Crappy customer service. I called ahead while on the freeway to make sure that the store had an item in stock. The person on the phone said yes I have this item in my hand it will be waiting at customer service. He took my name down so that it would be ready for me. When I arrived at customer service the first clerk asked me if I was doing an online pickup. I said no I called ahead and had an item pulled the clerk next to her said are you doing it online pickup. Since the person I spoke to was and HomeGoods I tried looking at Home Goods. After not being able to find it I tried asking a clerk that was walking away by saying excuse me. She kept walking until I had to yell hey you. Really wasn't asking for the impossible just wanted to buy a $10 item. read more

I love Kohls, whenever people get me gift cards I try to get them to Kohls. I love the Kohls cash, especially when my mom goes shopping online, she just emails them to me, plus all the percentages off make you feel like you are getting a great deal. HOWEVER, the thing I hate about Kohls is the fact that they raise some of their prices for a big sale to make people feel like they are getting a GREAT deal. Luckily I keep up with the prices and shop around to see who offer the same things for cheaper. This Kohls is usually kept pretty clean, and the employees are friendly, even the ones that tend to space out. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Kohls signed me up for a credit card I was not aware of during a time when I had no established credit, no job, and was completely dependent. Then they proceeded to not send a bill for a whole year so that the late fees had already stacked up. While trying to get them to send the papers that I had signed, I got manipulate efforts and responses like "we don't save forms from that long ago" and "those are usually local". This only further proceeded to send me on a goose chase and all the while, they continue to let late fees accumulate on an account they couldn't even verify I was the one who opened it. Finally after a lot of persistence, they sent me the form I had signed with a clear burden of responsibility on their part to check credit and employment history. This obviously was not done. I Ended up only paying the original amount since legally they must swallow the rest due to negligence and poor ethics. Ever since, I have had credit companies coming after me. They shamelessly sign young kids up for things they don't even explain properly and it can end up ruining any chance of good credit. So this is why I will never set foot in a Kohls again and will discourage any other person to as well. I try my hardest to support businesses that promote good morals and are honest and genuine. I'm beyond upset... First of all this new rewards program is a joke I placed an order which clearly said I got 50 dollars on Kohl's cash then I'm looking at it and I was charged 10 for a surcharge and 11.97 for tax but my Kohl's charge was charged 31.97. I called customer service and was told not only did he not care about the ten difference he tolde I only had 40 in Kohl's cash and must have been a glich when I ordered sorry. He gave me a reference number to call in my next order to get my 40 Kohl's cash. I asked for a supervisor and was transferred to a generic voice mail. read more

This review is regards to Kohl's online. I ordered 4 items for my sons birthday. I received the first shirt- this matched my order. The 2nd shipment- they sent me a TOTALLY different shirt. I called the next day I got great service. They refunded me the money- told me to keep the wrong shirt. The 3rd shipment came in.....and again TOTALLY wrong item. I ordered a large, got an XLarge and the item was totally different. Made a 2nd call to customer service (on the same day) and received horrible customer service. No sympathy that my kid is as going to get a few less items on his birthday.... no help regarding sending the correct item... just a snotty response that I would have to either ship it back and wait for a refund OR drive an hour to the store to return it and get my refund quicker NEVER order anything online that's on sale. They will just grab the wrong item and send it to you just so they can close the order! I will NEVER shop here again. read more

I have been redecorating my house, and have been making purchases in the housewares department. I have purchased towels, and just got a shower curtain. I was able to get the shower curtain for $6. It was regularly $30. I had a $20 coupon from my towel purchase + a 15% discount. Really? The colors of the shower curtain caught my eye and it matches the colors that I wanted. Kohls can have some excellent deals, especially when you continue to shop there and get bonus coupons. There is always some kind of deal where you can something for almost nothing. I always like Kohl's. We get in and get out. Most of the time they have what I am looking for. Sometimes the Dockers (pants) section is picked over as there must be only a few sizes for us guys that are 6'3" and taller. They always give us another coupon for $10 more dollars off on the next visit. That along with the 20% scratcher at the register saved us money on the things we really needed. read more

Great prices, great selection - ALWAYS new & cute dresses and shoes. I also love the actual selection of departments, clothes, shoes, appliances, games, makeup - there isn't much you can't buy at a Kohls. Can't price match your own website? You'd think they would welcome a chance to get customers into the store rather than force them to order something online and wait up to 4 hours. Price match is basically offered in every store in America, especially from the store's website. Price of the item was a great deal but should of never set foot into the store knowing I would have to come back hours later at my inconvenience. Kohl's is Alright. My husband ALWAYS find something when he goes, me on the other hand it can be a hit-or-miss experience. I really like the layout of this Kohl's all the departments seem to nicely flow into one another. The service is always friendly her as well, I literally get asked like three times if I'm finding everything alright. The parking is always easy unlike going to mall and the restrooms are clean. My only advice would be to NEVER buy anything full price here because they always discount or clearance their items; not to mention they send $10 gift coupons in the mail on a regular as well. How could I resist? Well, after a few times using those amazing coupons, they've got me hooked. "Fashionable and affordable" is how I'd describe this place. The store was recently remodeled but the most annoying thing about Kohl's is when you go to check out with your new purchases is the constant up upselling getting the Kohl's card and I was asked probably about 4 times while checking out do you want to go to Kohl's card get it with an extra 10 percent off well that's fantastic except the APR on this card is about 30 percent plus all the hidden fees makes it a terrible choice to go with. read more

This is the only store I know that never gives you a hassle when you return an item. As long as you have your receipt and the tags are still on, you can return anything at any time. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The managers do their best to see that the customer is happy. This is a great place to shop! read more

I enjoy shopping at Kohl's especially when there are the sales with the 30% discounts on top of the sale prices. If you do have a credit card most associates will give an extra 15% off even without a coupon. I bought an awesome mattress topper that was over $400 other places and with all my discounts I bought it for $80. Just have to watch for the sales and never buy anything full price! read more

I went in on January 23rd 2019. Bare with me I'm 21 and never have used my kohl's credit card there. I was in a rush I swiped my card and she made me feel like it was a rewards card or something. My total was &87.30 which apparently was applied to my card. She said I still owed that much and which I continued to think it was. I gave her $100 dollars in all $20's to pay. She gave me in change $2.70 and then I explained I gave her $100 and she said I only gave her $90. I explained I paid in $20's and I gave her $80 which is not enough or $100. When I gave her the money she was confused on why her cash drawer didn't open (probably because my car was charged) I went to return 2 things and one of the managers after seeing the camera proceeded to ask me "are you sure you weren't at target?" I technically paid almost $180 for 3 items. Talked to the GM said I wasnt allowed to see the cameras due to privacy and told me he would contact me when he ACTUALLY saw the camera himself. Been 3 days and I have not been contacted or anything. I'm refusing to pay $87 on my card when i was charged cash too. I worked a wedding and was in a rush. Either they have crooked employee or something is not right. Will contact corporate soon. I keep getting talked too like I was stupid. This store always has cute tops and dresses for the summer. I don't remember the last time I bought winter clothing from here, but I imagine it's just as cute. I always receive new shoes from here every Christmas and they are always great. I remember I bought a dress from here for Easter. The original cost was $60! But with the 50-70%off and my $12.00 gift card I redeemed after returning something, I only paid like $15 for it! I still have it and am absolutely in love with it!
