I showed and asked the repairman which sample matches the table and it was NOT the shade I picked. The second time I told Paul the shade is wrong, he told me that if he has to order a new table it will be the last one even if the table is gauged, scratched, etc he will NOT fix the table. As a senior, Paul intimidated me, I kept the 2nd table, afraid the 3rd table's condition would be worse. The table is not hardwood. It is easily nicked. The table is rarely used and is covered with a tablecloth all time. Over-priced, poor craftsmanship and quality control and poor business attitude. I asked Royce, sales, how to clean the table and didn't know the answer. A waste of money. Would definitely not recommend this store.

They give you their terms and conditions after you sign(invoice says 35% restocking fee, website 25%) 2. He answered all of our many questions and had no problem making calls to the company to confirm information. He was on top of our order, updating us at every step. He even intercepted and took care of an issue before the furniture was delivered to me. The delivery guys were wonderful. They were pleasant and very respectful of my home and furniture. They took every precaution not to damage anything during the delivery. They even added felt to the bottoms of all my furniture to avoid scratches. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Ian, You have…read morereiterated the process I explained in my initial response, so obviously I am well aware. Yes, Brielle protects itself with the dye lot comment in the contract. The problem with that is Brielle and Taylor King are the only people making any determination of difference. We are dealing with neautrals and it took me at least 20 swatches to be sure they worked together. Mine do not. Two small swatches compared to two larger chairs we ordered makes a significant difference in a room. Again, I requested a swatch from TK and just weeks later received the Chairs in a different dye lot. I was told they do not update swatches....Really, for that price range.... That is unacceptable, lazy and negligent. As I suggested, why not send a swatch from the fabric they are using..... How difficult can that be???? Shame to lose business for such a simple fix. I would have seen the difference.
