Do I let the secret out? This location has a better selection vs what other locations have sold out of. Even though this location is busy, I do not think it is quite as busy as other locations. Probably the reason why they have a better selection. I would like to see the drive up staff be more friendly. I've had them walk up to my car and not even say a word. After putting the items in my car, I've also had them not say thank you or even acknowledge you. The inside staff is quite different. The ladies at the register are very nice! I have no complaints there. Target has deals and specials every week. Don't forget to download their app and you will see those weekly. read more

It's a Target! You know what you're getting, for the most part. The one thing that's a little strange is that there's no desk or counter at the online order pickup area. It's just a corner with a bunch of bags on shelves. You kind of have to stand there in front of all the bags until someone notices you. There was a lot of trash in the parking lot (I pick up trash frequently, so I always notice these things), but fortunately, that didn't extend to the inside of the store. We popped by this target location over the weekend to grab some Christmas gifts, holiday decor and a few other essentials. It's a fairly standard target with the added grocery store section. I didn't see a Starbucks at this location but I also wasn't seeking it out. You'll find a fun and affordable fashion selection, the budget friendly rack of items that you totally don't need (by the front door) and some of my favorite kiddo crafting kits on the craft and stationery section. read more

What's not to love about target?!?! I've been to one literally in every state I've traveled to but no location greets me by name (embarrassing lol) like my local target. Great prices. Great selection. I'm sooooo happy the Black History month selection was already placed on the shelves - I got to pick a few items early! Majority of the handicap spaces are occupied by non handicap vehicles. I made a complaint, and what do you know, they did nothing. If I were to block those cars in would that be ok? If I parked in front of the entrance and stopped people from entering, would that be ok? I try to be respectful, and to know that a place where I'm spending my money doesn't care about a complaint, especially from someone who has a disability, I don't think I'll be shopping with the brand again. read more

Stopped in to see if I could find some items from the new Tabitha Brown collection. When I was in clothing section, there was no clear sign that this store had the collection. As always seems to be the case, the plus size area was messy and clothes were thrown about. It didn't help that the clearance rack is placed in that same area. I didn't see anything of interest and noticed one small little display with the collection I was looking for. While this is not a super target the food section has what I need grocery wise when missing an ingredient or two for a meal. There aren't other grocery stores in this immediate area. I've been to this store to snag a couple food items probably half a dozen times and there's usually only one or two cashiers open making a longg line for self check out. I usually go to the Target in Avon because I thought that it was larger and had more inventory. However, I was pleasantly surprised going to this Target. Although it appears it is smaller they seem to have their inventory arranged so that it looks like they have more, it is very clean and organized. I'm very happy with the vegan options available in the grocery and frozen aisle sections. The aisles for the toys and children's wear are very well stocked and nice. Ladies and men's clothing very nice, and housewares excellent. And the Christmas section! I got lost just looking at everything. Had a great time here and recommend going shopping here.I will go here in the future instead of driving out to Avon. read more

I have been shopping at this Target basically my entire life. It's been around as long as I can remember. I also used to work for another Target store in the area. This store merged their customer service desk into also being available as additional small check lanes. I mean technically any Target store can ring up an order at Guest Service (minus weighted produced), but the way this is designed, I think it holds things up. They now also moved their order pickup area to a corner adjacent from the Guest Service lanes. I mean it suits the purpose but it looks like a mess. There are just random carts and shelves stocked with prepaid merchandise. Like I said, it's fine. Just doesn't look very professional. The employees are nice enough, but I rarely see someone go out of their way to offer help. It's a decent store and usually has in stock what I need. read more

This Target is so convenient to my house that I spend a LOT of time here. It's always clean and the staff are friendly. It's not a super target so the grocery selection is smaller (no deli, huge produce selection, etc) but it gets the job done. Their clothes, food, and everything else they do have is always well stocked and I can ask anyone to help and they always seem happy to assist. The only downfall is the checkout lines can be pretty long but they usually call for help and it's taken care of quickly. My prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy inside as well and they're always quick and helpful. I'll be back soon! read more

