They offer personal shopper's, two lounges one in the ladies department one in the men's,a child's theater to keep your kiddo entertained and I know I spotted some stuff to make cocktails and different coffee's. This is a bomb ass store with so many accesories for a man to purchase his lady. They also had stuff here for men too, that had surprised me a little bit. We walked around and checked it out since it was our first time here. Nice clothes and gear for children and adults. Nice surrounding shopping center with other great places. I'm not an easy body type to dress. Long legs, short waisted makes shopping a miserable experience. Gina in the Ladies Dept took one look at me and had multiple outfits in the dressing room in no time. Love that they tell you when something doesn't look good. Garmany is a Red Bank institution. They moved into a new and improved space last year (I actually liked the previous building better). Garmany is a high end men's retailer (there is a women's department so it is probably a unisex retailer) that caters to the local Masters of the Universe that live in the area. So far I have yet to buy anything here but maybe some day. Since I do not where suits on a regular basis it just does not make sense to make this kind of investment. They do have casual clothes but I keep forgetting to shop here. Garmany is located south of the main Red Bank shopping area on Broad Street but it is worth the walk just to browse. read more

We were in Red Bank for dinner and took a stroll after leaving the restaurant. We came across Garmany and were immediately drawn to the classiness and beauty of their display windows! We walked in more out of a curiosity to see what the inside must look like since the outside was so impeccable... WOW! That about sums it up in one word :) We we warmly greeted and welcomed by Adam, who made us feel more like we had just stopped in to visit and shoot the breeze in his own home, than walking into a clothing store in Red Bank. The wonderful scent you notice right away, we later found out is Laurentino, their own signature Men's fragrance! And YES, we walked out with a bottle... among other wonderful items! The men's department is located on the first floor and while my husband walked around, I made a beeline for the 2nd floor (up an escalator with the most beautiful chandelier as a focal point). I was thrilled to see that they carried Magaschoni and picked up 2 lovely tops that will look lovely with the pair of Stuart Weitzman sandals that I just had to have :) There is a wealth of accessories and designers to choose from and the simplicity with which they present the outstanding collections they have is amazing! Back down the stairs to meet up with my husband who has his own purchases ready and is enjoying a conversation with some other staff. We will definitely be back - sooner rather than later since my hubby left a pair of slacks to be altered - yay! Almost forgot to mention that we were asked if we wanted something to drink while we browsed. My husband accepted an espresso. We never felt pressured or rush either. I mention this because unbeknownst to us, we had stayed past their closing time and it was only when we were leaving that they walked us to the door to say goodbye that we realized it was locked and we were the only ones in there... Garmany is a first class clothing store. They carry high quality merchandise and have knowledgeable highly professional sales people. It's not a discount store but you pay for top quality and they do occasionally have big sales. For suits, they carry everything from the highest top end to more affordable good quality suits that a middle manager (like me) can afford. They will try to sell you an expensive shirt and tie combo when you buy a suit. I see less value in those items (though they are very nice) and find this practice mildly annoying, but the sales people are not too pushy about it. read more

I have been shopping at Garmany for a few years now and I could not imagine spending my money anywhere else. Luxury department stores just don't compare to the service Garmany prides itself on. I consider Larry and Johnell good family friends and they have done an amazing job of setting the standard for other clothing stores to live by. The smell, the beverages and the quality customer service from Adam is something I refuse to give up. I don't care how far away I live, I will always come back! This place is incredible! They have the finest brands of clothing I've ever seen in my life all in one place! I bought a pair of Gucci shoes from here in 2007 and I still have them today. Best shoe or clothing investment I have ever made in my life.they served me a nice glass of wine while I relaxed. Your going to need to go here loaded with cash because it's super expensive. I only wish I didn't have mortgage and golden doodle on the payroll or I would visit more frequently. This store is really a place everyone should check out at least once. read more

