The plants are beautiful, and there is an amazing variety of pots and accessories. The two ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable! You think I would learn, but the excitement gets the best of me. This past Sunday, we started mapping out plans for the yard for the season and decided to pop over and check out what was available. I forgot how large this place is. Greenhouse after greenhouse after greenhouse filled with tropical plants, vegetables, bushes, and flowers. We ended up leaving with a climbing, rosebush, kale, collard greens, birdseed, and lots of compost. We will definitely be back to purchase the remainder of our flowers and vegetables for the season. We found the team able to help us quickly and efficiently. We also found two cool boulders which were super heavy. We had them deliver the two boulders and a tree. They were able to deliver next day for a flat fee based on how far your address is from the nursery. The only negative was the cashier experience. The following day, I went to Rosie's and spoke with Tim, who had actually sold us the trees. I showed him pictures of the damaged tree and then emailed Kevin Hughes and attached photos. We didn't know what they would do, if anything, since the severe storm was an "act of God". The next day, two men were at our door ready to plant a brand new tree! He also pointed out that they have a one year guarantee on their perennials for one price or you could pay the lower fee and take the plant as is. The snag I ran into with my family was how rude the front end staff was. We were glared at and not greeted. Then when it was time to cash out my mom asked one of the cashiers if she was open. The cashier rolled her eyes made a face and said yeah as though the last thing she wanted to do was cash us out. Her attitude was incredibly rude and disgusting!! The cashier that cashed me out wasn't much better. She didn't take the time to explain the difference between the 1yr guarantee and the as is price she just charged me the higher price without regard. The only thing that held it up from a fifth star was we felt like the staff was withholding or not taking us seriously when we were asking for interest in ordering a magnolia tree. We were asking for price ranges and they wouldn't seem to give it to us even though we understood that they didn't have them available currently or that they may need to look it up. I can't help but feel like I thought we wouldn't be able to afford it or something of that nature. Otherwise, a not so bad experience.
