I asked the manager to order them for me, expecting a follow up on cost, delivery date, etc. instead I received the run around where he wasn't available to take a call or return one and was finally told that they were ordered and coming in shortly. I then received a call that the items I wanted were being discontinued and I could browse other items they received instead. A quick call to the manufacturer dispelled this as a lie- the pants were regular stock items and available in the size/style/color that I wanted. Seriously folks?!?

You're really going to refuse to take back 2 $20 bowties? One hour after purchase? With a receipt?…read moreShame on you. Aside from this being low end stuff that you'd be better off just buying decent stuff from a real store, you need to be aware of their sketchy return policy. Like I said, they refused to take back 2 bowties, within one hour of purchase, with a receipt. The guy in the store tells me that he cannot take back "small items." It's our return policy. He refers me to the return policy above the register, where it says nothing of the sort. I needed 2 bow ties AND cummerbunds for a black tie affair. Much of the store is dedicated to this low end formal wear, but they of course, do not have 2 cummerbunds. So I settled for the 2 bowties. I, of course, found what I needed in another store. So I thought, while I'm still in the mall I'll just return these. Now I get it that people probably try to scam them returning stuff after wearing them once. But, this was an hour later...and they didn't actually have what I needed to begin with. Mind you, I told the guy that I had purchased 2 tuxedos and an additional tuxedo jacket for myself and family members last year. Now this low-end stuff is cheap, so I got all of that for $380, plus we had to have the pants tailored, so about a total of $460. I'm just starting to get into owning formal wear and I have found a lot of use for this stuff recently. So, I'm sure I would have been back for another cheap jacket, or whatever. Overall, the stuff is low-end and cheap. You get what you pay for. I'd advise anyone to go to a REAL store and stay away from these cheap ghetto stores that will nickel and dime you and don't have any clue what customer service is, how to keep a customer, or just do what's right in business.

I was brought up shopping at Marshalls, but, after years of tediously having to hunt through racks…read morefor bargains and endlessly waiting on insane checkout lines, I had given up the hassle and stayed away. However, I was recently in the area of this location and needed to kill some time before dinner, so I decided to explore. Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed the picked through mess. There was low stock in various departments, as evidenced by the few remaining handbags hanging pitifully on the racks and the complete lack of a dress section. The store also had more one-off items, particularly in the shoe department. There were almost no endcaps highlighting their more designer items or those with extra stock and sizes. With all of that being said, I did wind up getting a sweater and did find the fitting room attendant and cashier both very friendly. Maybe their patience was due to the fact that the store was pretty empty for an early Sunday evening, but, regardless, it helped take some of the angst out of the experience.

Went to Jos A. Bank to get fitted for my brother's wedding. All of the groomsmen came here as well…read moreas the groom. About a week out from the wedding we came to try our suits on as they were delivered for his special day. The first picture me (the better looking one/ no beard) had some minor issues, suit jacket was too tight around waist the shirt was tight which you can't see and the pants a bit too short as they hover about an inch or two above my shoes. My brother the groom (beard and muscle) had a major problem with his pants as you can see. Everything else seemed to be pretty okay except he wanted a new jacket as the other didn't fit right either. At first I was a bit concerned but then I understood this seems to be a trial and error thing. Luckily we came in with time to spare as stuff had to be re ordered and sent in. Pricing seemed a bit high to be at about $260 per tuxedo rental (everything included) but the quality seemed nice and the tuxedo looked sharp. Bradley and Layne helped us out they were awesome. Super accommodating and pleasant, whatever we needed they were there to assist. I am still waiting to get my suit for my brothers big day and will give and update then.

I came in as part of a wedding party to be fitted for a rental suit. During the fitting, the associate (an younger woman) actually insulted the groom's choice of suit. If the suit is so unworthy, why is it being sold and rented by the store? It was incredibly unprofessional and completely unnecessary. When I came back to pick up the suit, I was helped by a younger gentleman who was pleasant and gave me the suit bag. I tried it on and waited for someone to come take a look in case anything needed adjustment, but all of the staff vanished. No one was on the floor. After a long wait, I gave up and decided it would have to do. After changing back into my clothes, I packed the suit back into the bag. Still no one around, so I flagged down a tall male associate to check me out. Instead of helping, he snapped at me for packing the suit up myself, something no one had told me not to do. He rolled his eyes, groaned, and repacked it himself. Then, when I mentioned I could always iron the shirt if needed, he cut me off and barked "DO NOT IRON OUR STUFF!!! STEAM ONLY!!" in a raised voice and a hostile tone. Again no one ever told me prior that I couldn't iron the shirt. Completely uncalled for. To make things worse, the return policy required me to drop the suit off the very next day, on a Sunday, after a late wedding where I was nowhere near a store. No flexibility, no courtesy. The whole experience, from being talked down to, to being yelled at, to the complete absence of customer service, was unacceptable. If you're considering renting for a wedding or important event, look elsewhere. There are online rental companies and other formalwear stores that understand the importance of these occasions and treat their customers with basic respect. This location did not.
