I have shopped at the Marvin Road Dollar tree for years. This is a message for the district manager because we know that is who is ultimately responsible for product stocking. This store was in good shape at one time. Now it is a total hot mess and it rarely has stock available. Do you not visit and inspect your store? You should. The staff are helpful. I'm sure that the drug addicts hotel across the street isn't helping the problem. You probably have a lot of theft. But clearly you as district manager are not even trying to bring the matter to the attention of the drug addicts shelter across the street. They do have an open door policy for complaints supposedly. We want to keep this store open but something has to be done about the amount of theft and lack of products. Have you thought about not allowing backpacks in the store? Also the Sleater Kinney store is a hot mess too with a drug addiction theft problem. read more

I went in looking for vinyl for my cutting machine & found several different types, colors, and patterns to choose from. As I was continuing to look around the crafting isle, one of the employees Kay informed me that the vinyl was on sale. The vinyl is already a great value at $1.25 a roll instead of the $15+ you pay for name brand. Kat helped me gather 80 plus rolls and then checked me out. You don't always get great customer service with a smile anymore so I was definitely happy and appreciative for all the help and kindness Kat showed me. I'll be back! read more

Dollar stores are the best place to save money! I always come here for any gift wrapping material: bags, tissue paper, cards- it's so cheap! In the kitchen area the have measuring cups and spoons (together!) for just a dollar! They also often times gave some higher quality ceramic mugs that are thick and classically colored. Also packaging material: both padded and manilla envelopes, regular envelopes, bubble wrap, piping tape. And for Halloween hit the makeup isle! So many options to save so much money! read more

I come here to buy certain things but not often. The staff has always been friendly but the store looks messy all the time like a war zone went through it. I moved from Arizona 2 1/2 years ago & the Dollar Trees were clean this one definitely isn't. read more

It's a dollar store. I mean...dollar store always comes to my rescue when I need some cheap throwaway junk to decorate for a party or say happy birthday to someone. It's never really super busy in here except when everyone gets off work. And of course everything is a dollar, so I always end up buying more than I went in for. And I don't even care since you feel like you're leaving with a lot of loot when you spend $20. I like going there to get chew toys for my dachshund. She loves those nagahide rolled bones, plus it keeps her entertained for hours. I like to get my VO5 shampoos there too. I use them as body wash and it's much cheaper than regular body washes. It's good to get snacks for the road or candies and there is also a frozen food section. Don't dog the frozen foods, there are some somewhat good items back there. But of course choose your battles, I probably wouldn't buy things like the $1 steaks or salmon. Just sayin'. I love the dollar store. read more

In short, this place is disgusting. There are often homeless people passed out in front of their front door, the floors are absolutely filthy (see pics), and there is vulgar graffiti all over the bathrooms. My little girl had to use the bathroom, but after walking in and seeing what it looked like, we went to the nearby Safeway. Is everything cheap? Oh sure. But you'd better wear your HAZMAT suit when going! read more

Staff refuses to wear protective face covers or masks! We stepped up to the cashier, Justin..... as he sneezed, he was asked why he did not have on a mask, he answered " I'm not worried about the virus" !!! I told him that as a customer I was worried about it. We pointed out there is a county wide requirement, he said he did not care, he was not worried and he was not going to wear one, this AFTER I explained I had a compromised immune system and he should be wearing one for the store's customers, he said he was not going to wear one. Just disgusting how ignorant he was. Called the manager, he did not seem concerned, and told me he was " working" on trying to get them to wear masks. He did not know when the governor's orders took place. read more

Best place for things that cost a dollar because it's not 10.00 or even 20.00 it's two dollars. Wait. It's just a dollar for two candy bars or even two odd items but it's great ! read more

I love Dollar Stores but I find myself feeling sad when I enter your store. It is so dirty and I was wondering when the last time you had the carpets vacuumed. It is so unorganized and items are dirty. I would love to feel the way I felt about the store up north when I enter your store. I spoke to them about how amazing their store looked and mentioned that I go to yours when I'm desperate and they know about the reputation of your store and how dirty it is. Now that made me even sadder. I hope you spend time cleaning your store and bring it up to the quality that your customers deserve. read more

Went in to buy newspapers and all the coupons were missing. Make sure to check your paper before. Went on another day and they said they didn't have any papers. I saw some and asked if I could buy them. I was told no because they were for another customer. read more

I love the dollar tree but lately I have had to stand in line a long time and the last 2 times they were out of what i was looking for. I am mad that Rea no longer works there though. She was awesome. Overall I will never stop coming to this store I love it no matter what. read more
