A few days later, I noticed I had some marks on my arm and it was very itchy so I went to the urgent care, and they told me to go to the emergency room where they told me that I had bedbugs, and that the bedbugs came from the clothing I was wearing.. We went back to the location to tell them of the situation, and they assure us that they have no bedbugs, but we found out that everything that they sell is donated by people and then resold at a profit so there is no way of them knowing if someone has bedbugs or not so I suggest that you steer clear to this place. However, I was recently in the area of this location and needed to kill some time before dinner, so I decided to explore. Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed the picked through mess. There was low stock in various departments, as evidenced by the few remaining handbags hanging pitifully on the racks and the complete lack of a dress section. The store also had more one-off items, particularly in the shoe department. There were almost no endcaps highlighting their more designer items or those with extra stock and sizes. With all of that being said, I did wind up getting a sweater and did find the fitting room attendant and cashier both very friendly. Maybe their patience was due to the fact that the store was pretty empty for an early Sunday evening, but, regardless, it helped take some of the angst out of the experience.

Basically, theirs is the Gillette business model where the handle is free but don't ask about the cost of the blades. The suit looks great, the service was professional and I'm not stuck with five extra suits from Italian designers that I've never heard of. Ginzo Jabroni just doesn't ring a bell. She was just thrilled with it and b/c of her experience, I decided to bring my son to rent a suit for an 8th grade dance. He just enjoyed the whole experience and the suit he rented. He looked like a million bucks. The man who worked with him was so attentive, and he really felt special. My daughter would kill me if I posted a pic of her in her dress, but it was lovely. But I'm putting a pic of my son getting fitted and then going to the dance.

This inspirations has really great clothes, it is obvious that their employees pick items that are in good condition, especially compared to stores like Goodwill. Yes, the pricing is a little higher than other thrift stores but I think it's worth it. I have consistently found great items here like jeans and work pants. If I'm in the area, I always stop by. Also, since my first review I've never had an issue with staffing in the dressing room. Usually someone comes by to unlock one of the rooms when they see you waiting, all of the dressing rooms are usually full with other people trying on clothes but I've never waited long for my turn. I always suggest this thrift store to my friends and am always pleased with my finds here!
