I have enjoyed shopping at Kohl's for as long as I have been shopping there. This time, I was only doing an Amazon return. Kohl's makes Amazon returns extremely easy. Just start the return on the Amazon site and choose return to Kohl's. (Make sure your kohl's receives Amazon packages.) Take the return, without being in a box or envelope for shipping, let the employee scan the Amazon QR code, and your done. You will receive a receipt for the return with a Kohl's coupon. The credit will show up on Amazon by that night. As far as shopping at Kohl's goes, there regular prices at fairly high, but they have amazing sales. You can snag a lot of great items at a reasonable price if you are smart with the sales and Kohl's cash. read more

I've been a MVP kohls customer for over 20 years. The latest change has me rethinking my shopping choices. Self-checkout now with only ONE line for those needing returns, exchanges, phone Assistance or check out. Plus, the 2 employees working during my visit also had to retrieve ship to store orders and assist self checkout customers. The staff working were very nice. I actually felt sorry for them. Just be warned. If you need any kind of assistance bring your patience too. read more

This store is always well kept up. Great selection and spread out nicely so you aren't bumping into people so that's a plus. The staff was very friendly and had a couple nice conversations. The prices there are pretty good. It's in a busy location but tons of parking. read more

This Kohl's recently got a face lift! There is a whole Sephora store in this location. The staff was super friendly and helpful when we had questions about products and they have an awesome display of holiday gift sets right now. read more

Kohl's claims to offer a military discount on Veterans Day but when you get to the register nothing qualifies. Would be better not to claim that they support Veterans than to say they do then say oh, I'm sorry none of the 9 items that you bought qualify for the military discount. Kohl's should be ashamed for their disgraceful actions.​ read more

Kohl's keeps me coming back with the Kohl's cash I earn each time I shop. I mostly use the pickup option if I am looking for something specific. If I am just looking to browse, they have great clearance racks in the women's clothing area. It's super easy to order online and then pickup in store. It says 2-hour pickup but when I ordered yesterday, my item was ready in about 30 minutes. My only complaint is the door closest to customer service is closed (I assume for COVID precautions, so understandable) so I have to go in at the other entrance and walk down. Then I just show them the barcode for my order and ID and I'm good to go. It's usually fairly busy but they always have multiple registers open so checkout goes quickly. I was there on a Monday around 10am and there were about 10 people in the customer service line, either returning items or picking up. The cashier greeted me when I came in the store today, which is unusual not only for that Kohl's location but any store or restaurant in general. It was a pleasant surprise. read more

I have shopped at Kohls for years but I will never stop at this store again. It is extremely disorganized and very untidy. There is NOT one department where it wasn't in total chaos. I was so overwhelmed by the disarray I didn't think of taking photos, I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Absolutely nothing was organized pants were mixed in with dresses, shirts/blouses where hanging haphazardly from hangers when they weren't on the floor or laying across a rack of mixed clothes. And don't get me started on the shoe department. It didn't appear to me to be very busy and I can see why who wants to shop amongst chaos and filthy conditions. read more

I used to enjoy shopping at this Kohl's store but it has become so dirty I don't want to go in the store any more. Attached are pictures from the Southport Commons Kohl's store taken on February 12 and on March 8, 2020. On both occasions I had selected items to try on but found the ladies' dressing rooms overpowering with dirt and grime. On my February 8, 2020 visit, I located the store manager and asked her to return to the ladies' dressing room with me, which she did. She agreed with me that they were appalling and told me she would have them cleaned right away, explaining that the store had recently hired a new cleaning service. At my next shopping visit on March 8, 2020, I found the same conditions in the same set of dressing rooms. I left without trying on the items I had selected, as I didn't want any of my personal things to touch anything in the dressing room. read more

They take the extra step to find it for you online and check other stores! My go to spot for comfy and office threads. I have had the unfortunate experience of ordering from this store on line. This store is a study on how not to practice customer service. I ordered two items to be shipped. One was shipped and one went to pickup. I called to get the second item from pickup to shipped. Oh, they can't be shipped. The second item has to be canceled and reordered. by the way, we will refund your item amount. Really? This store needs to be overhauled or closed. I will never stop here again. Off to Macy's i go. Love Kohl's? Hate Kohl's? The jury will always be split for me. It does seem like a bum rush to take your hard earned cash. Kohl's cash? Spend so much get so much back to spend more. This is typical in one form or another for a lot of department stores. Style? Well, when you reach a certain age style can sometimes be replaced by spending wisely. Just as with most clothing/retail establishments combine offers with sale items. This particular location doesn't rotate enough. I still see shirts and sweaters from 3 years ago on the "70" % off rack. It's hit and miss, but it reminds me of clothing stores my parents would drag me to when I was just a wee lad. read more

It's Kohl's. They radically inflate their prices so that their "deals" sound more attractive, but if you get a Kohl's charge card and take advantage of their extra discounts, you can get things at a pretty decent price. The clothing is not particularly stylish, as can be expected, but you can often find decent merchandise in the exercise wear, shoes and household areas. This particular shopping center is a bitch to get in and out of. read more

I can't even handle going into this store. I wouldn't suggest ordering from kohls if you're expecting to recieve anything by its promised delivery date. Even after contacting customer service and being assured everything would be delivered on time. I was given a different delivery date by kohls in the email saying my items were shipped. Not a postal delay. This is the third time this has happened. I suppose I should've learned my lesson about shopping kohls at Christmas (or any other time) I wonder if anyone would've liked their Christmas gifts today. read more

I very rarely go into this store and just pick up what I go in there for. This store is laid out so well that I always manage to find just one or two more things I have to have. I have found some awesome deals in this store. It's also one of cleanest stores I've been in, even during the holidays everything is always nice and orderly. Usually not a long line at register. I don't know why I have selective memory loss at times. In the summer time I forget I hate peach Faygo. I get really excited! While I'm standing at the counter ready to pay I think "Do I really like peach Faygo? I can't remember. I think I might not like this." The first sip touches my lips and it all comes flooding back. I hate peach Faygo. It's taken me years to finally remember this. Kohl's is my peach Faygo in store form. I am confused while I watch their commercials or see their ads in the paper. "Why don't I go to Kohl's? Look at all that stuff on sale. They carry Levi's?!" As I am parking the car, I am questioning myself. The walk to the door is slowed, my face pensive as my concern grows. "I don't think I like Kohl's". I will spend a few minutes walking the main loop around the store trying to find something redeeming to make this trip fruitful. It usually results in my immediate exit while I tell myself, "Ugh, I have to remember I never find anything here." Maybe more ginkgo biloba. read more

This store is good.....however kohls.com has the most difficult return procedure ever!!!! I literally will never shop here again. No one knew how to do their job. I called 3 times for a total of over 50 minutes trying to return an item and low and behold I got 3 different answers. I'm shutting my kohls card off and never again will I shop here after this bull$@!t I went through!!!!!! I don't have the energy or patience to deal with a company who cannot hire competent people or at least train them!! So over kohls.....can't wait to pay the card off for good and be done with them forever! read more
