason - they have a MUCH better selection and I would recommend checking them out before you waste your time looking for hours for any quality items at "Love" It!

The store is always well organized, easy to browse, and full of great finds at amazing prices. Whether you're looking for clothing, home goods, or a last-minute gift, there's always something worth picking up. The team is consistently helpful and hardworking, keeping everything running smoothly even during busy times. It's clear that strong management plays a huge role in creating such a positive, efficient environment. I also have a unique appreciation for this store because I had the opportunity to work here, and I can say the management and team are some of the best. I was in between moving states and, as a therapist, it wouldn't have been ethical to take on new clients during that transition, so working in retail helped hold me over--and I'm so grateful it was at Ross. This is an average size for a Ross store. They all seem to be the same dimensions, or at least set up in a way it appears the same. The difference is they had multiple of the same items available in each size unlike other stores they are generally a one off.
