Shit piled in the aisles can't get down !

Store is a mess shot piled every where can't get down isles. Clean up your act Walmart isn't this disgusting

It's crowed with stuff, packed isle and disorganized. Feels like stepping into a dollar store or Walmart. Except the two aforementioned have people to help you out, here no one helped or ask. They saw, but indifferently walked away. And I saw a lot of red shirts. One lady seemed to be bothered when I asked for help. Man---The parking lot looks HIDEOUS. Trash everywhere. Literally filled with trash. No joke, I have no positive experience here. Disappointing because this place was classy, clean and enjoyable (at minimum) to shop in. Very disappointed in my shopping experience.

I am in this Target alot. It is always well stocked and the lines always move. Getting into the parking lot can be a bit of a hassle.

This review will be updated…read more As of right now, this review is about customer service or the lack thereof, specifically of the Manager of this location, Patti Estavanik. We came in on a Friday, shopping for a bed frame as we just purchased a new mattress. I honestly never heard of Bassett and was skeptical going in at first. Nancy Romano was the nice sales lady who helped us. She was kind and sweet, not pushy - not quite up to speed with the product that her own company sells, but I guess that's normal these days. We found a bed that we like and we got all the information in case we decided to buy it. They were also running a promotion that was going to end on Sunday, however, we didn't get the entirety of the promotion. On Saturday, we decide the bed with found on Bassett was the one for us and we called Nancy back so that she can get the credit after helping us. She sends us the contract via email, but we had a few questions since it's a contract that we are signing and we aren't the type of people to not read what our signature holds. Unfortunately, by the time we received it, they were already closed. We left a message and Ms. Estavanik returned our phone call. I had asked if she could elaborate a specific sentence that requires our signature and all she said that is correct. How is that elaborating? I didn't ask you if it was correct. I know very well that I can read correctly. I wanted elaboration so that I can be as clear as possible of what we are signing and you can only tell me that is correct? When I had to repeat my request, she started to sound annoyed but ended up being able to explain it. I didn't realize doing her job was rocket science and being unfriendly is now the norm in customer service. The real kicker to me is that when I asked about the return restocking fee of 50% as that seems super high. Be reminded that Bassett is not cheap and we have to wait almost 4-6 weeks to receive our bed, the last thing we want to do is wait for that long to just return it for shits and giggles. However, I need to understand everything before I sign something. I mean everything. While this bed frame can be customized, we didn't customize anything, we chose how the bed came, nothing special. I can understand a restocking fee, but 50% is steep. When I had asked not-to-so-friendly Ms. Estavanik, she told me it's because of the 'shipping and such', etc. But we are paying $149 shipping, so how is it suddenly 50% of the bed price? She was getting agitated, it was clear she didn't know how to explain it, most likely because she had no idea, so she told us this is Bassett not Wayfair. Wow. How did you become Manager again? First of all, get off your damn high horse. Just because you have a higher price tag does NOT mean you are better. Our mattress from Tempurdic cost a lot more than a frame (obviously) but not only do they back their product by providing free returns and their customer service was impeccable. So even a higher end store has a better policy than yours. But not once did they talk crap about someone else. Just because Bassett is not Wayfair is STILL not an explanation of why their is a 50% restocking charge. And who are you to down talk Wayfair? I told her that comment was rude and unnecessary and instead of letting me finish, she talked over me because she probably realized how big of a stick she has up in her ass. I, personally, have never purchased anything from Wayfair, not because it has a lower price tag, but because I can't physically see it. I don't like buying stuff online that I can't see first - that is just me. But what is wrong with someone buying from Wayfair? What if that is what they like and what if that is all they can afford? Who are you to be such a snobby woman? If we didn't have a mattress coming, I would have totally canceled the order and gone to a different location. I know that may be petty, but she is a horrible woman to be so unkind to other people. Bassett - you disappoint me. Let's hope the bed frame will actually work out.

Made the purchase for Sofa and Loveseat and later added Bunk bed along on 08/26/2020 and I was told that the delivery will be done at the end of Sep together as Sofa and Loveseat will arrive by then. got a call from Mike on the 1st week of October that there were some manufacturing issues and the delivery could be delayed and moreover they have the item back ordered and asked if they can deliver a different sofa and love seat with less options than what we ordered. I said ok as it was happening to everyone because of COVID19. after that I have got multiple updates but nothing been delivered, I said I've had enough and sent out an email and they responded back with below options, #1 Is take the original order ( fusion from newclassic ) without power as we have 1 in stock as of this email . picture attached below marked #1 . #2 is wait for the power set to come in ( approx. 7-14 days ) pIctured in below #2 #3 get a refund for the Sofa love and have the bunk bed delivered . If you choose this option my best advice will be to locate a new set first and then cancel because we have a waiting list 43 customers deep and if you come off the line it will not be avail. in 7-14 days . the above what exactly written to me. they have delivered the Bunk bed but not Sofa and Loveseat and there is no update. I called them to cancel the order and return the money. now comes the true color of these people: $499.99 bunkbed $100 protection plan (which we chose for Sofa and loveseat) $150 del and set up ( as per receipt its completely free and setup wasn't done) $51.49 tax $801 total as per the receipt bunkbed price: $379. Please don't buy from these people who wants to utilize and cash these pandemic situations to their advantage. Purchased at Furniture Town Woodbridge, NJ: sales people Mike and Pablo.

WOW! Over the years I have gotten several pieces of furniture for THE STORE and they have a very…read morenice selection. The major downside to The Store is some of the staff are not very nice and the owner is disagreeable. Some of the staff is great just to be fair. They made a minor mistake on a delivery, which was no big deal...BUT when i stopped by to get the problem rectified the owner gave me every excuse why the mistake happened as apposed to just saying, "Sorry for the inconvenience". All the random BS she gave me was so irrelevant and just made the situation worse. The conversation snowballed into her getting defensive and following me out of the store and into the parking lot. I'm NOT kidding!!! She preceded to bring another couple (that was getting into their car after shopping at The Store) into situation. The couple and I shook our heads and got into our cars and drove off. I'm sorry that I will not purchase furniture form them again...I just moved and have a lot to buy. Nice stuff, just weigh the risks.

Apparently if you ask too many questions of this store, they write you off as a difficult…read moredissatisfied client and inform you that they no longer wish to proceed with your purchase. After weeks of working with one of their sales people, I dared to ask for a sketch of what my $3,000 drapes would look like after realizing I was under a misconception. I also got stuck paying separately for the measure and learned the same would hold true for the installation. Information NOT told to me! So $3,000 does not include the measurements to properly create the drapes nor install. Lastly, I expressed the desire to move forward ASAP in the hopes the drapes could be hung before Christmas. Truly outrageous of me. Apparently. I now have measurements that are useless to me because why would anyone in their right mind rely on someone else's information other than their own to create these drapes! I requested a refund since THEY have decided not to move forward and I received my $75 measurements instead. Let me say that I am not a difficult person and as I worked through numerous fabric choices I kept thanking the woman for her patience and this is what I got in return. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Stay away.
