It is a Kohls. They have good deals on a lot of clothing and some other household goods. Their periodic deals are good savings. The checkout was really quick on the Tuesday that I went. read more

I had a return issue and the store manager, Anita, was amazing. She worked diligently until she settled the refund. It was a wonderful experience working with someone who cared about the customer. read more

On December 11, 2023, I went to Kohls in Holmdel to return an Amazon order. The lady scanned 2 QR codes for the 2 items I returned. I called Amazon a few days before Christmas as I didn't get any refunds to my cc. They told me they would issue me a credit for thr awful GPS I returned & that I had to wait for my other refund as the item I returned (it was a toy) hasn't been refunded yet due to the item not being returned. So I waited a couple of weeks & I called Amazon again. It turned out the mistake was on Kohls' end. When the person packed up the order they indicated that there was 1 item in the box instead of 2 items. Whoever did this at Kohls was an idiot. So I had to call Amazon again to get my refund . I finally did get my 2 refunds. If I didn't call Amazon, I wouldn't have gotten either refund. I have returned Amazon items to Kohls before & have never had any problems w/the refunds at all. I was extremely disappointed w/Kohls Amazon service & I will never return an Amazon order to them again. I was also upset w/Amazon for not issuing me the refunds without me calling them. Kohls stinks & so does Amazon. I am cancelling my Amazon account as I do not want to order from them anymore. So people beware.. Don't return your Amazon orders to Kohls as they will mess it up. Also, the kiosks have been removed from their stores a long time ago. I believe during or before Covid which was in 2020. I don't even want to go to Kohls to shop anymore as this incident was very stressful to me. read more

This Kohls store is larger than some of the ones that I have frequented. There was a dearth of cashiers and the lines were brutal. It was not even a coupon week, maybe a few called out. Clean was their motto. I have to say this store looked immaculate, yet the physical appearance does not preclude the waiting time. read more

The most NON-ECO friendly store I've ever been to... even WORST customer service. My first time visiting this store, I decided to buy a pair of sandals... when paying for the item I politely told the cashier not to waste a plastic bag on my item, that I preferred not to create unnecessary waste. Her response was "YOUR ARE GETTING A BAG ANYWAY" I refused to allow her to do that and she still argued with me to the point were she called the manager! after a brief exchange of words I had to agree to put my item in my purse along with the receipt before leaving the register.... SERIOUSLY? - while waiting for my receipt I told the cashier that It was unacceptable to force a PAYING customer to waste a bag against their will... her answer was " well ITS NOT LIKE I MAKE THE RULES so you shouldn't be telling me this"..... rolled her eyes at me and then said " have a nice day"... needles to say I will NEVER shop at any Khols for the rest of my life. read more

Organized and clean. My advice is to only buy stuff when you get the flyer in mail (e.g. coupon for 20-30% off your entire purchase). Got my oddities, like socks and nike dri-fit workout gear. Much cheaper than even buying at the outlet read more

I enjoy shopping at Kohl's and have been to quite a number of their stores across the state, however this one stood out and not for a good reason. The store itself was fine, selection was decent. However, some of the employees were surly and downright rude for no reason. My sister was browsing the cards section as I was holding our place on line at the service desk. I was on my phone daydreaming when my sister mentioned that there were no Father's Day cards. I was confused and said to her "what? That's weird, there has to be" and as we were talking an older employee approached us with a tirade out of nowhere. "THERE ARE NO FATHER'S DAY CARDS!!! WE WERE CLOSED FOR 3 MONTHS DUE TO COVID 19 AND HALLMARK NEVER MADE A DELIVERY!!!! WE SHOULD PUT A SIGN UP!!!" All of this information would have been fine if we had asked for it in the first place!!! We didn't even bother or ask this employee why there were no cards, she just approached us with a rant. Time to quit your day job lady, you're miserable and it shows. The lady who helped us at the service desk was lovely and kind. After our exchanges were complete, I went to look for the restrooms. I had never been to this Kohl's before so I very carefully proceeded to the area adjacent to the service desk, so as to make sure I wasn't walking into an employee only area instead of the restrooms. As I was walking toward the restrooms, a different employee was coming behind me and must have saw that I looked lost and sarcastically remarked "OH NO! WHERE DID THE BATHROOMS GO?" Another employee's opinion I didn't ask for. The unwarranted rudeness at this Kohl's from the employees left a bitter taste in my mouth and needless to say I will not be back to this particular location. I get it, I work customer service jobs, customers can be a pain in the rear. But there's no reason to have an attitude toward them merely just for existing. If you don't like your job, quit. Simple as that. read more

Kohl's is Kohl's. This one is ok and I only visit when I am in the area with a 30% off and/or Kohl's cash to spend. It is a pretty clean and well kept store. The last time I was there I could not find the kiosks they use to have. I could have sworn this Kohl's had them too, but I could be wrong. You can find good deals here, but sometimes I do feel like some of the clothes can be way over priced. I do not like how you can no longer use coupons on Nike products either. read more

The kohls store located on route 35 in Holmdel has very rude & incompetent jewelry salespeople. The 2 elderly women took their time to offer assistance & the one black woman was outright rude. I will never shop the jewelry counter at this kohls again. read more