We had a lovely shopping experience here a few weeks ago, but after visiting another store (Bloomingdales in Short Hills Mall), I realized the prices here are marked up way over MSRP. I shop at Garmany for four occasions: my husband's birthday, my father's birthday, Father's Day, and Christmas. On each of the occasions, I leave with one or two beautiful shirts or sweaters (wrapped exquisitely, by the way). I usually shop Tommy Bahama, or a comparable brand, which is to say that my shopping in Garmany is on the lower end. No matter how lower-end my shopping is, I am always greeted with a very welcoming smile and treated with the utmost respect by all staff. I am particularly fond of salesperson Gopal, who always cheerfully greets me and knows exactly what I am looking for. Gopal never misses calling us on our birthdays, and always sends us a birthday gift certificate to Garmany. He is a gem and an asset to his company. Thanks Garmany and Gopal!!!!! I don't often write reviews on establishments, but this time I was so impressed with my experience that I felt I had to say something. I just happened to be in Red Bank for a business meeting. As I'm walking down on Broad street I see the store and I walked in for curiosity. I new it was a high end Men's and Women's shop, but to my surprise I was taken by the exquisite selection of merchandise masterfully displaid through out the store. I'm not a stranger to quality clothing, but more often than not, quality is not synonymous to great taste and a high sense of modern fashion. In Garmany I found a rare combination of these attributes, and coupled with expert clothing consultants, the store surely belongs among the top 10 best in the country. I brought my son to Red Bank to have lunch with a friend and ended up doing a little shopping. I have been to Garmany a few years back and always admired the beautiful brands, however never purchased...call it window shopping. I was delightfully surprised to notice all the new "younger" brands. Favorites like Rag & Bone, Rebecca Taylor and Veronica Beard... I bought a blazer from Veronica Beard and had it tailored as the arms were a bit long. They were able to do it overnight and ship it out to me next day! I am so impressed by the service at Garmany I will definitely be recommending my friends to stop in more often. read more

Johnell, I will excuse your mean-spirited, misleading / inaccurate and poorly written response on Yelp, to your immaturity and lack of writing skills. Additionally, your tactics are so transparent as to be laughable - your last positive review was in October, 2014 and the one before that was in 2011 and lo and behold, on 5/2 and 5/4/2015 you received four glowing reviews - question - how many customers did you have to ask to get the four reviews? - like I said, transparent. Talk about misleading reviews. As to your referral to my review as slanderous - it's only slander if it's not true; my review, unlike your response, was entirely accurate. As you were not at the point of sale, let me advise you and Yelp followers what took place and we can let the readers decide: I selected a $395 dress shirt and a $1,750 sport jacket. The jacket fit well and only needed to have the sleeves shortened - Moe refused to do ANY alteration - despite Moe's rude behavior, I still bought the dress shirt. IMO Moe's behavior was unprofessional - about as unprofessional as was your response. As to the false accusations in your rant: when I worked and lived in Marlboro, NJ shopping at your store on weekends was convenient. Now that I live in Colorado, Manhattan and New Jersey, I haven't been to your store in years. The other day, I was going to a restaurant in the neighborhood and stopped in. Your portrayal of my continuously asking for discounts is also a false - when I began shopping at Garmany, you clearly explained your NO DISCOUNT EVER policy and that was that. I spent tens of thousands of dollars at the store and had one major and one minor tailoring issue, although it normally took multiple trips to the store for your tailor to get it right. BTW there are multiple retailers that sell your type of merchandise, offer various forms of discounts, tailor what they sell and don't have attitudes - that would be the likes of Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus to name a few. Johnell, as a member of the lucky sperm club, you might never find the need to ask for a discount, but somehow, I suspect when out shopping for expensive products, you do look for a deal. read more

They have taken everything that a luxury store should be and set the bar for all others to try and reach. Each sales person you work with makes a true effort to get to know who you are as a person. They make a genuine connection with you and make you feel as comfortable as possible, especially Larry and Moe. There isn't a single sales person in the store that pushes you to buy anything you aren't comfortable with and each customer is treated equally no matter how much you spend. They take the time to make sure that every product sold to you is perfect and you are happy with it. Their alteration department also goes above and beyond to make sure your clothing is what it should be. Larry Garmany has built a spectacular store that no other store can even try to compete with.
