Sampling the cooked ribeye with coupons, etc.

This smaller Meijer opened this week. Different activities are happening through Monday to celebrate. With the current construction along my route to the other Noblesville's Meijer, I find this location easier to assess but without as many other businesses I would get to go to when combining my travels. I like the new size shopping carts - in between the typical large and small carts. This location has about 3 recycle containers for plastics. Also, I praise that organic produce in being advertised near the entrance. My friend pointed out that this location does not have clothes, bedding, appliances, etc.; that's good because the other Noblesville location carries them and would make this store more profitable. I bought fresh, discounted certified Angus beef steaks. As part of their grand opening sale, they have ribeye for $7.99 / lb., and I will return to buy when I have more time to use the coupons Meijer sent me.

The store was spotless and the cashier at the U Scan was helpful immediately when I arrived to checkout offering to scan my cases of soda. I remember from working at Meijer 25 years ago as one of my first jobs the importance and tradition of good customer service at Meijer. It is harder to find these days. The prices were great and the aisles wide. I wasn't sure how I would like this new format of the smaller Meijer Grocery as I grew up going to the 200,000 square foot supercenters in Michigan, but I like it.

The location is large and was conveniently close to where I used to reside in Noblesville which was less than 2 miles. This store was always clean, bright and organized. It reminded me of a Walmart with a Target upscale feel. LOL! Everything is under one roof: -Food/Snacks/Drinks -Frozen goods -Produce goods -Miscellaneous Plants/flowers -Women's clothing -Men's clothing -Children's/Baby clothing/baby food -Garden/Landscape items -Household items -Kitchenware -Children's toys -Deli section ***and so much more!! There is an app available that I would use to get really great deals, sales, clearance, coupons. The more I shopped, I would earn some cash back which helped towards future shopping. You can easily rack up the cash. The clothing offered here were quality higher end known brands. I recall the clothing were really nice , current trend and stylish. Customer service was great.

I accepted their deals for $3.99 on this "healthy," popular Dave's Bread (powerseed) so I got to try it. Good taste with lots of seeds around the perimeter. I would buy again if ever at most that price. I wish there will be more and always working self-check price machines. The self-check register attendants need to pay more attention to people who are checking out and needing their assistance vs. their own talking needs so hire introverts for that role. Also, stock free sanitizing wipes for carts especially in the winter months when people are sick.

And the deli, bakery, and prepared foods. I love the seafood salad, and it makes great sandwiches with the croissants. There are many specially items that aren't found in other stores. This is a very pleasant store to shop in, and the cashiers are friendly and helpful. There is also a nice seating area in the front of the store with tables and chairs. A nice place to sit and eat a snack or lunch on the go. If I ever need to pick up just a few groceries I like to come here. It is easy in and easy out. Never a long line. I'm glad I live nearby.

I was very impressed with the ambiance of the grocery store because it was easy to navigate around the store, and it was very upscale and nice decor. The Fresh Market is about as pricey as Whole Foods Market, so if you are on a budget then I would watch how much you spend at this store. However, the products are high quality and organic, and of course, very fresh, so you are getting your money's worth when you shop at The Fresh Market. The service is wonderful and professional. Every one I encountered at The Fresh Market smiled at me and was very helpful. The cashier who checked me out was excellent and had a great sense of humor, so she kept me laughing and made me smile as well. I love the products at The Fresh Market and I like the fact that I am paying for high quality and fresh all natural products. Yes, it is pricey and can be expensive if you shop here on a regular basis, but you are getting the best quality products for your buck. The service is wonderful and the ambiance is terrific, so all in all, The Fresh Market is the best grocery store to shop for your organic, natural products needs. It has everything you want in a grocery store!

Of course I'm talking about the jumbo packs of paper towels and toilet paper. Growing up, I became a loyal brand customer of bounty and charmin. Bought without questioning. My wife challenged me to try the Kirkland brand, Costco store brand. I resisted at first, but eventually agreed. It's now the only brand I buy. Just as good and a little less expensive. I also like to buy wine there, I bought a case. I have also had good luck buying fruit there, blueberries and pears. They carry the d'anjou pear during the late winter. It's my favorite. Blueberries are good and best price I've seen. The big surprise for me are the steaks. I bought ny strip for $12 a pound, and it seems to be really fresh and high quality. I guess the sell a high volume, so quick turnover. The store is new so it's clean. And parking has easy in and out.

All of the Costco locations are now making you scan your membership card before entering, instead of just flashing it, and this one is no exception. Noblesville Costco is not my home Costco, so it took me a bit to familiarize myself with the layout. I am biased and prefer the way things are arranged in the Castleton location. It just makes more sense to my pea brain! If you visit different Costco locations, you'll see that they generally have the same things, but sometimes they will offer things that other locations won't. This Noblesville location had frozen cherries, which have been absent from the Costco I usually visit. I made sure to stock up! Costco is one of my go-to places for inexpensive wine, because their wine selection is way better than it needs to be. We are truly blessed. There is a wine guy at the Castleton location who will chat with me and recommend bottles. Although I didn't find a wine guy here in the Noblesville Costso, I did find some quality bottles of Cabernet, Malbec and an Italian wine that I'm excited to try. Don't be afraid to try the Kirkland wines, either. They are really solid! And for the price, they are an exceptional deal. Parking is labyrinthine and unnecessarily difficult, just like it is at every other Costco.
