There is a whole carousel full of furniture knobs. Tess Home stocks an alternative to Annie Sloan Chalk Paints (Fat Paint, which has an awesome color called "Parchment") and wax (Fiddes brand). I love the Fiddes wax that I purchased from her. It is so much easier to use than the AS brand. Tess, if that indeed was Tess, (I did not inquire), spent time showing me some of the chalk painting techniques that she uses. Offered advice freely and in a very friendly manner. She encouraged me to take pictures, unlike the proprietor of the less friendly shop right down the street. Definitely go visit this shop! Truly adorable!

Upon my arrival I thought the store was just the three rooms you can see from the front door but boy was I wrong, there's at least five rooms on the first floor and four on the second floor, it just kept going! The first floor had some things that seemed to be "new" and not second hand, but 95% of the store was for resale, which is what I was looking for. They also have a room with just vintage clothing and accessories which was cool to look at. This store seriously has everything you could think of from formal dresses for events and weddings, to your favorite brand jeans from Bloomingdale's. I was so pleasantly surprised! They also have a ton of purses for sale with brands like Kate Spade and Michael Kors all the way up to Louis Vuitton. This store is also organized by size and color which makes shopping so enjoyable and easy. I thought the prices were very fair, with many of the items I picked up being about 12$ or 14$. I wasn't in the market for any of the more expensive brands, so I can't speak on those prices but from what I saw I thought things were fairly priced for the great condition everything was in. Also, many of the clothes were organized by brand like Free People, Anthropologie, Nike, Lululemon, and way more. There's a fitting room as well which was helpful. I didn't get to check out the other stores but it seems that there was also a Men's store and Children's Squan Dry store next to this one, which was all women's clothing. It's also worth mentioning that this store had some accessories and small home goods too, both used and new, so it can be a great place to shop when you need to buy a little gift! I would 100% recommend stopping by if you're in the area and I can't wait to return and visit the other location!

This place was amazing!…read more Donna, upon hearing I was looking for my first real Lilly (I do have a second hand maxi dress from her earlier days!), made it her mission to make sure I didn't leave empty handed! She pulled everything in my size for me to try on. (Donna normally works at their main store Tuesdays and Thursdays I believe) I found a few pieces I liked and was able to score them during their first ever off-season sale (1 Piece-50%, 2 pieces-60%, and 3 or more 70% off!) Note: this is not a discount store but they ran a sale this weekend to make room for this summers collection! Ted, the owner of the store, rang me out and was extremely cordial and personable. I had an amazing experience here and I would highly recommend visiting if you are a Lilly lover in the area! (They have a bigger store about 10 minutes away if you want the newest and biggest selection) Donna even took my picture with the Lilly Jeep out front to commemorate my first official Lilly purchase! An amazing first experience, I'll definitely be back!
