There's a big selection of denim (different styles, lengths, colors). While most of the store is for women, there is an area for men's and kids' clothing as well + socks and jewelry, and a clearance section. There wasn't much to browse for dresses though. Service was amazing-- the two staff members there were super courteous and nice (Alex helped me on the floor + checked up on me in the dressing room and the cashier helped me make an online purchase for a pair of jeans that didn't have my size in store). Happy with my productive visit-- easy, quiet place to shop and definitely cheaper than the actual J. Crew stores. Would return! :D

The most impressive thing was their customer service. I asked to try on a dress and pair of wedges .By the time I made it to the dressing room they had delivered the shoes in my size to the room. What? That never happens. It does here with their friendly and fast customer service I can see why this shop was hopping. The other worker that was super friendly was the one that was in charge of the fitting rooms. She made helpful suggestions and even helped me find a smaller size in some of my items. I came on a weekday around 5:30 PM and was pleased with the attentiveness of the workers and the items I purchased!

I expect better customer service, especially when a store is barely hanging on. You would think they'd want to be welcoming to all customers. I'll go to a different location from now on.

It depends I guess. It could have been 1 star for price, for layout of the store, etc. But due to…read morethe fact that it's hard to find cute stuff for plus sized women, I'm giving it 3 stars. I didn't buy anything but there was some REALLY cute stuff in there. They had bathing suits up (in February ---what!?), lingerie, accessories, awesome belt selection, and all the different types of clothes you can think of. But like I said, the prices is what drove me out of here. I wasn't REALLY in the market to buy anything so I'm sure if I needed something I might have splurged. Even the clearance rack that had old stuff on it was barely marked down from $50 to $40 for jeans. I'd rather go to Lane Bryant where I KNOW the quality will stand on it's own (that's about all I really want to go to LB for anymore though). As soon as I have a wedding or an occasion in mind, I'll return and then I'll know if the quality of the clothing is worth the price or not.

As luck would have it, they had an in-store deal going on which was 50% off of anything. An Ann Taylor for $5, now that is what I call a surprise gift! Tiffany and Cassey were on the floor that evening, it was closing time, and I was in and out in 10 min with a top in hand. They were super friendly and also equally shocked at my steal deal! What I learnt that day is that, stores, to encourage foot fall, have special offers valid only in store, and they also don't repeat in all stores, each area has its own special offers which you won't know until u actually visit. Good to know. And thanks Ann Taylor for that gift.