This location is always clean, well organized and offers a decent selection of all the brands they carry. I appreciate the size of the store since it isn't a massive Super Target. It's been awhile since I've been here so I had to reacquaint myself with the layout. As usual, I came for a few things and walked out with household goods, electronics, cookware, cleaning products and a few groceries. The grocery prices seemed reasonable,compared to Kroger prices, for the few items I purchased. The seasonal area is well stocked with tree decorations, tree skirts, Garland, wreaths, ornaments galore along with outdoor decorations. The toy area was filled to the brim with what I assume are popular toys this year. I don't have little ones so I'm out of touch. The store is very festive right now and not badly picked over yet. All the departments were organized, not tossed around, and everything appeared to be in the proper places. During checkout we found several cashiers working with short lines. We were through checkout in less than 5 minutes. read more

Just like everything else on the Westside of Indianapolis this Target has finally hit the bottom of the barrel. Customer service is horrible employees walking around like zombies not acknowledging/ignoring customers at the service desk. Never enough registers open they have obviously let all the seasonal people they hired go ....lines are ridiculously long. The pharmacy closes whenever they feel like it hours are completely unreliable for the pharmacy. Stood in line and pharmacy tech or whatever he was came out and just closed the pharmacy and left an entire line of customers with no service. I hope they can turn things around smh. This was the best option left and now it's trash. Sad read more

So I never generally make it to this Target because I'm never on the west side, but I ended up here due to a store pickup that was only available at this location. Though I was mad I had to travel for the one item, it was a cyber deal and I loved it so I sucked it up. I was pleasantly surprised upon walking into the store. The store was real clean and organized. There were cute displays put together for the holidays with small gift ideas. The clothes section was well stocked. The home decor section wasn't as appealing as the other surrounding stores but I was still able to browse some cute items. Overall, the target itself is pretty good at this location. The staff were even more helpful here than I've seen staff at other targets. Online pickup was easy and I even had a return that was easy and pleasant. read more

A few years ago I wrote a review and addressed the lack of cleanliness of the Eagle Creek store. The lighting was poor, floors were dirty and the aisles and shelves were messy. Personnel were however helpful, friendly and courteous. Over time, perhaps with management changes, I saw many changes. The floors were clean and bright as was the lighting. Shelves were neatly stocked and the aisles were uncluttered. Personnel remains helpful, friendly and courteous. I visit Target regularly and have only twice spent less than $20. That is often my intent but, inevitably, somethings speaks to me and I have to buy it. I love Target, enjoy shopping there and am so happy the store is remains clean, organized and friendly. read more

This location needs to check the expiration dates on their food inventory. I like Caesar dressing in November. I do not like Caesar dressing in November that expired in April or August. The next time you're in here...play a little game and see if you can fill a basket exclusively with expired food. You know, like a crazy game of that old show Supermarket Sweep. Go up to the counter and let them ring it all up. Stare them dead in the eye and say "You're welcome!" Then just walk right out. Seriously, this store is okay if you ignore the grocery section, the bathrooms and the shoe department. That shoe aisle looks like a tornado blew through there. The service at the snack bar is pretty underwhelming. Maybe the staff as the snack bar is sad because they have to look at the shoe wasteland all day and only one of the slushy machines is in service. read more

