It has quite a few racks but seems well spaced, but it might be hard to navigate if you have mobility challenges. There are no steps leading into the store however so that is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are several spacious fitting rooms as well as a bathroom (for those shopping after a coffee break)! I loved their sales items which gave me some great deals, but I was also able to get some fun nicer stuff outfits for friends and pick up some gifts. I've been back a few times and love just browsing. It is a great spot for slightly used but well maintained items. Often too I've come home with brand new things with original tags still attached! I would highly recommend this option for those wanting to save on brand new purchases but get some good options. I felt as if I was helping to prevent clothing waste as well as being a good financial steward! A fun shop!

Instead of simply pointing us in the right direction, she stayed with us for at least another hour and a half to help my son find everything he needed. She sized him for a suit, helped us work through different fits and styles, and stayed with us as we selected a suit, at least six pairs of pants, four or five shirts, two ties, socks, and more. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. My son was becoming quite overwhelmed by all of the choices, and Brenda recognized that and made the experience manageable for him. Without her help, we genuinely would have struggled to get everything accomplished. Employees like Brenda are what make customers want to return to a store. Staying that long after her shift to make sure we were completely taken care of was far beyond anything we expected. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness and dedication, and I sincerely hope Macy's recognizes Brenda for going so far above and beyond for us. Thank you, Brenda. As you enter, you'll find racks of cute clothing, jewelry, purses, shoes, boots, coats, scraves, and hats. The store is on the smaller size, but everything is well organized, good quality, clean, sizes and prices are easy to find and a dressing room is available. Love that! Since items here are non-returnable, I always try everything on before making a purchase. Abby's Closet carries sizes from small to 3X (Plus Sizes). Sizes are driven by what she receives to sell. More people need to consign good quality, plus-size clothing. Obviously, she doesn't receive as many plus-size items as regular sizes. Just ask where certain sizes or styles are, and they can direct you if you can not locate them quickly. The prices are reasonable and seem to be competitive with other consignment stores. Stop in when you're in the Greenwood area. The selection changes daily.

The food options have changed and dwindled. The big department stores stay the same. TGIF Friday's is gone after many years. The one thing that seems to remain and allow parents some relaxation and the kids some fun is the play area. My son could spend hours here if I let him lol. He climbs, he walks, and he plays. There are comfy chairs and sofas to sit in. They have a charging station, and they have hand sanitizer!! The bathroom near the play area is family friendly and has a hard changing area. It would be nice if there was a lip there to ensure children didn't fall. The bathroom in the food courts is a whole different story. It is a FAMILY bathroom. There is no buckle on the changing table and the changing table tilts down. Perfect setting for a child to fall. The mall is light and vibrant in most spaces. It's a good place to just walk around and window shop. Mostly I miss all stores having dressing rooms.

Steve got very defensive and rude when I asked if there was a way to get my money back for the items that were left there then or if I can prove they are my items if we can ship them at my cost. hope in the future this policy is changed as I reached out to corporate which is Simon property group.
