I thought decorating a cake on Valentines morning would be a great way to spend a few hours with friends. The bungalow they use for classes is so adorable, and it is so fun that they offer such a range of topics and content. They also give you a discount on any purchases you make in the nursery after your class. I really like the selection of plants they offer, especially even in winter. Most nurseries are empty, but Alice's had air plants and indoor plants and they all looked so healthy and thriving.

The following day, I went to Rosie's and spoke with Tim, who had actually sold us the trees. I showed him pictures of the damaged tree and then emailed Kevin Hughes and attached photos. We didn't know what they would do, if anything, since the severe storm was an "act of God". The next day, two men were at our door ready to plant a brand new tree! The cashier rolled her eyes made a face and said yeah as though the last thing she wanted to do was cash us out. Her attitude was incredibly rude and disgusting!! The cashier that cashed me out wasn't much better. The atmosphere of this landscaping center is what drew us in. The only thing that held it up from a fifth star was we felt like the staff was withholding or not taking us seriously when we were asking for interest in ordering a magnolia tree. We were asking for price ranges and they wouldn't seem to give it to us even though we understood that they didn't have them available currently or that they may need to look it up. I can't help but feel like I thought we wouldn't be able to afford it or something of that nature. Otherwise, a not so bad experience.