Of all the Indianapolis Targets I've frequented, this one is the least clean. However, it has good selections of the things that I desperately need. Baby stuffs? They've got things that no other Targets around have. Toys? They've got toys stocked that aren't easy to find elsewhere Books? Movies? Electronics? Typically a wide (not deep, though) selection The staff has always been friendly and talkative. Customer service does a great job helping you get everything you possibly can with returns. Once, I finished returning an item and as I walked away the lady from customer service chases after me, waving a coupon at me that I'd apparently forgotten. That was sure nice. So while the 38th st. This is a perfectly nice Target. Being new to this side of town, I almost skipped this location based on the reviews - really glad I didn't. I got a good drink from some very friendly baristas at the Starbucks to start, and they even provide cup holders for your cart while you're shopping! The store was as clean as any other Target I've been to, and the shelves were well-stocked and organized/labeled - even clearance! - for the sections I was shopping - home goods, office, and personal care. I also had great customer service, with offers for help from associates throughout the store! Today 11/24/2013 I walked into the eagle creek target with some to purchase some items and to be talk about and watch as if I did not hear what they was saying or paying attention to whats going on around me. The staff is very judgemental. Numerous complaints to so call shift mangers fall on deaf ear. Warning to all customer this store is very unprofessional some of the times more so than not. If you want to deal with unprofessional and uneducated service this store is for you. In my opinion Avon target has the best customer service. Please avoid this ghetto target. read more

At least this Target is consistent. Once again went to this Target to get items on sale for holidays. Once again, no soft drinks advertised. Shelves were empty. How hard can it be to walk by a shelf, notice it is empty and restock it. Or if to lazy to walk your store, sit and use the security cameras that are all over the store. Last 5 out of 6 visits, shelves empty of sale items. read more

This target is ok. At first I was put off by the lack of stock and lack of cleanliness, but I got used to it. It's a good grocery store for what it is, but it's nothing special. I go here because I moved near it. Frankly, I miss the Carmel target, it's much nicer. The staff could be more professional. A few days ago when I was there I heard the manager over the staff radio going off about something or another. It was loud and full of attitude. Went to this store on a Friday morning, around 10 am. Had a cart full and no open registers other than self checkout, very frustrating. Started to unload and was told by a woman standing around to go to customer service register. Had several items that advertised in store that by purchasing a certain amount, would receive gift card (soda, pet food, and house/cleaning supplies). Cashier handed me 1 gift card. When I asked about the other 2 that I was entitled to, she indicated that they bundle them all on one now. Got to my car, checked receipt and there was only 1 gift card amount. Went back in to store and asked about the other 2. Was informed by the woman standing around and cashier that in order to get the other 2, had to use the coupons that were in the paper so I wasn't entitled. I explained that I don't get the paper and asked why the cashier hadn't made me aware of it when I asked at checkout and they just shrugged their shoulders and said I needed the coupons. I had to request to speak with management before the woman standing around (assume she was a team lead) stated very hatefully to the cashier to go ahead and use the coupon they keep at the register. Horrible, horrible customer service. I used to love this store but have really come to despise this store but hate Walmart and Meijer more so guess I'm stuck with them. read more

very very unhappy with target @ eagle creek indy. went to get 2 Smart TV for my grand kid for Christmas so i could be the best nana clause. mind u i have never bought smart tv before. SO i ask the electronic man and the cashier before purchasing or leaving just to really make sure and they both said YES! Now this is in Oct trying to get a start on Christmas so on Christmas day my grandbabies open up the tv and say nana we all ready have tv and i said no u dont have SMART TV so santa brought you one. and low and behold they both said these aren't SMART TV there just regular ones. so feeling so upset with target for dropping my smile down. when i called TARGET monday and explained the situation they told me i should of looked at my receipt closer and only had 30 days to return it and there is nothing they can do. i explained it was a christmas gift so it wouldn't of goten open till christmas and that the cashier when purchasing it said since its for christmas gift there's no issues with exchanging or refund or returns. so end of the conversation for the $260.00 for 1 TV i bought they could only give me $199.00 of it back. and i can purchase a SMART TV for only $240.00 if i like so lets do the math 260 paid 199 get back -199 get back + 40 more ------------ ------------ 61 they keep 40 more they get 61 +40 -------------- their profit $101 SOOOO will pay off cr. card rip it up and never shop there again Rita Fox read more
