I ask if that meant I would get my money back and was informed that I would not get my money back but could get something else. So I wouldn't be able to return just exchange or store credit. I understand the store closes at 9:00pm; yet, providing customers full access to the store until that time is an idle perspective. Another recommendation is to not over pack clothes. I spend more time trying to pull the clothes off of racks because they are too bunched up. I ended up leaving all my chosen outfits. Not sure if I would bother to go again. There were fans blowing all around, and clearly a guy was trying to fix the AC for the store on July 4th! The sales team was as polite as they could be. We initially went to the store to do a return. They had only one specific register for return, so it took me about 10 minutes to complete the return. But then we started going around the store and found some items we wanted to buy. My daughter picked a couple of dresses and I got a shirt from the men's clearance section. All them had very reasonable price. The checkout was much quicker, as there were several registers open. Some staff members were available around the floor helping customs, others were at the checkout registers. Overall I liked the store a lot, except their return process, and will stop by again when I am at the outlet mall in future.
