This place is sketch. Lots of 'security' as I assume theft is a big problem here, and I suppose it wouldn't surprise me. I hate to equate those looking for bargains means high theft, but it appears to draw that crowd. The layout is dated, and chaotic at best. This place regularly has a lack of quality items. The bathroom doors require a code and the coats are locked up, so if you want to buy a coat from the "coat factory" or need to use the bathroom--then you will need to find somebody to help you. Good luck with that though because employees on the sales floor are scarce. You can try your luck at calling the store and trying to get somebody's attention that way--but it can be easier to just walk out the door and shop elsewhere. Definitely don't recommend this location if you want a seamless and pleasant shopping experience. read more

Burlington Coat Factory has depressing lighting, I'm sorry to say. It's your typical anti-theft because everything is bathed in white flourescence, but never mind that- the place has some really great bargains. I came here to buy luggage and a women's toiletry kit. The luggage is cheaper by $10 for comparable suitcases at Ross and even cheaper than what you'll find at Walmart or Target. I found a solid purple hanging toiletry kit for women near the area where you enter the cash registers for $4.99. You'd find a comparable kit on Amazon for $15, so that was a steal. They have cute pet clothes at Ross prices, so you can get a cool jacket for less than $10, which beats Home Goods which has the cutest dog clothes by half. Their snack aisle is heavy on the candy, which was okay by me because they have lots of ginger chews in different flavors, which I like because I get upset stomach easily. I like coming here because it's also near a liquidation store and Regal Cinemas, and is down the street from a bunch of Korean businesses so I can finish with some Korean BBQ and a massage, so this place has everything. read more

Once again disappointed by this store. I went in looking for a suit or at least some separates. It was very slim pickings. The variation in the size differences was aggravating. Just when I would find a suit jacket that would fit, I couldn't find any pants to match. Either the waist was too big or the length of the pants was too short. Wearing a "high-watered" suit to a wedding just isn't IT for me. Not a good look. Also, let me say that they have maybe like 80-90 separates total and have them spread across 4-5 long racks which makes the selection look even more sparse. It's not a good utilization of space. The prices are on par with many other retailers though so that wasn't really something that left a bad taste in my mouth. I just wish I was able to find a suit or some separates that would've worked for me. read more

This used to be a grocery store. It is the only Burlington that's neat because of all the square footage they have. You have room to move around and shop! Employees are friendly and sometimes you can find hidden gems here. This is my 2nd go to for perfumes here in Lacey. Parking lot is huge. Tips: there is a homeless community in the tree line off to the right between them and Taco Bell. Harmless folks just don't park at the tree line. read more

Went in tonight to do some back to school shopping for my daughter. She literally could not find one thing she liked. Ridiculously small and weird selection. It was worse than looking at clothes at a goodwill or garage sale. The clothes are also spread out on a ton of racks so not only is it sparse pickings it looks bad too. Came ready to spend and walked away with a full wallet. I have no idea who the buyer is for this store but they need some retraining. Don't bother. read more

Unorganized, no help what so ever, my 4 year d grandson had to go to the bathroom, bathrooms were locked so I asked for the code and they said there not for public use, then I talked to a different person and she said they were all closed for repairs and I asked were do the workers go to the bathroom and she said nothing, asked to see manager and she walked away and never saw the manager. Yet again another store decides to take its anger towards shoplifters out on the customers that aren't doing it by completely closing their bathrooms. Hopefully other people will have the wherewithal to do so, either way, I will be discontinuing shopping anywhere that decides it's best to send all of their customers to a different store nearby with the decency to keep their bathrooms open. read more

This location used to be a Top Foods, but they closed their doors here, and BCF took that space, the inside of the store seems a lot cleaner then most BCF stores I have been in, and this one also doesn't look like a tornado went through it lol. Everything is well stocked, not a mess and well lite.. The employees seemed helpful to the best they can, and the service is pretty good, and cant beat the prices! read more

This place is pretty empty. I don't know if it's because this is the only Burlington nearby and everyone comes here, but half the store has nothing. When looking for house things, there is not much of a selection. I was also very disappointed in kids clothing that they had because usually I could find more (specifically for my 10 yr old and toddler). One day, when it was not raining outside, my husband and I walked in and I had slipped near the women's socks section. It turns out that there was some sort of conditioner or shampoo that spilled and was not cleaned up. There was a sign there that said slippery when wet, but nothing else that really caught my attention. I guess it was my fault I did not see anything there, but I wish they had put the sign RIGHT ON the spill, or at least cleaned it up . Anyway, I will go elsewhere to find stuff, since there not much going on here ... read more

BCF employees are always friendly, the store is well stocked/clean, and the prices are great. My husband loves going here to get modern men's ties, and I love the jewelry/dress selection. read more

This place is really weird. It's like there are long sleeved shirts here..... and then over here..... then back over here too.... there is no rhyme or reason as to where the clothing is places. It's really hit or miss here. Usually the selection is very poor and sizes are way too small. Lately they have very little inventory. Sometimes you can find a good bargain, but you have to hunt. It's more organized than a thrift store, but not by much. I'll go on occasion to check out what's available, but it's really a crap shoot. read more

My elderly father purchased some items from this new location. He is legally blind and was having issues using their credit card scanner. After 3 attempts, he told the cashier he was having issues. Instead of offering assistance, she told him if can't figure out how to use the machine, maybe he shouldn't shop there. How appalling! He explained he was legally blind and she then apologized. The store's return policy is ridiculously strict. Shoes which had been worn, indoors only, for a few hours could not be returned. Interesting selection and ok prices, but make sure you won't want to return anything. read more

Bought some nice Simmons sheet set. Washed them and but them on the bed. But there were some nasty stains on them. Have brand new he washing and drying machines. Called management and they didn't care. Was so disgusted and was told to return them to get money back. That's fine, but can't believe that they would sell used sheets. So gross!!! read more

Good selection of items. Bought a belt for my husband. I tried to return it. Did not have original receipt but price card was still on it. I also used my debit card to pay for it. They were not able to find me in their system. They did not exhaust all avenues for helping me. Did not even offer an exchange. Will not be back. read more

The stock varies but the store is nice and clean so I will end up there a bunch in the future. For all those complaining about the carriage locking at the door policy perhaps you should find the people who were stealing carriages since they are the reason such a policy exists. Wow! Nothing says "Welcome to our store" like signs that advise that the doors will lock if you try to take your cart outside. It sure discourages a "cartful" of purchases. No thanks....I prefer to shop where the customer feels welcome. This was my first time in burlington and I loved my visit. I came in around 1:15 pm and Erika helped me find everything that I wanted. I have been looking for elastic waist jeans and she found them for me, with the perfect shirt. Erika was marvelous. She spoke so soft and innocent. Her customer service skills was amazing. Today was the soft opening for Burlington in Lacey. I was very surprised by the selection and the organization of the store. I very rarely right any reviews but I was so pleased by my experience that I will be telling everyone about this location on Martin Way. So glad there is a Burlington near by now. read more
