    Great selection, friendly staff. I love ordering online and picking up in store, no hassle and they still accept my kohl's cash!!!

About a week out from the wedding we came to try our suits on as they were delivered for his special day. The first picture me (the better looking one/ no beard) had some minor issues, suit jacket was too tight around waist the shirt was tight which you can't see and the pants a bit too short as they hover about an inch or two above my shoes. My brother the groom (beard and muscle) had a major problem with his pants as you can see. Everything else seemed to be pretty okay except he wanted a new jacket as the other didn't fit right either. At first I was a bit concerned but then I understood this seems to be a trial and error thing. Luckily we came in with time to spare as stuff had to be re ordered and sent in. Pricing seemed a bit high to be at about $260 per tuxedo rental (everything included) but the quality seemed nice and the tuxedo looked sharp. Bradley and Layne helped us out they were awesome. Super accommodating and pleasant, whatever we needed they were there to assist. I am still waiting to get my suit for my brothers big day and will give and update then.

This one is located in Holmdel off of RT 35 North in the Kohl's shopping center and the other is located in Middletown off of RT 35 South. Both stores are about the same it just depends on what side of the Jersey Barrier you are on. I usually go to the Middletown Store since it is next Baha Fresh and I stop in after getting lunch. Feet First sells a wide range of skateboarding shoes as well as Ughs. The have lots of t-shirts, jeans and shorts that are designed to represent the skateboard culture. Feet First has a large selection of skateboards from Element and others. They also sell swimwear as well and is a great place to pick-up a new pair of boardshorts for the summer. I enjoy shopping at Feet First even though I am way out of the age demographic that Feet First is going after because I figure "I was only young once but I can be immature for a life time!". I called Amazon a few days before Christmas as I didn't get any refunds to my cc. They told me they would issue me a credit for thr awful GPS I returned & that I had to wait for my other refund as the item I returned (it was a toy) hasn't been refunded yet due to the item not being returned. So I waited a couple of weeks & I called Amazon again. It turned out the mistake was on Kohls' end. When the person packed up the order they indicated that there was 1 item in the box instead of 2 items. Whoever did this at Kohls was an idiot. So I had to call Amazon again to get my refund . I finally did get my 2 refunds. If I didn't call Amazon, I wouldn't have gotten either refund. I have returned Amazon items to Kohls before & have never had any problems w/the refunds at all. I was extremely disappointed w/Kohls Amazon service & I will never return an Amazon order to them again. I was also upset w/Amazon for not issuing me the refunds without me calling them. Kohls stinks & so does Amazon. I am cancelling my Amazon account as I do not want to order from them anymore. So people beware.. Don't return your Amazon orders to Kohls as they will mess it up. Also, the kiosks have been removed from their stores a long time ago. I believe during or before Covid which was in 2020. I don't even want to go to Kohls to shop anymore as this incident was very stressful to me.

    On 9/21/2014, I purchased 2 items at a local Spirit Halloween store in Middletown, NJ. I didn't…read morehave my coupon with me at the time but I was told that I could bring it back and they could adjust it. I returned to the store today (9/28/2014) with my receipt and my 2 coupons. I asked the store manager , 'KATHLEEN', if I could apply both coupons; she said she could only apply 1 coupon per transaction. So she applied 1 coupon in one of the items (even thought I didn't have the item with me). I asked her if I could also "virtually return" the other item and re-purchase it as a separate transaction so they could apply my second coupon towards it. (I happened to have the packaging of the other item but without the product in it (since I intended to keep it and to return it). "I said here is the package you can re-scan the SKU after I return it for a 'new' purchase and apply the coupon. Kathleen said that in order for her to do that the item has to be present. I could not understand why I was being asked to do that since I had the receipt and I was going to purchase it again. I tried to explain to her that the "return" process was only in paper since I was going to re-purchase it anyway. I said, PLEASE...I am here already; do you really want me to go home and get the product even though I have the receipt with me and drive all the way back here to buy it again?" She said I would have to bring the actual product in the package and then she can apply the coupon. She said that's the store policy; but didn't she just exchange my first item a few minutes ago without the product being present?! I asked to talk to her "boss"; she said that she did speak to him but she didn't let me talk to him. I was trying to keep my cool and gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe this girl's (Kathleen) thought process is not up to my par (I am much older than her). She demanded that I bring the actual product to the store, even if I had the receipt with me, so I could re-purchase it. She said that returned items have to be "put away at the back" and after I return it I would have to get a new item from the display in the store. (still not making sense to me). The conversation was not going anywhere so I decided to leave, get the costume at home, put it back in the package and drove back to the store. Upon seeing me, she let another person, Mike, do the return-exchange. She was standing next to the other register. I told Kathleen, " I don't think you have my size in the store display; would you let me re-purchase what I am returning now? She said yes. I asked, "then why did you let me go home and drive all the way here when you could have done it earlier anyway? It just doesn't make sense!!!" She grumbled and said, "DON'T EVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!" I was stunned with I heard! Where is "customers are always right?" in this store? I was so offended and I left the store unhappy that I can't even enjoy the costume. There was no apology; no remorse; no customer service etiquette whatsoever. There are many Halloween stores in the area and on-line; nobody deserves to be treated this way. This kind of customer treatment has got to stop! Go to Party City -they will honor any competitive store!
