Kohl's is cheating people, if you use a discount coupon and Kohl's Cash they reduce the price first with your Kohl's Cash and then apply the discount coupon. Come on Kohl's stop stealing from your customers. I bought a $15 dollar item, if you apply the 20% discount coupon first then the price comes to $12.00 ($3.00 savings) then apply the Kohl's Cash and have a remaining balance of $2.00. Nope, Kohl's takes the $10 Bonus Cash off the price of the item first, ($15 less $10) then applies the 20% discount to the $5 balance so you only get $1 off from the discount coupon. So then the item cost you $4. Kohl's you suck as a business. I will take my purchases else where from now on. read more

I like Kohls. I don't love them. Here is why: Their prices are actually very high. The only way you can get the prices down to where other stores sell their items for a reasonable price is by having a coupon or some silly "rewards card". I don't want to carry all that crap around. Just have decent prices and a few things on sale and I would come back. I hate the gimmick of having to have coupons or a card to get decent prices. Good selection of clothing for women. I have major problems with this business. I can't get through to customer service. On hold for a long time. They offered me a new account. I already had one. This resulted in them checking my credit which lowered my score (from 850). They denied my "credit request " because (they say) I have too many obligations. I have 1 ONE! obligation, which is a very low mortgage payment that is less than 1/3 of my income. What a scam company! read more

They had a sale this weekend and I was reluctant to shop there but I went on their website and they offered same day curbside pickup at no extra charge. So I ordered a couple things and within an hour I received a email saying my order was ready so I went there, clicked the button on the email and entered what parking place I was in and they came out with my order. Spent about an hour picking out clothes today, had a full cart, then turned to find that in the three minutes I'd been looking at towels some store clerk had run off with it. Found it at the 2nd floor cart corral by the elevator, all would-be purchases removed (presumably for return to shelves), but my sunglasses were still in the inner pouch (so I knew it was mine). No customer would steal a cart then return it empty to the front of the 2nd floor corral in under 10 minutes. Worse, their website makes it very difficult to leave store feedback; I wasn't able to find it on my phone. So while I normally work out my issues using customer experience reports, that's not an option. Won't be shopping here again, I'll drive to Seattle or Tacoma--if I have to--for suits and shirts. read more

This Kohl's is great (esp. for fashionable women). You can't really expect great quality all around the store but they hold a lot of great stuff here and there. Their tops are not their forte but their bottoms are pretty great. GREAT supply of: -shoes (absolutely love peering around the shoe section, esp. cuz this place is teeming with JLo's BALLER line of shoes) -jeans (check out the ones by Simply Vera) -makeup is decent here (but I don't really care for the tons of various perfume they have) -sportswear (and sportshoes!) WHAT I LOVE MOST: * the computer stand where you can order anything that isn't available at the store. Of course shipping IS FREE and you'll most likely find exactly what you want on the machine. * you'll find some things that you REALLY WANTED but absolutely could not find in any stores/malls; that's just how rare some of their stuff is! (for example, I just could not find the perfect black skinny jeans in the world. But I dug through the jeans section and found a pair by Vera Friggin' Wang yo!) *Kohl's always has great prices and great deals (cash rewards and discounts just pop up right and left) To the ladies: Just don't expect too much in their clothing section and don't even go to their handbag section. I just had to review this one Kohl's. I'm not your average looking chick. Tattooed, pierced, and colored hair. People are normally judgmental when I bring in my reusable bag and put unpaid clothing into the bag to carry around the store to buy. Not once was I stopped, stared at or followed. There was even a sales associate at the dressing room who just smiled at me when I went in to try a few things on. THEN at the register, the sales gal was just sweet and wonderful as could be. I've been shopping at this location for over two years, and it's one of my favorite places to shop for kitchen accessories. They carry a wide range of brands including Food Network, Bobby Flay, Kitchen Aid, Keurig, and Cuisinart. It seems like there is always something on sale, so you can get a great deal. Some of the other departments include shoes, jewelry, bedding, bath, greeting cards, men's, women's, and children's clothing. The return policy at Kohl's is one of the most flexible I've seen. It used to be six months for returns but has since been extended with no time limit. What more can you ask for? Most stores aren't this generous with their returns, so this is a plus. Kohl's is really good about offering coupons regularly as well as Kohl's Cash. When Kohl's Cash is being offered, you can earn $10 for every $50 spent. Kohl's Cash is typically redeemed the week after you earn it, so it has to be spent quickly. It's a nice perk to shopping here! read more

Kohl's is my go to store since I have 3 daughters. Kohl's makes it painless whenever I take them clothes shopping and I appreciate that. This store is well organized and clean. The dressing rooms were tidy as well. All of the associates were helpful and pleasant. This is a two story store. Most of the kids stuff, home items, and shoes are upstairs. Men's and women's clothing and fragrance downstairs. Today I outfitted my daughter with a waterproof dress coat and jacket, jeans, boots, leggings, tops, perfume, and undergarments. I love being able to get all of these items in one stop, and of course the most important thing, she's warm and happy now. Thanks Kohl's! read more

