Overall I was extremely disappointed (especially with shops like Aritzia setting such a high bar for quality and service in the mall). Express used to be my go-to for work/office attire and I've only ever shopped at this Express location - so I was surprised to find how much it's changed. Service: The service was absolutely *horrible*. There was no one offering any assistance or even greeting you. In fact, most of the staff was standing together just chatting and ignoring customers. I happened to be looking for something specific that another customer was as well, and I watched as she went to ask for helping finding it. The staff barely acknowledged her and the one person who broke away to help didn't even know where the item would be ! Quality: I'm surprised at how much the quality has dipped at Express. I've had the same pair of slacks for years that has held up well, never frayed, and was a thick solid fabric. I came here specifically to purchase another pair. While they still have the exact same pant, the fabric is lightweight and alr3ady coming apart at the seams in store. They also did not have much size selection which I was surprised to find. Price: Their prices are about the same as what they were in the past but with the decline in quality not quite worth it. Unfortunately there are better places to shop to get better quality and service at the same price. I was a long time customer of Express but I doubt I'll be shopping there again

If you wear their hosiery, your legs be a guaranteed standout. People will ogle, stare, and/or pant in a good way. I will concur with the earlier review from Warren A. regarding the sales associate. She has been there for a number of years and is a little strange. Recently I tried on a belt there. People like that have no place in customer service. The workers were so horrible I instead thought it was in my best interest to go to a different Banana Republic. The Banana Republic in the Galleria was absolutely fantastic with extremely kind workers. I was too shocked by their crude remarks to get their names and report them to corporate but I will never shop at that location again.

BR may be a bit pricey at times but the sales are amazing! The sale racks hold some incredible deals that are truly worth the money. The staff that I dealt with were quite cordial and very helpful. The store was neat and clean in spite being pretty busy. The only thing I don't quite like is the unisex dressing room. I really wish it was separated by gender for privacy. If you are unfamiliar with this feature, be prepared to hear a mix of voices and remember not to come out to take a peek in the 3-way mirror without being "ready".
