They made going to work a living hell for them to the point that they had to quit because the bullying wouldn't stop. I don't know if this Theresa person is still working there- but I know I won't be shopping there ever again. A company that allows their employees to be treated like that by other employees is not a company that deserves my business or anyone's business for that matter.

They are targeting heavily toward the older higher income demographics. It is especially telling when you listen to their choice of piano music in them. I would think a salesclerk would go a bit bonkers hearing taped renditions over and over of sickeningly sweet instrumental earworm inducing oldies all day long. I'm surprised this mall chain has lasted, as it hasn't really changed with the times. As times get ever more difficult with less to spend in this way, it will be interesting to see how this chain reacts.

I saw several other things I wanted, including Christmas outfits for my granddaughters. I left without buying, but later in the day decided my girls needed those outfits. I called the store and Deidreana found the outfits and put them on hold until I got back over there. The outfits were even on sale. Returns/exchanges are easy. They put gift receipts in each package. The store is always immaculate and has lovely restrooms. There is plenty of parking around the store, although parking fills during the holiday shopping season. It was about an hour before closing and one person was gathering carts outside. There was one cashier up front when we walked in. I initially looked around a bit for the item. The store has many many empty shelves and pegs. I gave up and asked the cashier about the ear buds. I was told they were probably on one of the 18 to 20 skidds of merchandise that were still in the back room. This person went on to share that the people working in the back were lazy and didn't like doing stock. Also went on to say that they have had a bunch of people recently quit, that the store manager didn't want to hire anyone over the age of 25 and they had a shoe string staff. Sometimes it's funny how much people share with me. I ended up ordering the ear buds in line, and saving 10$. So win for me.
