Today I had to make a bit of an unusual exchange and the girls were so kind helping me! I made an online purchase and when it arrived I needed to exchange a dress for a different size, but there was a glitch in the computer saying my order hadn't shipped. The girls in the store were so great helping me navigate this and figure out how to order the proper dress size. I can't recommend this location enough! Also, I've never experienced any issues with my service dog once while here, which is such an encouragement! Every time I walk in they welcome me and her in, and make sure that we are both treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. I hope that everyone can say the same!! I'll definitely keep returning here! :)

I really like the customer service as well and plus they have a nice landmark movie theater inside and a lot of restaurants. Just FYI, the Saks Fifth Avenue store is closed but they have enough stores there if you want some nice designer stuff . They also have the cheesecake factory there, and other good eateries that you can choose from in a very nice food court as well.

Combined with the slow process and how selective they are, it's just not worth it. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be the norm--long waits, inconsistent rules, and very low payouts. Honestly, I don't understand how this place stays in business when the experience is this unpleasant. Save your time and take your items somewhere that actually values customers.
