Organized store. Came here for a suit for a wedding. One of the employees (Tamika) was very helpful, and even helped to pick out a tie and commented about the suits fit. Suit jacket with matching slacks and a dress shirt ended up being around 200 and some change. If you sign up for a credit card, you get a discount. We don't come here in the cold months, but when Demi Lovato comes to visit from June to September, we do Kohl's for the summer. This is the Kohl's down in Meyerland, which doesn't seem to have a lot of people whenever we come in here. It's a lower rent area but this Kohl's has a decent selection. Some of the things we wanted they didn't have, but what we were happy about was that considering the fact that we were mainly here to get a refund and a return they were really quite nice about it. And we appreciated that. The girl helping Barbie was very cute and very friendly and there were no problems whatsoever. We would have no qualms about coming back here to do returns or to go shopping. It's a good Kohl's for sure. They have some sexy ads up as well which we both appreciated. read more

I'm guessing not all Kohl's Stores are created equal. I'm here only when I attended an event in town. By looking at the distance, Meyerland should be closer. But with the freeway entrances and exits, it actually takes me longer to find my way around in the dark. When I say dark, it's peach black. I wonder where the street lights are. I fear to drive into muddy ditches under the bridges. Plus, for longest time, Google Maps took me to the loading dock behind the store. It should have been in the front. What a waste of time. (BTW, I had it corrected. Can't blame on anyone anymore.) Let's talk about Kohl's Store. This store is not neat and always messy. Stuff is all over the floor. Went in early to return an Amazon package. It was super quick, no line, clean. The Amazon return area was clearly defined and labeled. The process was simple, quick and easy. Great way to start a morning. The opened at 8am and were ready for customers. They placed a smile upon my face and heightened my mood. Decided to update my review because they have gotten better with their selections. I recently cleaned up for my daughter for some summer clothes. This is my go to location for most of my Kohl's shopping needs. Associates are always nice and you are greeted. I will probably be back soon for more summer items read more

I prefer this Kohl's to the Westchase location because this one is typically cleaner, better organized, and heavier staffed. The employees are friendly, yet they do push a little hard to get you to sign up for a Kohl's card. Sometimes that can be quite annoying. My favorite thing about Kohl's is their no hassle return policy. I have never had an issue returning anything from Kohl's, even without a receipt. The employees don't even ask questions. read more

I was on the search for a small air fryer and Kohl's is near my gym so I thought I would take a look. This store is in a strip center and has adequate parking. The store is clean and fairly well organized. Staff seems friendly and accommodating. I did not find an air fryer that I wanted, as they only had three brands in stock...all were larger than my needs. I finally made it back over to Kohls. It took awhile. I usually visit some near stores often, but not Kohls. I always say, "I'm going to visit there to look at clothes and shoes. As soon as I walked into the store I remembered why, I had not been back as soon. It is so easy to want to purchase items. More recently I have been watching my clothing budget, but once I get an opportunity to purchase more clothing and household selections, I will do that. The products in the store were really nice and I saw several things I could have bought that day. The clothes, reminded me of a store that had wonderful prices for the choices. I made it to the store to purchase a drill, as I saw reasonable prices online and went to view in-store. I inquired with sales persons and they said there were no drills in-store, but were sold online. I looked around longer and exited the store. Okay, okay and okay this is my second or third time here and Kohls stores remind me somewhat of Foley's. The 4 star rating was for not knowing the drills were online to purchase, as opposed to in-store. In the future I will make sure in looking at online I will check in-store versus online purchase only. I will return here soon...by the Fall season. Don't ever shop in this store! I placed an online order. Got an email while I'm out of town that order is in. Only can be held until the 23rd. Yet I'm arriving back on the 24th. Called the store. Spoke to a lady who had a terrible accent. Kept on telling me it was policy and that they couldn't extend it. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor was even more rude. When I asked for his name he said he didn't have to give it to me. Actually in customer service if I ask for your name, you should give it to me. I'm officially done with kohls. Kohl's is definitely my favorite department store. Especially since I don't have to go to a mall. I use Kohl's to get petite pants that are actually petite and get plenty of business shirts for the hubby. The biggest advice I can give anyone is NEVER buy anything that is not on sale. There is always a good sale going on every week and they rotate their items quite often. When you hit the clearance section items can be 60-80 percent off. I am very happy that this location opened. It is now the closest one to my house, only about 15 minutes. Much better than the 30+ minutes to the ones near my father-in-laws house. Everything is still new and shiny. The parking lot is a great size and they don't really have to share it with other larger businesses, like other locations where you are fighting for parking with Wal-Mart or HEB customers. Always wait for the Kohl's Cash and coupons. If you sign up for their emails you get regular coupons, usually about 20% off everything. Kohl's keeps expanding and getting some well known names in here, ie Vera Wang, Jennifer Lopez and for the guys, Tony Hawk. read more

Kohl's is one of those department stores that I always forget about because it's not at the mall and only has stand-alone/strip mall locations. When I do remember it and stop by, I'm always excited...but leave the store empty handed every time. Besides the Lauren Conrad collection (which is overpriced and cheaply made), I've never been that impressed with the labels they do carry. The Vera Wang collection they carry is also overpriced - but higher quality than the LC collection. Bottom line, the clothes aren't that unique to make the store or the shopping experience that memorable. No wonder I always forget about this place! read more

I went back to Kohl's today and was greeted by the manager at the return desk. I was one of the first shoppers in the store so she was busy calling on the radio and talking into her headset while waving me to the counter. I have to say she was efficient and busy multi-tasking while I had my transaction processed. I enjoy the selection of items at the store and went back to make another purchase. Prices are reasonable and the sales terrific. Now if only they could correct my first name in my Kohl's reward account! I tried calling and emailing to. I avail. I don't usually buy from Kohl's because they're over priced! I came here because I'm in a time crunch and my daughter needs jeans. This location is in bad shape. I went in search of a bra and what I found was a large loss prevention issue. Tons of opened and empty packages. When I did find the right size, it had makeup all over it. It was disgusting. It was stained with what looked like body odor. There were also a lot of items on the clearance racks that were not clearance. I'm not coming back to this location. In general I am not a huge fan of shopping. I received gift cards for Kohl's for Christmas and was unsure where a store was located other than the highway 6 location. This spot is near the Wal-Mart on s. post oak in the Meyerland area. The store seems relatively new, the staff is nice and the sale prices make it possible to get a lot of items at a relatively inexpensive price. The normal prices on items are higher than I would pay, but again I'm not a shopper. If you are looking for maternity clothes, they are in the same location as the baby clothes but I was unable to locate any maternity or nursing bras. The maternity selection is very limited. The children's clothing section is well stocked and priced nicely. The two times I have visited there has been a display at the front with a featured children's book for $5.00, and then corresponding stuffed animals, and other book related items. The first time I visited was Horton Hears a Who, They have a free Rewards program but I haven't visited enough to know how useful it is. read more

If it says for holiday season, they will close at midnight so why lock front doors 40min before closing time?! I mean, not a biggie but I was just out of work & I was just passing by because I was looking foward to get some ornaments. I know it was within one hour of closing but I knew was I trying to get so I would leave before that. Ms. Maria engaged me last night in the fitting room section without me even asking for help. She is by far the most hard working individual I've ever met. My mentee is 15 years old but looks 10 and is very very very skinny. We found a black skirt in the children's section that would have "made do", but it wasn't exactly what we were looking for. When my mentee went into the dressing room, Ms. Maria asked what were we looking for. I told her it was professional dress up day at my mentee's school and she literally took her time and walked me through and to all of my options before I laid eyes on what I was looking for!
