I return Amazon returns here, the workers are so rude, it's like they're doing you a favor by just being there. And I shop here, years ago the petite department was good, with Vera Wang petites, the petite department these days is the size of a small closet with very limited choices nowadays. If you want people to shop at least have workers that act like your the customer, be polite, be helpful. read more

I don't think I've ever been to a Kohl's before. At least I don't think I have. Anyways.. it's very messy and unorganized, especially the makeup section, which lipglosses were exploded, eyeshadows were shattered and even the Q-tips for testers were covered in makeup. I really loved their perfume section though. The only thing I give it to them is the Avril Lavigne's "Abbey Dawn" section which had nice chairs. I was really looking forward to the Candie's section but I was disappointed, seeing there wasn't much to it. Don't expect to find your size or something "perfect" of an item too much...I barely found a pair of jeans my size and they were just everywhere. This is not my favorite Kohl's. I do like the one by me better, as it has a bigger selection! This one is large, but I found they were quite limited! The store was stocked well, and is very clean, like every other Kohl's store! Not counting the East Windsor store that I went the past weekend, nasty! This location I didn't really see any good deals. They didn't have any brands that I liked. Kohl's usually has all my favorite brands! They did have a good shoe selection, but to me this location just was not for me! There's nothing bad about it, but nothing good either! read more

Not following COVID Protocol & Professionalism Kohl's (Route 9 Old Bridge) --The cashier I dealt with was both unprofessional and did not follow COVID-19 protocol. -Background of interaction: I visited Kohls to purchase pillows (4). I got to the cashier desk to pay. I asked the cashier if she could put the pillows in a bag because it was raining hard and I did not want them to get wet and start to smell. She said she did not know if she had large bags (they were behind her). She asked for the amount to be paid which I paid and then she just looked at me. I asked if she can locate bags to put them in. That is when she turned around and took two bags. She struggled to get them in and had the plastic pillow bag opening facing up which would mean they would get wet as soon as I got outside. I asked her if she can insert the pillows downward in the shopping bag so they do not get wet. She looked at me and continued to insert them and did the same for the second two bags. I took the first bag and pulled them out of the shopping bag and reinserted them with the pillow plastic facing downward in the shopping bag. At that point she shoved the second bag she was working on over to me. At that point I said to her that that is very unprofessional of her. She then said in a loud voice 'NEXT' to the customer next in line while I was still standing there trying to put my items in the bag. The next customer actually came to the small counter and stood about 12 inches from me (I was surprised they listened and did not keep a distance and went by what she requested). She took the person's item and started to ring up their items while I was still struggling to get the pillows in the bag at the small register counter. I repeated to the cashier that what she was doing was very unprofessional. At that point, the cashier came out and said to me "You are going to do what you want". The customer standing next to me got a nervous look on his face as she continued to ramble and mumble additional comments. While all this was going on, my son was standing there next to the customer that come up close to he and I. I found her lack of professionalism unacceptable and a total disregard for the current COVID-19 restrictions protocols because she wanted to use that as a means to make me move away from the counter and she did not have to deal with me (the customer). read more

A nice kohl's. Never had issues with this place. Nice size and they have kiosks where you can order online and get free shipping. Great option for if they don't have your size. With the kiosk coupons can be used as well. Just found out last month that Nike no longer allows coupons on their shoes/sneakers. Kohl's should have fought for it more. I mean a pair of Nike's were actually still cheaper than another pair of sneakers with coupon. So like I said not a bad kohl's and staff seems pretty friendly. One downer is the fitting rooms. Doesn't seem like they are cleaned too often. Dust bunnies everywhere.... So I guess there is something they can improve on! read more

For a Black Friday experience, I thought I had a pretty good experience. I'm one of the Black Friday shoppers that comes in at 12:30pm when doorbusters end at 1pm just to run through the store, find what I need (if it's still available), and get out. The "get out" part wasn't as quick as I would've liked it to be, but the associates were moving the line along as quickly as possible & occasionally walking around with chocolate while we waited in line. I think in total I spent 1.5 hours in the store with half of that time being spent waiting on line to checkout. I got my $10 jeans, and that's all I wanted so I'm happy! read more

My mother went shopping at this Kohl's location and while she liked the store, she is 80 years old and has problems walking. The store is very large and she would have liked to have had access to a motorized scooter but she could not find one. It would be nice if Kohl's offered one or two of these scooters to their handicapped and elderly customers so they too can have the experience of shopping in a store. My mother has decided to do her future shopping online due to not being able to walk so far anymore. But she would probably enjoy being able to visit the physical store once in a while. read more

I just had the worst customer service ever, from this guy named Victor.He's got a very bad/nasty attitude.All he did is complain whenever I ask for a favor,like taking the hangers off the baby clothes that I'm buying.Whenever I ask him a question he would respond in a very rude way.I've never experienced this kind of service before.Victor if you're going through something please just stay home and don't take it on others.If I could rate this zero I would. read more

I like this kohls, I always find the employees to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's a nice size store so there is a large selection and there is a very big, well lit, parking lot. Most of the stores in this plaza are now closed so there's not much else to come for. read more

I didn't find the store in the same shape as the last reviewer, but I did find that everything was 40-60% off. This let me do some last minute Mom's Day shopping without breaking the bank! Line moved a little slow considering there were only three people on it ahead of me, but other than that, no complaints! read more