I like Kohls. The store was clean, however not tidy. If it wasn't so congested and easier to maneuver through, I would definitely give them more stars. It really isn't handicap accessible what with there no clear path to find what you are wanting. Staff are very nice and most are eager to help. One associate even went through pages of items to help my mom find what she was looking for. In the end, they didn't have it and she was kind enough to tell us a different store to go to!! The customer service at this location is beyond horrible. My husband bought me a beautiful ring on Black Friday for a Christmas present. The main diamond fell out. My husband and I went to the Lacey store with the wedding band, diamond that fell out, receipt, and original box. We asked for an exchange. We wanted the same ring, not money. The Assistant Store Manager did not know how to test the diamond without calling for help and failed to resolve our exchange. She could not even find the diamond in the computer base until my husband kindly found it on his phone on the Kohl's website. They did not have another ring at this store. The potential "solutions" she gave us were asinine. One was to drive more than an hour away to a different store. I inquired to see if the Assistant Manager could order the ring from Kohl's to have it delivered to the store. She said this was not possible. I inquired as to if the other store could ship it to this store, still not possible. Eventually, trying to get us to leave the store she offered to call other stores "to see what she could do." She left us waiting at the jewelry counter for more than 45 minutes. She said there was nothing she could do and that she would call us back in two days, as she was off the next. She gave us the Regional Managers number. Today she finally calls back and still tells us we need to drive over an hour to a different store or wait months for them to order from the manufacturer. *update: the manager picked up new ring from other store. I have new ring. Was a hassle and time consuming. At least manager took accountability and fixed the issue. Upgraded review from 1 star to 3. read more

I ordered an item at 7pm. Kohl's had changed my online info in the store. Right away, I noticed my item was going to the old address. I called ASAP but the store was closed. I got up early to call upon Kohl's opening but was advised it was too late to change order. Never received the expensive item I had to pay for despite several useless circles of discussions with Kohl's customer service. I had been a very loyal customer of Kohl's for years! Sad. read more

This review is for the handbag and wallet 'corner' at this location: Last month I went to this Kohl's to look for a purse. It was my second try to find a purse here. Wow, what a disaster zone again! The entire area looked like a bomb had exploded and nobody came to clean up. There were purses and wallets strewn on the floor, hardly a shelf looked nice. Yet it was already mid-day, so plenty of time for an employee or two to organize the handbags, wallets and accessories. While I'm on the subject of organizing, let me add my observations about part of the interview process I encountered here this past summer: The group interview was scheduled for the next day..uh, okay, I can be there on short notice. So during the interview I posed the question what the dress-code was: Business casual, no sleeveless tops. The funny thing about that last part? Mrs. W., our interviewer wore a sleeveless top. Also, the male clerk greeting me upon entering the store wore an old, faded and un-tucked polo shirt; casual alright. Business no so much. One other thing stands out about this interview. I told Mrs.W that I was a good organizer, to which she added: "In the background?!" This threw me off. I had thought putting merchandise out in an orderly fashion, for a presentable store and an enticing shopping experience would be seen as a plus. My mistake; the emphasis was on Kohl's making it fun for the employees to work there. Don't get me wrong, fun is great, but if customers walk away from a purchase because your department is a hideous mess, you didn't do your job. And if Kohl's loses enough money, you might not have that 'fun job' in the end. Just saying. Oh, and I was called two more times (!) after, to come in for the same initial group interview. By the same person! Anyone keeping track of things? Nah, no organizational skills needed, just doing it for fun. read more

I suggest not to get a Kohls Credit card. its nothing but a nightmare to deal with! I was on a payment plan and they consistently charged me late fees while being on the payment plan and when i call customer service, not one of them speak english (to be expected) but then as i talked to 6 different supervisors, i was given 6 different remaining balances. I used to love Kohl's and was a regular customer but ever since this incident it left an awful taste in my mouth and will no longer be spending my hard earned money there just for them to charge me up the ass on late fees while being on a high payment plan. Perhaps my biggest complaint is their marketing department apparently has figured out the female shopping brain psychology perfectly :) My wife can educate anyone on exactly how their "Kohl's bucks" promotion works better than most of their employees. But I usually go there to buy casual dresses to wear to school and I always pick something I'm satisfied to go home with me! I've given up on Kohl's. I used to go in once in a while because it's next to Target, and might have something in boys clothes I couldn't find. The dressing room was filthy--clumps of dust on the floor, so I quit looking at clothes. Then bedding: the displays were such a mess it just wasn't worth my time to look through the piles. The quality of housewares products are generally pretty low. I haven't found things I would want. You can tell by the broken and returned items in the clearance section just how flimsy a lot of the materials are. I don't have anything against the staff--they've always been polite and friendly. I've just gotten to the point that I don't waste money on junky stuff that won't last. And I don't care to browse in a place that's unpleasant. read more

I love the store but, I came across a toy that was originally priced for almost 60$ and markerd "on sale" for around 24$ but I found the exact same toy at jc Penney regularly priced for 20$ before their sale! Outrageous mark up!! Also they say it's an easy return but the lady was rude! My husband bought me a coffee maker for mothers day it stopped working shortly after however we just returned it (7 months after bought) but they said easy return after any amount of time on the commercials. Well, our credit card company during this time changed the numbers for the card, we did not have the box because we thought It would work longer than a month! Also my husband does not save receipts. They thought we were just trying to get cash out if it!! My husband clearly said we would just like to exchange for another. And they were very rude and stated "you can't get cash back with the next one you get either!" we never tried to! I have had usually good experiences until this occurred and I noticed the major price hike up! I will still shop there unless something like this happens again, she was just amazingly rude, however I didn't think to remember her name :/ but on the plus returns are very easy when you have a receipt. read more
