I immediately got back in my car and headed back to the store. When I arrived I spoke to the manager who was helpful and kind however I feel I need to report this. One of the employees went to the meat department to get a new package of chops. I asked the manager to open the package to make sure the chops were fresh. She opened the package and we could small they also were bad. We both went back to the meat department to find a fresh package. As she proceeded to open each package they were all bad! How could this be? They returned my money no problem but I needed chops to cook for my family's dinner so I went to Winco. I am new to the area and had decided to check the Grocery Outlet out since the price of food is so high. I was very disappointed. At Winco I was able to buy the same pork chops for $2.38 per pound and the package was only $8.40. The pork at the outlet was $3.48 per pound for rotten meat. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers brought home rotted chops and put them in the freezer for another day. If it wasn't so late in the day I would have done this. So if you recently bought chops at this store and put them in your freezer I suggest you return them because when you defrost them you will find out they are un edible This place was no bargain. They made me a loyal Winco customer. The year is 2026.

This store was in good shape at one time. Now it is a total hot mess and it rarely has stock available. Do you not visit and inspect your store? You should. The staff are helpful. I'm sure that the drug addicts hotel across the street isn't helping the problem. You probably have a lot of theft. But clearly you as district manager are not even trying to bring the matter to the attention of the drug addicts shelter across the street. They do have an open door policy for complaints supposedly. We want to keep this store open but something has to be done about the amount of theft and lack of products. Have you thought about not allowing backpacks in the store? The vinyl is already a great value at $1.25 a roll instead of the $15+ you pay for name brand. Kat helped me gather 80 plus rolls and then checked me out. One of the employees regularly appears frustrated when interacting with customers and is often seen stepping outside to smoke during business hours. The deli department has ongoing issues. I observed employees handling chemicals in the the back without changing their gloves before returning to food preparations. The management at this location appears to be lacking oversight, and accountability. These issues significantly impact the customer experience and should be addressed promptly.

The staff doesn't know anything about how the card works. The manager was rude and blew me off. Horrible customer service!! They need employees and management that know what they are doing.

Today, a man with a long unkempt beard and a dog half his height (unleashed) were walking the aisles. I complained to customer service about this. This is a filthy habit in a grocery store where there is food, food in open containers (bulk items) meat and produce. The manager (a black middle-aged female) and a security person, approached the man and recieved the same excuse, that it is a security animal. The manager allowed him to continue shopping. I then complained to the manager about WINCO practices. The manager then threatened to have me thrown out of the store. I am a senior citizen, older WHITE male with white hair. Tell me this is not DISCRIMINATION. We older white men are targets for discriminatory hatred among black females. This is a matter that needs to be addressed. That manager needs to find work elsewhere. No customer should be treated that way for complaining about store policy. WINCO - LACEY is going to become a homeless encampment, and I guess that is ok. Every type of behavior and all people, except older white men, are welcome/with their animals, at the "not so diverse" WINCO-LACEY. White men/older white men are being marginalized by black females. That is a fact. DISCRIMINATION should not be allowed. This behavior of the black, female WINCO store manager should not be tolerated . Corporate should do something about this. Corporate has been notified. This doesn't end with a Yelp review.
