After weeks of working with one of their sales people, I dared to ask for a sketch of what my $3,000 drapes would look like after realizing I was under a misconception. I also got stuck paying separately for the measure and learned the same would hold true for the installation. Information NOT told to me! So $3,000 does not include the measurements to properly create the drapes nor install. Lastly, I expressed the desire to move forward ASAP in the hopes the drapes could be hung before Christmas. Truly outrageous of me. Apparently. I now have measurements that are useless to me because why would anyone in their right mind rely on someone else's information other than their own to create these drapes! I requested a refund since THEY have decided not to move forward and I received my $75 measurements instead. Let me say that I am not a difficult person and as I worked through numerous fabric choices I kept thanking the woman for her patience and this is what I got in return.
