First off, last year I came here and it was overwhelmed with anxiety. The workers were pushy and almost cult like. Pressured me to buy things, umm, crowded around me in a circle (like I was gonna be sacrificed ). I promise myself for my sanity and my Christianity that I wouldNT come back. BUT the clothes are the cutest, and atmosphere is unbelievably amazing. The owners knew why they were doing when designing. This time around, they didn't rlly talk to me and I ended up spending 200$. This just goes to show, that if you leave ppl alone in a good store, you'll make more money. read more

We had been super excited to go into this shop all weekend and we went in and tried on a couple sweatshirts and a couple of us bought some items. A saleswoman with dark hair and glasses came over and aggressively refolded a sweatshirt near us and then proceeded to very rudely and falsely accuse us of getting makeup on a bunch of the sweatshirts that she thought we tried on. We calmly explained that she was holding a sweatshirt that neither of us had tried on and one of us wasn't wearing makeup and the other one of us tried on only one sweatshirt and then bought it and she brazenly said "you just bought that one thing and only tried that on" and she replied yes - because it was true. I was actually thinking about going back tomorrow and purchasing one the sweatshirts because we were in a rush and I wanted more time to decide and now I honestly will not, which is a bummer. I totally understand why makeup on merchandise might be frustrating but it's just really a bad look to walk around accusing your customers of something that they weren't even responsible for, not to mention I've honestly never had any employee in any store approach me with something like that. No overpriced sweatshirt you can buy at another souvenir store is absolutely not worth rude and bad customer service. read more

I'm from Orange County, CA and was so cold on the boardwalk. I found this cute jacket. The store has such cute items. If I didn't just get the the shoreline I would of preferred to have more time to look and shop. It's a cute boutique with lots to choose from and the sales girls was really helpful read more

I really don't know how this place is still in business let alone have 2 stores. My wife and I went to their store located about mid boardwalk this past Saturday and spent just under $300. No problem they have cute stuff my wife loves even though they are over priced and the sales people could not have been nicer. One of the items she got was a $38 bracelet. Wearing the first time it broke. We went back to the store is seaside park tonight since we knew she purchased the last one at the other store and the gentleman behind the counter who I'm assuming is the owner says to us, "oh your her?" We we're like we are who? The one who complained on Instagram about her bracelet. To which we said, no. We don't know what your talking about. This guys if you are the owner and reading this is a total douche bag with an attitude and should really learn about customer service! We told him what happen and mind you, not that it matters but we are locals not tourists and in our 40's not kids. He tells us well we don't give refunds and if you got it from our other store you need to take it up with them. Really? You own both stores?? So we said find and went to the other store. The girl who was sweet as pie when we were buying $300 gave us a bit of an attitude, but did let us exchange it for something else only jewelry however since it was jewelry we were complaining broke after wearing once. How do you have the BALLS to have a no refund or exchange policy when you have dressing rooms that are closed so you cannot try stuff on first and to act like that towards customers that do have a problem? Obviously if you do get something from one of their stores that is substandard and you have a problem with your beat because once they have your money then don't give two shits about you or customer service!!! This is the one place in the Seaside Heights boardwalk that has unique items, especially jewelry. I was looking to buy a souvenir for myself, and thought I was going to settle for one of those generic t-shirts that are found everywhere in the shops... but I saw this store and was intrigued. I love the clothing in this shop!! While there were a few other modern day vintage clothing stores, this one had better merchandise. I LOVED the jewelry selection. There were several beautiful stone necklaces that were amazing. I wish I had taken pictures of them! While I was looking at the necklaces, a shopkeeper came over and answered my questions regarding the jewelry displayed. She was very sweet and not pushy at all... which cannot be said about any other store I visited on the boardwalk. I finally picked out my favorite necklace and we talked a bit at the register. I asked if they had an online store, and sadly, they do not. We talked a bit about sales, and she said something about them sloping off after the Jersey Shore crowd left. I was glad to pick this necklace up as souvenir... rather than some generic trinket that could be associated with that Jersey Shore garbage. Noooooo thank you. The prices were great in this store and the employees are very sweet!! Make sure you stop in this store next time you're around! read more

I went in to look for a particular outfit that one of my daughters friends bought. I asked if the outfit was still available and they said no. I decided to look for something else. The cloths are very nice. Unfortunately the dressing rooms are closed so I couldn't try it on. The woman at the counter told me it can be returned if it didn't fit. I drove an hour to get to the store. I get home, try it on and it doesn't fit. Now I have to drive an hour back to find out that they don't give refunds. I specifically asked at the desk if it can be returned if it doesn't fit and I was told yes but she did not specify that they do not give refunds. So now there is really nothing else I want in the store so I buy another outfit that also does not fit right. Stuck with it now. I will not go back again. The woman in the store, which I assume is a owner told me I can purchase the outfit and then go out and find a bathroom I can try it on at. So your telling me that I can use a dirty public restroom to try your cloths on and bring back if it doesn't fit but I can't use the ones you clearly have in your own store. Please explain this nonsense to me. ‍ Also the woman took my original bag as if I wasn't allowed to carry it around in the store and basically followed me around in the store and of course she had a complete attitude. The store has beautiful clothing, but it's overpriced and cramped. After shopping here I discovered a much larger store a little further down the boardwalk has a lot of the same clothing, probably sourced from the same supplier. Because this store has a lot of inventory packed in a smaller floor space, the sales people are on top of you. I felt pressured to make a purchase just by being in the store. The salesperson starting suggesting items and styles I wasn't interested in, which eventually got uncomfortable. I prefer to be able to browse at my leisure and ask for help if and when I need it. It kind of ruins the shopping experience when you have to uncomfortably reject every suggestion and give an excuse why you don't want to buy it. I ended up buying a sweater I picked for myself, but when I got home I found two singles folded in the pocket that I definitely didn't put there in the 20 seconds I spent trying it on. This means someone either wore the sweater around the store for a period of time and then hung it back up, or it was purchased, worn and returned. Since the tag was fastened with only a safety pin, either is possible. This wouldn't be a big deal if not for pilling of the fabric on the arms that I didn't notice in the store. This left me disappointed with my purchase, because it wasn't cheap and I made it thinking i was buying a brand new high quality item. read more
